I doubt it seeing it would be his first figure. That means it'll be at least 9 - 12 months depending on how fast the scan could get done.

RvD is nothing but money. I'm sure we will have one sooner than we think. Look at the new WWE chamionship.

well, they can certainly produce a brand new figure in under a year - see Brock Lesnar. but no way RVD would be ready to go considering Ringside Fest is in like 3 months.

Very Unlikely, he is too new and it takes a while for Mattel to make a figure of someone. But Mattel has had a hardcore theme all year with their ringside exclusives.

He'll be released at retail multiple times before he ever gets an exclusive, I'm sure.

It's a possibility of RVD getting a RSC exclusive, but not until he gets like 3 or 4 figures made of him which probably won't happen until another 2 years. I say he gets a basic figure first in February or March that's in a MITB themed set and he'll get an Elite 2-3 months later with him in another attire that he wore after his return or him in a Flashback attire with probably a Championship Title that he won throughout his career.

I'd love to see an RVD exclusive, but it's seems too early, and like they said above, he just debuted less than 24 hours ago.

The following is complete fantasy, so just have some fun with it -
This year Ringside Fest 2013 is going to have a sponsor - 2K Sports/WWE Games!!
Your Exclusive figure will be none other than the Ultimate Warrior as he appears in this commercial
Warrior will also be doing a signing at Ringside Fest. This appearance is part of Warriors 'promotional obligations' to 2K Sports as agreed to in their contract.
As some of you may have noticed, RSC and WWE Games already seem to have a working relationship. WWE Games has given away RSC exclusives via Twitter contest in the past. I think they gave away a Kane yesterday. RS Fest usually falls in October and WWE2K 14 comes out in October, so it's only natural that the two pair up for such an event.
Also appearing at this years RS Fest will be all three members of The Shield and Kaitlyn.

Too soon however, I can see RVD winding up like Lesnar and becoming a shelfwarmer within a few months of his first figure being released.
