I only preordered HHH because the rest of the figures were already (2-3 weeks ago), on back order. So, I decided to wait until they hit the stores. The preorders are scheduled for delivery middle of this month. I was just wondering, do the preorders usually pop up in front of your door before or after the series hits retail?

Before retail. E23 won't hit retail until mid, late-September I'm guessing

I find the backorder dates are closer to retail release. RSC preorders are always alot earlier.

Thanks guys. I'm glad I pre-ordered the main one I wanted from the set. Who do you see shelf warming when it hits retail? I have a feeling it's going to be HHH, with JBL being the hardest to find.

Cenas dumbass will shelfwarm like crazy. Everyone else should be pretty htf though. Especially Macho and JBL.

Cenas dumbass will shelfwarm like crazy. Everyone else should be pretty htf though. Especially Macho and JBL. The only store near me that stays semi up to date with the elite line is TRU and in my area the Cena's sell. The next closest store to me still only has Survivor Series Heritage and Cena. I'm still betting on HHH. |

Any Elite figures that are even mildly sought after are ones I never see in stores. Most of the time, unless a series is stocked like crazy (E19), I never could even tell it hit retail unless there was an Orton or Rey in it.
I don't expect to see E23 at all unless I see a Cena or Cesaro, so I'm glad I preordered Macho and Taker when they first went up.

I think they're all one per case except HHH and Taker. This set might fly right by me. If I had just gotten to that preorder page a few days earlier, I'd have JBL, Macho, and Taker coming *hopefully* sometime next week with HHH

Reports of E22 hitting retail started showing up on here around July 21.... I couldn't find them in my area until July 31.......
Although - I still have yet to see E22 in any of my K Marts (there are 4) OR my TRU.....
Elites come out every two months - so we should start seeing them in retail around September 21 - 31....

If it's anything like the rest of the Flashbacks are around here, I would say Triple H, Undertaker, Macho Man, and JBL will shelf warm for a while and Cesaro will be impossible to find.
In answer to the original question, I would say early October.
