but how many of US ( as in our age group i'm 29 ) are the main buyers of Mattel Flashbacks..?? I would say a good 75% or more. Which is why I dont understand why they dont make more 80s guys because its what most of us grew up with. ^i'm of this mindset

While I dont discredit the popularity that the Attitude Era had, if you take 1987-1993 and go 15 years later...Im willing to bet more fans were STILL fans 15 years after the Golden Era then 15 years after the Attitude Era.

ABSOLUTELY!
He is a MUST Have for any legend collection. If you dont want to buy a Beefcake fig, you did not watch back then!
From the Dream Team to the Barber to the Mega Maniacs to the Disciple. dudes been around for ever and had some MAJOR Fueds.
I'll buy ALL the Versions of Beefcake just like do Savage, Warrior, Bret, Taker, etc! Hec I'd buy a couple different Dream Team versions and 3-4 Barber versions.

He is one of my most wanted Flashbacks. In fact, behind Hogan and Scott Hall/Razor he may be my number 3. I would kill for more 80s guys (Beefcake, Earthquake, Koko B Ware, JYD)

Threads like these remind me of why I never sold off my CS collection. Although Mattel makes the best figures in the world, they lack variety in their flashback line. The other company was so into the legends line we got guys like Abdullah the Butcher, Brooklyn brawler, Ken Patera, etc.

I would buy Beefcake, I was disappointed everytime the WWE would have a hair vs hair match and not bring him in to do the clipping as a guest enforcer.
I won't post everyone I would buy, suffice to say I'd buy Mattel versions of EVERYONE Hasbro made.

I love Beefer, but he's a shelfwarmer. ![](https://si0.twimg.com/profile_images/2216087842/Brutus_Beefcake_.jpg) This one might sell though, with either a yellow or aqua tiger striped outfit and matching plastic jacket.

The custom or a mattel factory one in pink? The custom, if you have pics! I'll get a better pic, but I just found this from when I was working on it. ![](http://i1072.photobucket.com/albums/w374/gottiboys2810/DSCN0476_zpsd51bf927.jpg)

I would love a Beefcake, but because of him appearing on Hulk Hogan's Celebrity Wrestling show & close personal friendship with Hogan I think he's kind of blackballed from WWE these days (Jimmy Hart as well). At least that was the word last I heard.

I will continue to buy any and every Elite wrestler from the pre-1995 era Mattel is willing to release, and probably multiples of a select few for customs/fix-ups. I have little to no interest in stuff from the Attitude era, and absolutely zero interest in figures from the 2001-2007 "Ruthless Agression" post-Attitude/pre-PG era, aside from a 2002 version of Hulk Hogan.
