They have very good customer service. Just send them and email and let them know what you need.

Yes, I unforunately had to cancel my E22 pre-order when I ran into some unforeseen expenses earlier this summer.

I've never had to cancel an order but they're a really classy company I'm sure they'd be helpful. I can't wait to get my JBL pre order sometime this month. Do they usually get in stuff a littler earlier/later than projected or right on time?
