I'm sure nobody will care about this as much since it doesn't play that much of a role but I really really disliked the stage design. It fitted the Hollywood theme but man was that lame especially compared to WM XX just one year earlier that was held in a similiar arena.

WM 21 was amazing, but the main events stopped it from being on X-Seven or XIX level. Agreed, the undercard for WM21 was darn good, Eddie/Rey,MITB I, Taker/Orton, and HBK/Angle were solid matches that at the least were 3 stars, Pier's pit was an enjoyable segment as well. Of course there was some duds in Trish/Christy and Akebono/Big Show sumo match. Had either or both main events had lived up to the hype or exceeded it in any way, WrestleMania 21 would have gone on in history as one of the greatest Mania's of all time, up there with WrestleMania X-Seven and WrestleMania XIX.

I think WM21 is very underrated. Eddie/Rey, MITB, Angle/HBK, and Orton/Taker were all top matches that delivered like expected. Batista/HHH is also very underrated IMO and while not as good as their HIAC match it still entertained me and did its job in making Batista a legit main eventer. Trish/Christy, Show/Akebono, and Cena/JBL all sucked but most WMs have crap matches of their own. The good outweight the bad and was an overall great event. W/ WMs from that time I'd rank it... - WM17 - WM19 - WM21 - WM20 - WM23 - WM18 - WM24 - WM 22 You rank WrestleMania 23 over 24? I think 23 is a little underrated itself, but I wouldn't put it over WM 24. I'd like to hear your reasoning for that, I thought 24 was pretty damn good.

Just personal preference but I enjoyed 23 more than 24. I preferred HBK/Cena over Cena/HHH/Orton and Batista/Taker over Edge/Taker (though Edge/Taker is good). I enjoyed WM23's MITB more as well because I thought it was much more unpredictable than the one at WM24. Once Hardy was out we kinda knew that it was between Punk, MVP, and Jericho. Benoit/MVP was a great but forgotten matc, and Lashley/Umaga was a decent bout. At WM24 HBK/Flair was a bore fest and did nothing for me. Show/Floyd wasn't much either and we all knew Floyd would be taking the match. Overall WM23 entertained me more and I felt more matches delivered IMO.

The last good wrestlemania, if you ask me. You didn't like WM 22 or 24?!

I really enjoyed the PPV. Kurt vs. HBK is one of my favorite matches of all time and the MITB match was amazing. Plus, in a weird way without WM21 we probably wouldn't have ever gotten the awesome HBK 2005 heel run.

I don't mind WrestleMania 21, it's not on the level of X7, but it's not bad. The undercard had good matches, HBK/Angle was amazing. The Women's and Sumo matches weren't anything special, but served their purpose being filler. I think predictability hurt the main events because pretty much everyone knew Cena and Batista were winning. Rematches later on being better didn't help make those matches stand-out either.
