Thanks for all the messages guys but my main priority was selling the lot as a whole and today I did that. Sold everything for £850! Which I'm happy with. So it's a sad goodbye to collecting but ill still check out pics of new releases and see people's creations in the fix up thread!
Thanks mattel for making such awesome figures and taking me back to my childhood!

Heres my advice, the last thing you should do once you sell your collection is come back here and checking threads and new releases, it will only tempt you to collect again. Sell the whole collection for a cut price and take a loss, just get rid of the collection, get a decent price and move on with your life. If you are in dire need of the money they sell them individually but to me that would be a nuisance and too much postage and packaging. Take a loss, sell them and move on mate.

Heres my advice, the last thing you should do once you sell your collection is come back here and checking threads and new releases, it will only tempt you to collect again. This is great advice if you truly don't want to collect again. Also, stay out of the stores Toy Isles. Checking out the new figures and everyone's collections is the worst thing you can do. I collected from January 2010 to April 2011. I told myself I was done, I sold everything off. I was out and not looking back. January 2012 I am walking through Target, I see Elite 12 Kane and Papa Shango on the pegs. I think to myself, nice figures, too bad I don't collect. I decide later that night to check out WFIGS and RSC just to see what has come out and what everyone is collecting. That was it. I spent a week trying to find Kane and Shango (they were gone the next day) and when I made that purchase, I was hooked again. The only problem was I couldn't afford to buy back all the figures I sold. From your posts, it sounds like you are a hardcore collector when you collect. With any "addiction", when you quit, you need to stay away from any and all influences. Looking at new figures is one heck of an influence. I wish you good luck.

Thanks mattel for making such awesome figures and taking me back to my childhood! That's a good price I think. Glad you were able to sell as a lot. Selling separately can sometimes leave you with some figures that just won't sell. As long as you are happy with selling them is all that matters.
