I understand you're upset, but if you want an answer email them directly. This is the weekend though, be patient and wait for a response on Monday. Or you can always give them a call on Monday morning.

They probably saw the duplicate orders and thought it was a mistake, and cancelled one for you. Just contact them and explain, they are very understanding and helpful.

It actually makes perfect sense to me if you places two seperare orders. If I were to see two orders come through I'd think it was a mistake but if you order two of each at the same time that'd make sense.

Yeah i would have saved on shipping if i ordered them at same time but my son decided after i already placed the first order that he wanted them also.......12 year olds.lol

If it was two separate orders of the same thing then Ringside probably thought you had ordered it twice in error.

They are still available on their site so it must be them looking out for you and assuming it was an accidental double order. I wouldn't freak out just yet.

I would ask them to see if you could combine orders to help save on shipping. I think they do that.

I think I'd try to see if they could combine the orders instead of cancelling one. No need to pay double shipping if you don't have to.
