Can we come up with a comprehensive list of all the food/drinks items that Jakks released? I know there were pizza, beer cans, hot dogs, soda cans, coolers... What else?

This prop box had a good amount of stuff in it... Food cart, lunch tray (not one of the rubber face-bent cookie ones), hamburger, fries, soda in a cup, hotdogs, ketchup, mustard, pizza, and pizza box.

Jakks didn't really go all out on the figures but when it came to accessories/playsets they were pretty awesome, apart from the rings

That is something that Jakks would certainly make. It's bizarre and doesn't make a lot of sense like a lot of their accessories. Mattel would never make something like that

Mattel would never make something like that In the Attitude Era (you know, when this was made), and during the height of the 24 hour Hardcore Championship rule, these sets made a ton of sense. As a kid, I had some of the best hardcore matches with these sets.

Mattel would never make something like that they went in a bar, im sure hardcore matches made their way to a hot dog stand/cafe place like this set, they released the street corner one and a gym one aswell
