My Legends 1 SCSA has horrible leg articulation. He can't stand right or kick either leg out. I was told to keep him in hot water than leave him in a sitting like position but that didn't work at all. I was going to buy the RSC one but I heard all SCSA figures are like this. Is that true? Can I fix my SC or should I buy a new one?

You could try the opposite and stick him in the freezer for a few minutes. I've actually found the hip joint loosens up doing this.

All my Stone Colds are fine I think, but I've got many elites with stiff hip/leg articulation. Hot water works for some of mine, but only short term. They go back to being stiff after a bit.

I have a few legends and my e12 juatin gabriel that have a stiff type of leg where on leg moves and kicks out perfect but the other leg barely kicks out .. I tried hot water myself but no luck,it seems like the little ball joint thing that connects the leg to the waist is messed up or stuck where it won't move around fully .. Hard to explain but pay close attention to one leg (bad leg) then the other leg(good leg) and hopefully I notice what I just tried to explain.. I wish there was a way to fix it but I think there's not much we can do.it might have been an early mattel problem that they started to more recently correct cause all my recent figs are as good as gold! I don't kno about freezing it I wouldn't want it to snap when u try moving it lol I kno I didn't answer your question but geeesh I have a few figs with one handicap leg and I hate it !

My Layla is like that with her one leg. It won't go sideways to do a split

I'm skeptical to stick it in the freezer but I've done everything else. God forbid the legs snaps, I'll have to just pick up the RS one. I might switch the heads though since I prefer the L1 scan.

In other tab hit quote. Copy that text over, respond to that quote. DON'T HIT POST. Then in second tab go back, quote second person, respond and copy all that into first tab. Do that as many times as is applicable.

Make the figures do a split. Look at the peg. If its white (like snow) then it'll break. Another way to tell if it'll break if its joint between the legs, there is a sphere next to the crotch on the joint

Boil in hot water for a minute.
Put in a sitting position and put it in a bowl of ice water for 5 mins, pull it out and dry it.
It'll work I had to do it with my L1 Austin
