WWE RAW Supershow: Monday 9th January 2012...A decent opening promo with CM Punk in the ring to kick things off, discussing the return and attack from Chris Jericho last Monday on RAW. I liked Punk calling out Jericho and getting Dolph Ziggler instead. I'm also really glad to see more from Ziggler wanting Punk's WWE Championship - but the line is blurred due to the clean finish to their mini-series last Monday in the main event. Ziggler being granted a shot at the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble is fine; I feel like Ziggler was one of the only choices to challenge Punk for the WWE Championship at the Rumble, so this is cool, sticking to the program here. I can definitely see Jericho being the favourite to win the Royal Rumble this year; surprising that he hasn't won one in the past. Zack Ryder and John Cena having a discussion before John Laurinaitis interrupted was cool, not a lot else to add to this. It could tell a story, prior to Kane perhaps harming Ryder or Cena himself. Jack Swager looks so randomly placed in this one. Alberto Del Rio with a victory over Evan Bourne was fine, in what sounded like a decent opening contest. There's no way that Del Rio is winning a second Rumble match in a row, though. Wait, Del Rio was injured at this point...hmm. I guess you've left that one. Brodus Clay getting another victory against JTG was expected, I like him as a heel, it works nicely. It was much preferred, in my book. R-Truth then defeating the Miz by disqualification was cool, a sweet way to get the feud continuing, as Miz low blows himself out of it. I'd love to see them settle it in a high-profile feud ending match, really. But given Truth's stance towards a comedy gimmick at this point, it's doubtful to me that that could happen. Hmm, a good promo with Chris Jericho at the one-hour mark, but I think it would have been better for Y2J to appear at the end of the show, much to replicate his return last week. Plus, I think you're planning on having the tag team main event the show, which seems pretty weak, to me. I liked the interaction between Jericho and CM Punk - love the idea of Y2J now wanting to destroy the WWE. I'd like to see more of this. Now to see what Jericho could do in the mean time - Ziggler's practically being left out here. The interaction between Punk and Jericho makes it all too predictable that Ziggler won't be getting the WWE Championship victory at the Royal Rumble. AJ Lee defeating Eve was fine, but it was perhaps a little soon for her to be winning a Divas battle royal and somewhat finding herself nearer to the WWE Divas Championship. I like the concept however, hopefully this sets up AJ's winning the title to coincide with her boyfriend, Daniel Bryan's World Heavyweight Championship reign. Or Bryan will inadvertently cost his girlfriend the match. AJ using Bryan's "YES!" chants was a nice touch. CM Punk seemed angry, I liked Punk taking out David Otunga in a comical moment. Ha, AJ Lee challenges Beth Phoenix for the WWE Divas Championship at the Royal Rumble? I'm game for that. I can't see AJ winning, but it'll be interesting to see how it goes down. Wade Barrett defeating Santino Marella was expected, nothing special here. And finally, an out-there tag team main event, with Kane and Jack Swagger defeating John Cena and Zack Ryder: it was a nice combination of feuds, but shouldn't have main evented the show - this would have worked much better as a first-hour main event. Kane and Cena brawling after the match was nice - but wow, Chris Jericho has hijacked the production truck!? Very amusing scenario, but a bit late in the show. A dramatic conclusion however. I want to know where Kane and Cena went, though. Swagger is anticipated a future WWE United States Championship shot, which I'd like - but I wouldn't like to see Zack Ryder lose the title so soon. Overall, a slightly lacklustre episode of RAW; I enjoyed parts of it, but it lacked a lot. I'd have liked to have seen Punk and Ziggler get more time to build their feud (Ziggler especially, after that opening promo he was practically swept under the rug), and some of the matches were very WWE Superstars worthy. Additionally, we only saw Daniel Bryan appear from SmackDown, which struck me as strange. I'd figure that we'd see a nice blend of RAW and SmackDown superstars around to build for the Royal Rumble in a few weeks, but I guess not. Hopefully the card is bigger for RAW next week, as they'll need all of the ratings they can get. I liked the interaction with Jericho and "destroying the WWE", though. That storyline has potential. Not too bad.
WWE NXT: Wednesday 11th January 2012...Alicia Fox defeating Maxine was fine, although I do prefer Maxine. I hope for Maxine to somehow wind up on main WWE television at some point. Trent Barreta defeating Curt Hawkins sounded fine, it sounds like those two would put on a really good match, I think. I wonder if you're planning to go along the Tyson Kidd and Michael McGillicutty route, that'd be fun. Johnny Curtis defeating Alex Riley was expected to me. Like Maxine, I loved Curtis in this period, it'd be nice to see him wind up on RAW or SmackDown in time. He'd improved so much since his near-debut on SmackDown mid-2011. Darren Young defeating Yoshi Tatsu was ideal; I'm confused as to why Tatsu is still even on the roster, honestly. Maybe if you found something for Tatsu to do, that'd be cool. Young and Titus O'Neil was such an attempt at a dramatic feud for NXT; unfortunately, it flopped and both ended up teaming with one another in a month or two's time. Hopefully they end up teaming up. NXT 100? Shame that there isn't much focus on NXT in the year 2012...yet? Typical episode of NXT.
WWE Superstars: Thursday 12th January 2012...Santino Marella with a victory against Michael McGillicutty was expected, as Marella needed to get the happy ending win in the opening contest. I do hope to see something develope for McGillicutty at some point throughout 2012. Ezekiel Jackson getting the victory against Jinder Mahal was good; I hated Mahal's character here, very stale and very bland. Mind you, I could say the same thing for Jackson at this point. His character needs a big overhaul. Glad that this ended up on WWE Superstars. Eve with a win against Nikki Bella was fine for what it was. I can't wait to see if you turn Eve heel. I believe that she was much better as a heel, personally. The Usos getting the win against Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd was good, a sound main event, I thought. My only issue with this is that all four men were babyfaces; quite a strange setup. Nonetheless, a decent edition of Superstars.
WWE Friday Night SmackDown: Friday 13th January 2012...Daniel Bryan and AJ Lee in the opening segment made for an entertaining start to the show. I liked Bryan bragging a lot. And we have the Big Show and Mark Henry interrupting, all wanting a shot at the World Heavyweight Championship. A sign of things to come, with a potential triple threat match for the World Heavyweight Championship coming at the Royal Rumble. Meanwhile, Bryan taking on Mark Henry for the gold tonight sounds pretty nice to me. Wade Barrett being offered help from William Regal was interesting, I don't know how Regal would fit into this feud with Barrett and Sheamus, as well as Barrett and Randy Orton, though. Wonder if this is even leading anywhere. Wait, so Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel & The Usos fought again after their match somewhat twenty minutes ago when they taped WWE Superstars? I'm not a fan of that decision. I guess it evened the score between Kidd and Gabrel & the Usos, trading blows. I think this should have happened next week though, with their WWE Superstars match taking place here. I'd have liked to have known some backstory between two babyface teams going at it, though. Ah jeez, Theodore long and Hornswoggle as General Managers on SmackDown. Drew McIntyre vowing to win his open challenge...so logically, he won't be winning. Ted Dibiase getting the victory against Heath Slater was expected, I want more from Dibiase, honestly. It's a shame that he ended up having to leave the WWE before they did anything good and fresh with him. Ha, Booker T and Goldust returns. Up next, a decent promo from Cody Rhodes, the WWE Intercontinental Champion continuing his feud with Booker T and his brother. I do hope that you avoid going for Cody feuding with Goldust into WrestleMania XXVIII. I didn't see it as a WrestleMania quality feud, personally. Booker T and Goldust then defeating Cody Rhodes and William Regal made for a decent tag team match; but Regal was out of place here, I thought. I could see Cody being challenged by Goldust to a match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship perhaps at the Royal Rumble, given the case that Goldust did pin Cody in this match. Sheamus defeating Wade Barrett made for a solid first-hour main event, and we have a fair match between the two WWE superstars. I could see a third rubber match taking place next week, perhaps. Daniel Bryan seems stressed...but still supportive of AJ Lee, his girlfriend. Nice slow build, coming through. AJ Lee defeating Tamina was fine, as AJ defeated the larger Diva, Tamina. It's all about establishing AJ as a credible threat to Beth Phoenix's WWE Divas Championship. I could see it, but I'm not sure if Lee can get the job done. Edge going into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2012 was expected; I'm hoping that you derive from the real life inductees somewhat, though honestly. The Big Show choosing to take on Drew McIntyre was nice, amusing win for Show in McIntyre's own open challenge. I'd have maybe put it on a little earlier on in the show though, perhaps. Daniel Bryan then getting the victory against Mark Henry was a fine finish to the show; although I liked the way that Bryan wisely provoked Big Show, who then attacked Bryan. A wise end to the show, and we now have a triple threat match set up for the World Heavyweight Championship come the Royal Rumble. Overall, not a bad show, although seven matches was maybe one too many; and some booking decisions didn't make the best of sense. The shows resemble real life at the moment; hopefully things begin to change from the Royal Rumble onwards. Not a bad week of WWE television, it was acceptable, but nothing special.

An interesting time period to choose, but I'm sure you'll do it justice, as sad as it is to see your old diary stop. I see you're going down a similar route to real life, although some of the changes are nice, such as Brodus Clay debuting as a monster like he was billed, and Jericho's much more serious return. He's a shoe-in for the Royal Rumble winner in my opinion. I'll be looking at this a lot more and I'll reply to Raw once you get it up.

January 16th, 2012 | Honda Center in Anaheim, California - Tonight’s episode of Raw opens with a video package showing Chris Jericho’s promo and cutting off the program at the end. It also focused on the upcoming Dolph Ziggler vs. CM Punk WWE Title match at the Royal Rumble. Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler introduce us to tonight’s show which will feature CM Punk in action, the United States Title on the line and a huge contest between John Cena and the number one contender for the WWE Title, Dolph Ziggler!
- Non-Title Match: WWE Champion CM Punk def. David Otunga >> This match was brought on by CM Punk’s altercation with David Otunga last week in John Laurinaitis’ locker room. Otunga still needs work on his in-ring skills, but Punk did his best to help this match along. It still didn’t last long and Punk was able to put Otunga down with the Go to Sleep.
- CM Punk grabbed a microphone after the match and began to talk about Dolph Ziggler attacking him from behind last week while he was trying to get a piece of Chris Jericho. He says that he’s not finished with Chris Jericho, but he admits that he took his eye off of where it needs to be and that’s on the number one contender for his WWE Title. Dolph Ziggler has taken him to the limit before but he is going to be more focused than ever at the Royal Rumble. He fought so hard to get back the belt and it’s not going anywhere anytime soon. He knows that John Laurinaitis wants nothing more than for someone else to be the WWE Champion, but he won’t get his wish. Punk ends it by saying he will be on commentary during Ziggler’s match with John Cena tonight.
- ===Commercial Break===
- We return to see Scott Stanford standing by with The Miz. He asks him how he feels about teaming with Mark Henry to take on the Big Show and R-Truth later. Miz says that he is pretty pleased because it’s much better to have the “World’s Strongest Man” as your partner than to have a lunatic like R-Truth. Someone who has held him back for months. Miz promises that no matter how crazy R-Truth is, he will beat R-Truth very soon and rid himself of a big pain in the neck.
- AJ Lee & Kelly Kelly def. Divas Champion Beth Phoenix & Alicia Fox >> We got to see Beth Phoenix and AJ Lee interact for the first time in this tag match and it was pretty interesting. AJ used her speed to her advantage, while Beth used her strength. Despite their fun interaction, the finish came when AJ nailed Alicia Fox with the Shining Wizard.
- As AJ and Kelly celebrated their victory, Beth Phoenix clocked both ladies from behind. He tossed Kelly out of the ring and focused on AJ. She lifted AJ up and planted her with a huge Glam Slam! Beth was handed her title and a microphone. She told AJ that her little dream of being the Divas Title is going to be crushed by the reality that is the “Glamazon” at the Royal Rumble.
- ===Commercial Break===
- Upon return, the announcers promote tonight’s United States Title match as Zack Ryder defends against the man who pinned him last week, Jack Swagger
- Surprisingly, the theme music of Mick Foley hits to the crowd’s delight. The WWE Hall of Famer makes his way down to the ring to a nice ovation. He gets in the ring and mentions that it’s great to be back in Anaheim for a nice cheap pop. He began to talk about how he is now just a fan of the WWE and he only came out here tonight to say hi to the fans and to see some of the boys in the back. The crowd begins to chant “one more match” at Foley, but he shakes them off and politely says that he doesn’t need to be dropped on his head anymore. He is cut off by the screeching sound of Vickie Guerrero’s “Excuse me!” She tells Mick that 2012 is the year of the man standing by her, Dolph Ziggler. Mick says that he’s not going to deny that it very well could be his year. Dolph takes the microphone as they get to the ring and tells Mick that since 2012 is his year, the focus should be on him and not people like Mick Foley. He says that has been is too good for Foley because he’s a never-was. Ziggler claims that Ric Flair was right when he called Foley a glorified stunt man, because anybody could do the things Mick did. Mick seemed ticked off by this and told Ziggler that he respects his ability, but not his attitude and dares Ziggler to have just one match as violent as his Street Fight with Triple H or his Hell in a Cell with The Undertaker before he says anybody can do it. Ziggler smirks and says that he will focus on being the best wrestler in the WWE, which he is right now. Ziggler tells Foley that was nothing and that he rode The Rock’s coattails to a Hall of Fame career.
- Mick Foley was left standing in the middle of the ring as Ziggler and Vickie laughed their way out. The crowd was chanting for “Foley” and he seemed to like the sound of it. He pointed at Ziggler, whose back was turned as he headed up the ramp, and the crowd roared. Foley raised his arm and began to head in Ziggler’s direction but the lights went completely out. When they came back on, Chris Jericho was behind Foley, wearing his now trademark hoodie. He turned Foley around and nailed him with the Codebreaker! Once again, Jericho has struck! He stood in the middle of the ring as the crowd booed and raised his arms to his sides, posing like he used in the entranceway.
- ===Commercial Break===
- Zack Ryder is shown backstage getting ready for his United States Title defense, when Eve comes up to him. She asks him how he’s been lately and how he feels about defending his title tonight. He says that he’s ready for Jack Swagger and he wants to know if Eve will go on a date with him after the show. She finally says yes to Zack and agrees to also accompany him to the ring.
- The Miz & Mark Henry def. Big Show & R-Truth >> The main focus of this match was how hesitant The Miz was to tangle with R-Truth, but the unfortunate side for him was that the only other person he could wrestle was Big Show. Mark Henry took lead throughout the match, which allowed Miz to capitalize on his offense and come in while Truth was down. Despite a valiant effort from Show and Truth, Henry put down Truth with the World’s Strongest Slam. Miz tagged himself in and covered, while Henry knocked Show off of the apron.
- The Miz celebrated the win, but Mark Henry was clearly not happy with him tagging himself in. Miz backed away from Henry and scurried up the ramp. The cameras cut to the back where Daniel Bryan is shown watching on a monitor in the back. AJ can be seen in the back, recovering from Beth Phoenix’s attack earlier. She mentions that her neck hurts, but Daniel just tells her to walk it off as his focus never leaves the TV.
- ==Commercial Break===
- United States Championship: Zack Ryder [c] w/ Eve def. Jack Swagger w/ Vickie Guerrero >> Zack Ryder’s first United States Title defense of 2012 is a good one as he and Jack Swagger seem to have some good chemistry. Zack continues to have the crowd behind him and gets a huge pop, and with Swagger having the ultimate heat magnet, Vickie Guerrero with him, the crowd was soundly into the match. It featured some outside antics from Vickie, which led to Eve neutralizing her with a slap! Shortly after, Ryder connected with the Rough Ryder and retained the gold.
- The announcers put over how good tonight is for Zack Ryder. He keeps his United States Title, and has a date with the lovely Eve.
- We now see John Laurinaitis in his office with David Otunga, who is still feeling the effects of his match with CM Punk earlier. John Cena barges in, to the usual mixed reaction from the WWE Universe. He says that he’s perfectly fine with a match against Dolph Ziggler tonight, but wants to know when he’ll be able to get his hands on Kane for good. Laurinaitis first tells him that he doesn’t just barge into the office because he needs to respect authority. However, he actually made a match for the Royal Rumble and was going to tell Cena later tonight. It will be Kane vs. John Cena in two weeks at the Rumble, and John says he hopes Kane beats some respect into him.
- ===Commercial Break===
- We return to see Scott Stanford, looking scared, standing by with Brodus Clay. Clay has a towel over his head and looks pretty intimidating. Scott says that we’ve never heard from the Brodus and wants to get his thoughts on being in the WWE. Clay speaks, saying that he’s in the WWE to cause pain amongst the roster. This isn’t like the last time he was here, playing games on nXt or being Alberto Del Rio’s muscle. He will run through each and every Superstar and he promises to do that at the Royal Rumble and toss out 39 other Superstars.
- Alberto Del Rio w/ Ricardo Rodriguez def. Kofi Kingston w/ Evan Bourne >> Last week, Evan Bourne surprised a lot of people and took Alberto Del Rio to the limit. Tonight, his tag team partner, Kofi Kingston, did the same exact thing. Kingston continues to show that he has the in-ring ability to be a top star in the WWE. He came close to victory a few times and had the crowd on the edge of their seats. Unfortunately for him, Del Rio would prevail after ducking Trouble in Paradise and locking in the Cross Armbar.
- For the second straight week, Alberto Del Rio picked up a big win over a member of the Tag Team Champions and someone who will be in the Royal Rumble with him in a few weeks. The announcers put over Kofi Kingston’s effort just like they did with Evan Bourne’s last week.
- ===Commercial Break===
- Dolph Ziggler w/ Vickie Guerrero def. John Cena >> Dolph Ziggler claims to steal the show on a nightly basis and tonight was not an exception. A feud between these two in the future could produce some greatness as evidenced by this contest. They got a lot of time and Ziggler was doing his best to show off. Towards the end, Ziggler’s focus turned from showing off, to picking up a huge victory as he began to try multiple pin attempts. Cena hit the Attitude Adjustment, but Ziggler got his foot on the bottom rope to some surprise. Shortly after, Cena would lock in the STFU and Ziggler looked on the verge of tapping out, when Kane’s fire shot out of the turnbuckles. Cena released the hold as Kane’s theme hit, and he made his way out to the ramp. He slowly walked down to the ring and this distraction allowed Ziggler to roll up Cena for the 1-2-3!
- Dolph Ziggler quickly got out of the ring as Cena was pissed off. Kane entered and the two men began to brawl to the crowd’s delight. Ziggler watched and backed up the ramp just as CM Punk’s theme hit. Ziggler turned around and was met with right hands from the WWE Champion. We’ve got two brawls going on at the same time and the crowd is red hot! Suddenly, Jack Swagger runs out and helps Ziggler with Punk, giving Ziggler the advantage.
- They brawl towards the ring, as John Cena and Kane have now taken their fight through the crowd. Zack Ryder’s music hits as the US Champion rushes out to the aide of Punk. The fighting is now even and that allows Punk and Ryder to knock Ziggler and Swagger out of the ring. The crowd is red hot until John Laurinaitis comes out to the stage. He announces that next week on Raw, our main event will be Jack Swagger and Dolph Ziggler taking on the WWE Champion, CM Punk and the United States Champion, Zack Ryder! He goes to leave, but stops and announces that he will be the Special Guest Referee for CM Punk’s title defense at the Royal Rumble!

January 20th, 2012 | Orleans Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada - Smackdown this week opens with a shot of the “Smackdown Roulette” wheel. It pans out to show Theodore Long smiling and standing by with Aksana. Teddy Long announces that tonight’s show is Sin City Smackdown as WWE Superstars will spin the wheel and determine what match type they will be having. He promises a huge show and, after the intro video plays, Josh Matthews, Booker T and Michael Cole welcome us to tonight’s exciting broadcast.
- Much like last week, Daniel Bryan’s theme hits to open the show as the World heavyweight Champion walks to the ring with his girlfriend AJ. He doesn’t look happy and once he enters the ring he begins to complain about an “injustice” that happened last week. He takes us to the video of his disqualification victory over Mark Henry, followed by Teddy Long’s announcement that he has to defend the World Title against Henry and The Big Show at the Royal Rumble. Back to Bryan in the ring and he says that it’s unfair that he has to defend against both of them at the Royal Rumble. He beat Big Show for the title at TLC, beat him again two weeks ago and he beat Henry last week. It’s not his fault that Show got counted out and that Show got involved in their match last week. Bryan’s tone changes somewhat and he says that while it is unfair that he’s being thrown into a match with both Show and Henry, he’s not the World Heavyweight Champion for nothing. Will he beat both of them at the Royal Rumble? Yes! Will he be at ringside for their match later? Yes! Is he the greatest thing to happen to Smackdown? Yes!
- We cut to the back where the Intercontinental Champion, Cody Rhodes, enters Theodore Long’s office. Teddy tells him that tonight; he will be spinning the wheel to determine his match. Cody says that this is a dumb idea and that all he wants tonight, is to get in the ring with his brother to prove that getting pinned by him was a fluke. Teddy tells him that he should hope to land on “Dealer’s Choice” then because that will allow Cody to pick his opponent. Cody likes that and spins the wheel. It gets close to landing on Dealer’s Choice but instead, lands two spots over on “Strange Bedfellows”. Long says that Cody will team with a partner he’s not used to against one of Smackdown’s resident tag teams.
- ===Commercial Break===
- When we return Hunico and Camacho are already in the ring as Cody Rhodes comes out. He gets into the ring and awaits his tag team partner, which turns out to be Goldust! Cody wanted to be in the ring with his brother, but not as a partner! Cody is fuming as the match begins.
- Strange Bedfellows Match: Hunico & Camacho def. Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes & Goldust >> Maybe because they don’t like Hunico and Camacho or maybe because they liked seeing Rhodes & Goldust team up, but the WWE Universe was firmly behind the brother duo. They actually worked like a pretty good team despite Rhodes’ objection. A bit later on, Goldust looked like he was gearing up for a victory as he had Hunico hooked for the Curtain Call. Rhodes grabbed Goldust and nailed him with the Cross Rhodes! He looked down on his brother before leaving the ring, which allowed Hunico to hit the Falling Star senton and get the win.
- Cody Rhodes laughs at his brother from the outside until Theodore Long’s voice is heard. He tells Cody that he shouldn’t be laughing because although he may have one upped his brother this week, Goldust still pinned him last week. And last time he checked, pinning the Intercontinental Champion meant great things. Like opportunity, which is what Goldust has, because at the Royal Rumble he will be getting a shot at the Intercontinental Title. Cody Rhodes is livid as Goldust is now back to his feet and smiling.
- ===Commercial Break===
- Heath Slater is in the ring as we return and he’s doing his One Man Band shtick. The General Manager’s office is shown on the titantron and Hornswoggle is spinning for Slater It lands on Blast from the Past, and Teddy Long says that he was hoping it would’ve landed on that for someone as he has a blast from the past on hand tonight! A familiar theme hits as The Godfather is here tonight in Las Vegas to the crowd’s delight. He brings out some of his “lady friends” and dances with them for a bit before the match.
- The Godfather def. Heath Slater >> At the start of the match, Heath Slater got right into The Godfather’s face and told him that he should lay down for him. Godfather slapped him and the match was on. It didn’t last very long and was mainly here for nostalgia purposes, as the Godfather hit the Ho Train for the win.
- ===Commercial Break===
- We return to see Wade Barrett enter the GM’s office and Sheamus is already there. Sheamus tells him that instead of bickering over who gets to spin and choose the stipulation for their tie breaker tonight, he’ll just let do it. Wade spins it and gets a Tables match and seems pleased with the outcome. He tells Sheamus to watch out and make sure he doesn’t leave Las Vegas in an ambulance. Sheamus smirks and says that he likes Tables matches as it was in a Table match that he won his first WWE Championship. He pats Wade on the shoulder and heads off.
- A quick clip is shown of Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd beating The Usos last week on Smackdown, followed by a video showing The Usos beating them on Superstars to even the score.
- Title Shot on a Pole Match: Tyson Kidd & Justin Gabriel def. The Usos >> The tag team division in the WWE continues to heat up as these two teams put on another solid match. The announcers mention that the two teams spun earlier in the night to end up with a title shot on a pole match. Both teams came close to getting the contract for a title shot numerous times but continued to get thwarted. The Usos seemed poised to get it after hitting a huge splash on Kidd, but Gabriel knocked Jey off the top as he nearly grabbed the contract and he fell onto Jimmy. With both Usos on the ground, Gabriel used a huge diving splash to take them out, as Kidd got back to his feet and grabbed the contract.
- After the match, we see a great show of sportsmanship as The Usos re-enter the ring and shake the hands of their opponents for tonight.
- ===Commercial Break===
- Tables Match: Sheamus def. Wade Barrett >> Last week’s match between these two was the best of the three, but tonight was still good. They focused on using the tables, and we even got to see both of them go through it at point. As they jockeyed for position on the top rope, they both fell together through a table. The bell rang, but the referee signaled that no offensive maneuver occurred so the match restarted. After that things got very intense and Barrett used a well-timed low blow to gain the upper hand. He called for the Wasteland when “Voices” blared over the speakers. The crowd erupted and Barrette was stunned but no Randy Orton showed. The song stopped and Barrett turned to grab Sheamus, but Sheamus kicked him in the stomach and hit the White Noise through a table in the corner.
- The announcers put over the fun series of matches we got between these two and also wonder what was up with Randy Orton’s theme music playing.
- We cut to the back where Drew McIntyre is seen getting ready to spin. Teddy Long tells him that he needs to pick a good match if he intends to stay on Smackdown because he’s running out of chances. McIntyre spins and the wheel stops on Flag Match. He asks who he’s facing, but Long tells him that he will see out there. As Drew leaves, Teddy turns to Aksana. He tells her that he has a surprise for her. She asks if its diamonds and Teddy tells her that she gets to be in action tonight! She will be part of a six Divas tag match and she’ll get to do the honors of spinning the wheel for it. She spins and it lands on a pillow fight. Aksana says she’s good at those as she heads off.
- ===Commercial Break===
- Six Diva Pillow Fight: AJ Lee, Kaitlyn & Natalya def. Divas Champion Beth Phoenix, Alicia Fox & Aksana >> Unlike the pillow fights of the past, this one did not feature a bed in the middle of the ring or Divas in lingerie. Instead this worked as a tornado six diva tag with pillows around the ring. Aksana, Fox, Natalya and Kaitlyn hit each other with the pillows, but Beth Phoenix wanted no part of it. She focused on AJ, and AJ surprisingly didn’t back down. They traded shots in the middle of the ring and Beth fought her off with some big shots. AJ would surprise by hitting her with a big dropkick that sent her to the outside. She then nailed Aksana with a huge bulldog for the win.
- Natalya, Kaitlyn and AJ celebrated their win as Beth Phoenix looked on upset. She could be seen telling AJ that she didn’t beat her and then she raised her title high in the air. AJ motioned that she wanted the belt as we cut away.
- From the beautiful Divas, we are taken to Mark Henry, quite the opposite sight. He enters the General Manager’s office and now it is his turn to spin. It looks like his match with Big Show in our main event will be a Lumberjack match!
- ===Commercial Break===
- AJ is shown getting back to Daniel Bryan’s dressing room, looking pleased with herself. She asks if Daniel just saw that and Daniel says of course he did. He just saw that the match between Big Show and Mark Henry tonight will be a Lumberjack match, which will give him a front row seat. AJ clearly is sad as she was obviously talking about her victory.
- Flag Match: Ted Dibiase def. Drew McIntyre >> Drew McIntyre continues to fight for his job since returning to Smackdown and tonight was no different. The crowd was pleased that it would Ted Dibiase in this match. There was an American flag in one corner and a Scottish flag in the other. Despite not getting that much time, these two fit a pretty good match. As McIntyre got close to his flag, Dibiase pulled him down and locked in the Million Dollar Dream until McIntyre fell out, allowing him to capture his flag.
- Big Show is seen walking toward the arena as our literally huge main event is up next!
- ===Commercial Break===
- Lumberjack Match: Big Show and Mark Henry fought to a no contest >> Much like their feud in 2011, this was a battle of the brutes, but it was a good contest. Also, for someone who was excited to be a lumberjack, Daniel Bryan stayed clear of his Royal Rumble opponents. Even with the match going on in the ring, after about eight minutes the lumberjacks began to battle each other. Henry and Show stopped and watched this unfold as it even spilled into the ring, causing the no contest.
- Daniel Bryan again steered clear of all of this until the ring got crowded. The camera caught him sneak into the ring and chop block Mark Henry in the knee before running and doing the same to the Big Show. He rushed out of the ring as all of the lumberjacks, most of who will be in the Royal Rumble, did battle and his Rumble opponents were down. He stood at the top of the ramp and shouted “Yes!” at the top of his lungs.

Good opening promo from Bryan Danielson-Daniel Bryan. Fitting stuff from him, I forget much of what was going on at this time as I really despised the end of 2011 (like most people), so hopefully you do it justice - which, I imagine you will. Hunico and Camacho getting the win was obvious with it being a strange bedfellows match, but I never really cared for them as a team. Good progress for Cody versus his brother. Nice appearance for The Godfather in Vegas, but kind of a whack thing. I get it, though, with it being Vegas and all. Just not somebody I'm a big fan of I guess.Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel getting a title shot is fine, I suppose. Would of been fine with either team going over. They won't win the titles right off though, I'm assuming. Sheamus defeating Wade Barrett is a fine outcome, especially with the distraction of Randy Orton's music. Wonder if you'll take that feud into WrestleMania, wouldn't be a bad idea. Eh, pillow fight without the sexiness just sucks! Boo, PG era. I mean... don't tell my girlfriend about that. Nevermind. Right team won. Ted DiBiase versus Drew McIntyre in a flag on a pole match is just odd, but it makes sense with McItnyre continuing his losing streak and beginning to suck. I wouldn't mind him snapping out of it though and getting pushed back up a bit. Finally, a solid main event turning into a massive clusterfudge and Daniel Bryan standing tall is a good ending. He'll retain. Solid show.

WWE Monday Night RAW CM Punk against David Otunga after last week is a decent way to kick off the show, even though it’s not exactly a hot opener. Obvious win for the WWE Champion here, and him on commentary later for Dolph versus Cena should be interesting. Nice interview from the Miz on R-Truth, I’m still holding out on them getting a pay-per-view match. I think you could squeeze in time at the Rumble for them, but it might be difficult now that you’re keeping it with 40 men. Did I ever mention that I’m glad you’re keeping the 40 man Rumble? Should be fun. AJ Lee and Kelly Kelly beating Beth Phoenix and Alicia Fox was fine as it gave AJ some momentum heading into the Rumble. Beth attack AJ after the match was good, it regained her some of her heat. Simple yet effective booking. I liked the promo from Mick Foley, nice little surprise there, and the interruption from Vickie Guerrero and Dolph Ziggler. I feel like the seeds have been planted here for a WrestleMania match, would be a huge win for Dolph. I’m not too sure on Foley’s ability these days, but this is a diary so I guess we should just have some fun. Oh, Jericho’s attack was great, as it lived up to the whole thing about ruining whatever the fans wanted. Decent tag match to advance two storylines here, Miz tagging himself in to steal the pin on R-Truth was cool. Bryan telling AJ to walk her off neck injury was pretty funny, their stuff was gold in early 2012. I’m glad to see Ryder retained his United States Championship, I hope he holds it for a while. And the lucky bastard has a date with Eve. Nice that Kane vs Cena is confirmed for the Rumble, the card isn’t shaping up to be much different from real life but there’s not much you can do at this stage in the diary. Good win for Alberto Del Rio over Kofi Kingston, I wonder if he’ll find somebody to challenge for the tag titles with. Lastly, huge win for Dolph, even if was via a distraction from Kane. Nice chaotic finish to show, the tag match next week should be good. Laurinaitis announcing himself as the special guest referee for Punk/Ziggler is sweet, I hope it’s played out better than it was in real life.
WWE SmackDown Good start to the show with the World Heavyweight Champion, Daniel Bryan, addressing the “injustice” from last week’s show. I think Bryan could have berated AJ about being laid out by Beth Phoenix on RAW, it could have gave the promo some point in storyline advancing. I liked the strange bedfellows match with Cody Rhodes and Goldust, Hunico and Camacho actually got a win for once! The finish with Cody attacking his own brother was great, I wonder how long you’re willing to stretch this feud out for. The appearance from the Godfather was cool, even though I think Slater could have picked up the victory here. It’s kind of pointless to put the Godfather over him, even if Slater is basically a comedy act. Only poor Heath Slater would lose to a corner splash. Wade Barrett and Sheamus in a tables match should be good, and Sheamus forgot to mention the part where he lost the United States Championship in a tables match. I hate *insert random object here* on a pole matches, but I’m sure International Airstrike and the Usos could pull off something decent. Gabriel and Kidd winning was fine, I just hope both teams get a run with the tag titles by the end of the year. Sheamus picking up the win in the tables match is alright, he seems like a solid contender to win the Rumble match. Orton’s theme distracting Barrett was a nice touch. Oh boy, a pillow fight! Absolute technical masterpiece here, excellent physicality and in-ring psychology. In all seriousness, this was another good win for AJ. Ha, I got a laugh out of the Bryan/AJ segment afterwards. Good win for Ted DiBiase, hopefully McIntyre snaps out of the losing streak quickly, however. Lastly, the main event ending in a no contest was for the best, and the chaotic finish led to some nice rumble hype. Overall, it was a solid week of television, I’m just excited to get past the Rumble so you can start to put in more of your own ideas.

WWE RAW Supershow: Monday 16th January 2012...Alright, you are really rearing to go with this diary, I'm liking it. Alright onto week three in 2012. CM Punk defeating David Otunga was an obvious win for the WWE Champion, although it was strange but refreshing to see it open up the show. Punk then cutting a promo on Dolph Ziggler was nice, as well as Chris Jericho. We continue to have clashes between Punk's focus on Ziggler and Jericho. Ziggler's chances have been made completely redundant to defeating Punk to win the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble, so I'm hoping that we see a surprise or something. Y2J's return was different and original - but could have been handled a lot better than it did. Additionally, hoping to see someone other than Y2J gain contention to the WWE Championship via winning the Royal Rumble. The Miz's comments about R-Truth was nice. Nice to see some interviews happening for a change, we've barely seen any in the past year. AJ Lee and Kelly Kelly defeating Beth Phoenix and Alicia Fox was fine, and I liked AJ getting the win against Fox, eliminating more competition on her pursuit of the WWE Divas Championship. I'd mix up the card a little bit honestly, as the Divas are getting a residential spot on the card every week for RAW, and if that occurred, ratings would drop for that segment of a show every week, effecting the overall score. Beth getting some offense in against AJ was a nice change, anyway. I still see Phoenix winning at the Rumble, either way. Hah, a nice little promo from Mick Foley to bring us into the second hour of the show. I liked it, but what I didn't like was that Dolph Ziggler interrupted Foley...and yet didn't interrupt Punk...his rival for the Rumble? And then Chris Jericho got involved. The booking for this is quite strange. My only assumption is that Jericho and Ziggler are plotting against the WWE roster. I'm hoping for some sort of explanation behind this. I don't understand where the WWE Championship scene is going at all. The Miz and Mark Henry defeating the Big Show and R-Truth made for an interesting combination of feuds, the World Heavyweight Championship triple threat feud, also including Daniel Bryan - and the Miz and R-Truth. I would like to hear from R-Truth more, and inject some comedy into the feud, me thinks. I liked Daniel Bryan telling AJ Lee to walk her NECK injury off, that was funny stuff. Meanwhile, Zack Ryder defeating Jack Swagger was great, to retain the WWE United States Championship. I'm so glad to see it. I would like to see Eve turn on Ryder as in real life still - but not for a while, perhaps. Eve makes for a much better heel. Plus, Ryder as champion feuding with guys that Eve puts in his way would make for a fantastic little mid-card story long-term. John Cena being disciplined by John Laurinaitis was amusing, and Cena against Kane made for the Royal Rumble is fine; I'd like to see more of a story put into this though - like why Kane is exactly targeting Cena, and if there's anything more to "these two guys keep brawling, so let's put them on PPV". It's slightly one-dimensional. At least it's not destroying Zack Ryder or turning Eve heel too soon, though, I guess. Having Kane try to make Cena "embrace the hate" differently than in real life would be a solid way to differentiate from real life occurrences. Hmm, Brodus Clay with talk time is good. I like that the Royal Rumble will remain with 40 men, by the way. My only gripe is: is there even 40 credible men on the roster for this? Alberto Del Rio defeating Kofi Kingston was good, another decent win for Del Rio, proving his worth and that he is better than both members of Air Boom, the WWE Tag Team Champions. Air Boom need more competition though, for sure. I am glad that Primo and Epico didn't dethrone Evan Bourne and Kingston, though. That said, I still can't see Del Rio winning for a second year in a row. Dolph Ziggler defeating John Cena with a rollup was a nice, cheap way to get Ziggler heat in this feud with Punk - whilst giving Kane heat (figuratively and literally) against Cena. A decent aftermath, but it was a tad messy. Kane and Cena brawling was fine - but I wasn't a fan of Jack Swagger getting involved with Punk and Ziggler. I just don't think he's needed at all. I'd have been happy seeing a set-up for Punk and Cena taking on Ziggler and Kane next week, but this was fair. The brawl continuing between Cena and Kane should have had the final segment focus, I think. Zack Ryder makes the save for Punk? Heh, fine. I'd have probably had John Laurinaitis announce his special officiating for the WWE Championship match in the Rumble for next week on RAW, but fine. Overall, a decent show, but certain things are going all ahead as real life, but without much definition of explanation. Like what Kane's problem with Cena precisely is; we're not hearing much from either men in segments, other than brawls or having matches. And with Punk, Ziggler, Swagger, Ryder and Jericho: what's the association with Ziggler and Jericho about, if both are involved in a segment attacking Mick Foley? Not to mention Punk hasn't really done anything especially offensive to make Laurinaitis make himself the special referee for the Rumble. It'd be nice to see a little more explanation and care behind some things, but these shows have been interesting to read so far, so I hope some amendments are made, this was a decent show outside of a messy conclusion.
WWE NXT: Wednesday 18th January 2012...Darren Young defeating Titus O'Neil set up for a good finalé to their long-term feud, especially since they decided to get along fine after the match. A good call, I'm a fan of this decision sticking, for sure. Heath Slater appearing was nice to see, a good win against Percy Watson, whom I really disliked, honestly. Curt Hawkins and Tyler Reks resume their run of dominance against Yoshi Tatsu and Trent Barreta, not bad. And finally, Johnny Curtis and Maxine's wedding was thwarted by Derrick Bateman. I hope Bateman turns into the NXT hero after this. I loved this segment in retrospect. Wait, that wasn't the final segment? Not a fan of that being upstaged for Wade Barrett defeating Michael McGillicutty...that wouldn't have made sense at all, really. Shame Kaval isn't with the company still, really. Not a bad episode of NXT for the 100th episode.
WWE Superstars: Thursday 19th January 2012...Natalya with a win against Tamina is fine from the B-tier WWE Divas to kick off Superstars; two talented Divas really. I'd like to see a lot more from Tamina than we were shown in real life. Tamina has so much potential to be the next Beth Phoenix in the event that she does leave the business, as she did in 2012. Ezekiel Jackson getting a win against Camacho was what it was, an average big-man match that would have maybe been better suited on WWE SmackDown or something. David Otunga defeating Santino Marella made for a decent match, but I feel like another match could have been added onto this show. Three matches made the show look pretty empty, and lacked so much star power. Nonetheless, it IS only to air on WWE.com. So nevermind.
WWE Friday Night SmackDown: Friday 20th January 2012...Alright, Sin City SmackDown. Let's see what we have, haha. Daniel Bryan kicking off the show is fine, although it may be better to start mixing up which feud or superstar kicks off the show, me thinks. The World Heavyweight Champion was here to get some comments in on his opponents for the Royal Rumble triple threat match, coming up in nine days. It was uncharacteristic for nobody to cut Bryan off, so this was a bit strange to see this open up in the ring, this could have been better suited as an interview, if nobody interrupted and all. Alright, let's see what we have on the roulette wheel. Wise booking with Hunico and Camacho getting a rare victory against the Strange Bedfellow combination of Cody Rhodes and Goldust. I liked Cody attacking Goldust, although like I said last week, I hope Cody and Goldust don't end up feuding into WrestleMania XXVIII. Ah cool, Goldust instead gets a shot at Rhodes' WWE Intercontinental Championship. I think that this should round up the card for the Royal Rumble perfectly; if anything, it's looking a little overcrowded as it is, at the moment. I wonder if you plan on introducing the WWE pre-pay-per-view shows. That would be a handy feature, perhaps. Hah, the Godfather returns to take on Heath Slater, I dig it. Enjoyable win for Godfather in a one-off appearance. Wade Barrett and Sheamus to finish their feud in a Tables match is nice; I enjoyed this match between the two when it originally happened, I recall. Just a note about the taping order , when Superstars and SmackDown are taped on a Tuesday, it airs the Thursday before the SmackDown airs on a Friday, as opposed to the week following. Hmm, a title shot on a pole match? Hah, Vince Russo is all over this. Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel using their agility to defeat the Usos was fine - but this was an embarrassing way to gain contention to the WWE Tag Team Championships - a pole match? Hmm. Nonetheless, Air Boom facing Gabriel and Kidd sounds like an exciting match...but we need some backstory or build to this upcoming title match, perhaps. A decent first-hour main event with Sheamus surprisingly defeating Wade Barrett in an enjoyable Tables match. I liked Randy Orton's teased return, but am hoping that you hold it off until the Royal Rumble match. I could see Orton winning the Rumble, actually. Although I would prefer somebody new, really. Pretty matter of factly that Drew McIntyre, the Scottish superstar had the roulette wheel land on Flag match...makes you think it's pretty rigged, eh? Stereotypical Pillow Fight between the Divas, and another good win for AJ Lee to gain more momentum, teaming with Kaitlyn and the double-duty Natalya against Beth Phoenix, Aksana and Alicia Fox. You should try and avoid double-booking talent from Superstars on SmackDown, perhaps. Especially when there could be a suitable replacement. You're trying to build up Lee like crazy, and it's making me more and more convinced that Beth Phoenix will end up victorious at the Royal Rumble, me thinks. AJ wants to talk about her match? Pft, Bryan is the World Heavyweight Champion! Ted Dibiase defeating Drew McIntyre was fine, as expected. I would like to see more from Dibiase in 2012, really. Don't let him slip away! And finally, I'd have liked some comments from the Big Show and Mark Henry to reinforce their perspectives in the triple threat feud with Daniel Bryan, which has been really quiet and uneventful outside of Bryan's behavior in recent weeks. It's what I meant with the explanation for everything comment on the review for RAW. Nonetheless, a chaotic Lumberjack match between Show and Henry, the two rivals from the second half of 2011. It allowed for the triple threat match to be forwarded in the rivalry, as well as the Royal Rumble match with the WWE superstars filling into the ring for a massive brawl. My only comment on this triple threat match setup is that the focus is mainly on Bryan - much like the focus on CM Punk and Dolph Ziggler's feud is Punk. It hurts the outcome of the match because it practically near-guarantees that Punk and Bryan will win at the Rumble. It doesn't make things fun in terms of unpredictability. Luckily, the Royal Rumble match makes for that. Overall, a decent little show, but not as good as last week, I don't think. This has been an acceptable week of WWE television, all focused on setting up the already-stacked card for the Royal Rumble. Not bad, I am excited for more.

1/21/12 Edition
- Original plans called for an alliance between William Regal and Wade Barrett, with Regal in a mentor's role but that has been scrapped. No word on why exactly, but Regal is rumored to be retiring in the near future.
- Chris Jericho's return has and will be different from anything he's done before. Creative is said to be happy with the mystery surrounding it and how it's been received. Plans are rumored to be different than most people are expecting for Jericho and he eventually may target people he's never wrestled or beaten.
- Many names have been thrown around as Royal Rumble winners including Wade Barrett, Chris Jericho, Alberto Del Rio, Randy Orton, Kane, Sheamus and even Cody Rhodes.
- A lot of names from FCW are expected to be called up soon including Antonio Cesaro, Richie Steamboat, Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, Damian Sandow, Skip Sheffield & Seth Rollins. The FCW roster will eventually become the nXt roster once the switch is made after WrestleMania.
- Independent standout Chris Hero has officially signed a deal with the WWE and will be appearing on FCW very soon.

I think it's fair to say after 3 weeks or so of TV now your main stories are Jericho's return his feud with Punk and the Bryan turn which is dominating Smack Down.
I like how both your shows have a focus.
Still in my mind Jericho is the only option to win the Rumble.
Heyman made a couple of decent points about Cena/Kane, Ace, Ryder etc which may be worth thinking about. What I will add to that is 3 weeks in Cena does not feel like the biggest star on the roster. Which he is an if you are planning on changing that you need to have Cena appear as the biggest star to get your new guy over.
I am enjoying watching as you build the roster underneath your top stories.
I enjoyed the last week, keep it up. Royal Rumble coming together well

January 23rd, 2012 | US Airways Center in Phoenix, Arizona - A video package opens Raw, showing highlights of last week’s main event and the announcement that General Manager John Laurinaitis will be the guest referee when Dolph Ziggler challenges CM Punk for the WWE Title at the Royal Rumble! That is followed by Michael Cole and Jerry “The King” Lawler welcoming us to Phoenix and reminding us of tonight’s main event where CM Punk will team with Zack Ryder to take on Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger!
- Just like last week, the WWE Champion CM Punk, opens the broadcast as he makes his way down to the ring. He talks about John Laurinaitis and mentions that he wants to stick his nose where it has no business. He claims that Laurinaitis loves the spotlight that he’s in and has been riding the wave of attention that he has gotten since Punk name dropped him last year in Las Vegas. He reveals that Laurinaitis’ brother is Road Warrior Animal and that he never had success like his brother. He calls Laurinaitis a failure of a wrestler, a General Manager and probably as a referee too.
- This brings out the General Manager himself, to a chorus of boos. He says that he will not be talked down to the way CM Punk is talking down to him and that he commands respect. John promises to be an impartial official this Sunday, but he admits he would like to see Punk’s reign end. Laurinaitis then says that to prove how great of a referee he will be, he will be the official in tonight’s main event! Punk says “great, now the main event is ruined.” Laurinaitis looks pissed and says that enough is enough with CM Punk and his disrespect! He tells Punk that he will now be pulling double duty as he will be in our opening contest as well as the main event! He says he will pick a worthy opponent for Punk when we return from break.
- ===Commercial Break===
- We return to see CM Punk in the ring awaiting his opponent. Three 6 Mafia begins to play as Mark Henry makes his way out!
- Non-Title Match: WWE Champion CM Punk def. Mark Henry via disqualification >> Much like the match between John Cena and Dolph Ziggler last week, these two look like they could do a lot more with an actual rivalry. They put on a good contest with some solid back and forth action as both men looked strong throughout. CM Punk seemed to be gearing up for a huge win when David Otunga snuck into the ring and struck Punk with his coffee mug, causing the disqualification.
- David Otunga looked very pleased with himself, until CM Punk shook off the hit and looked pissed. Otunga turned towards him and got locked into the Anaconda Vice! Officials attempted to get Punk to release the hold but he wouldn’t. Eventually, about four referees got him to let go and CM Punk was clearly not going to be in a good mood for the main event.
- ===Commercial Break===
- Scott Stanford is standing by with the World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan and AJ. He asks Daniel about his non-title match with the “Celtic Warrior” Sheamus. Bryan says that he’s not worried about the match because there is a reason that he’s the World Champion. Stanford mentions that the last time Bryan held a title, the United States Title; it was Sheamus who took it from him. Bryan gets serious and says that when Sheamus took the US Title, it was nothing more than a fluke and he will prove that tonight.
- Goldust & R-Truth def. The Miz & Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes >> We now move into a solid tag team match between four talented guys. Truth and Miz’s rivalry goes back a few months, but in Cody’s eyes, his issue with Goldust goes back even further. Miz and Truth got to tangle a bit more here than they did last week and what we got between them was fun. Miz and Rhodes cut the ring in half against Goldust, but he managed to make the hot tag to R-Truth, who had the crowd on fire. He came in with a flurry of offense that ended when he nailed the Lie Detector on The Miz to end it.
- The announcers mention how R-Truth now has his first real measure of revenge on The Miz since his return. They also point out that Cody Rhodes and Goldust are clearly gearing up for a big battle at the Royal Rumble.
- Scott Stanford is standing by with Dolph Ziggler and asks him about this Sunday’s huge WWE Title match. Ziggler says that first of all, he is coming off of one of the biggest nights of his career as he defeated John Cena and put Mick Foley in his place. Now, he will continue the hot streak and win again tonight, before going on to win the WWE Title at the Royal Rumble. He says he might even enter the Royal Rumble and win that too, because he’s just that damn good.
- ===Commercial Break===
- Kane comes out to the stage. He talks to the camera about returning and focusing on John Cena solely. He mentions that he has watched Cena preach “hustle, loyalty and respect” but not always follow it. He knows that there’s a dark side to John Cena. He’s seen it on a few occasions and we are shown quick clips of Cena showing some heel tactics. We see him taunt the crowd and use weapons at One Night Stand 2006, we see him hit people with steel locks from his days on Smackdown and his reactions to some of the negative chants he’s received in his career like WrestleMania 22, Money in the Bank 2011 and of course, that One Night Stand match again. Kane wants him to embrace the hate and embrace his dark side. He promises to make Cena embrace what he avoids this Sunday.
- ===Commercial Break===
- An advertisement for Smackdown is shown announcing that we will hear from “The Viper” Randy Orton for the first time since Wade Barrett threw him down a flight of stairs on the last Smackdown of 2011!
- Non-Title Match: World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan w/ AJ Lee def. Sheamus >> A pretty big first hour main event between Daniel Bryan and Sheamus turned in a very good match. Since being pushed to the pre-show at WrestleMania XXVII these two have come a long way and it showed here. They put on a very good show and had the crowd on the edge of their seat. Surprisingly, midway through the match the Divas Champion, Beth Phoenix came down to the ring and attacked AJ! She tossed the number one contender into the guardrail, and all the while, Bryan was too into his match to worry. He managed to duck a Brogue Kick and roll Sheamus into a small package for the victory.
- As Daniel Bryan celebrated his win, he noticed that AJ was hurt on the outside. He went out to help her and, despite looking disappointed in her, picked her up and carried her to the backstage area.
- ===Commercial Break===
- United States Champion Zack Ryder is shown getting ready for the main event when Eve enters his locker room. She says she just wanted to wish him good luck in tonight’s main event and says that she had a good time on their date last week. Ryder wants to go out again after tonight and she likes the idea of it.
- International Airstrike def. Primo & Epico w/ Rosa Mendes >> AirBoom was on commentary during this match. Tyson Kidd & Justin Gabriel now go by the name of International Airstrike and their fast paced offense has gained them some fans in the WWE Universe. This was one of the better matches of the night as they did a lot with the six or seven minutes they got. It was a jam packed fun match that ended when Kidd forced Epico to tap out to the Sharpshooter.
- Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne get into the ring and face off with Tyson Kidd & Justin Gabriel. Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler announce that the Tag Team Title match will take place next week. International Airstrike leave as Kingston and Bourne stay in the ring for the upcoming Over the Top Rope Challenge.
- ===Commercial Break===
- AJ is in the back getting checked on by medics as Daniel Bryan looks on. He tells AJ that he wants her to feel better and that he needs her in his corner. She says that she really wants to be ready for her Divas Title match and that she wants revenge on Beth Phoenix for this. Daniel mumbles something about being in his corner when he defends the World Title is more important, but he covers it up without AJ really noticing.
- Over The Top Rope Challenge: Kofi Kingston won by last eliminating Alberto Del Rio >> The participants in this match were Brodus Clay, Kingston, Evan Bourne, Del Rio, Santino Marella, Curt Hawkins, Tyler Reks, Alex Riley, JTG and David Otunga. At the outset, it was clear that Clay was in firm control as he picked up most of the eliminations. AirBoom led the charge as, along with Del Rio and Santino, they eliminated Clay. The final two would be Del Rio and Kingston as they had a very good back and forth, but Kingston would eliminate him by hitting him with Trouble in Paradise as he was on the apron.
- Evan Bourne gets in the ring and celebrates along with his tag team partner as they get a measure of revenge on Alberto Del Rio.
- ===Commercial Break===
- Dolph Ziggler & Jack Swagger w/ Vickie Guerrero def. United States Champion Zack Ryder & WWE Champion CM Punk >> We got ourselves an action packed main event here as the WWE Universe was hot for this. They got a lot of time and fit a lot into that time frame. This followed basic tag formula, but they made it fun. Ziggler and Swagger were both working over Ryder until he made the hot tag to Punk who came in hot. He had the crowd in the palm of his hand and took down both of his opponents. Shortly after, he tagged Ryder back in and hit a suicide dive to the outside onto Swagger. Unfortunately, that left Ziggler to hit Ryder with a Zig Zag and win.
- Dolph Ziggler picks up another big win this week and he goes outside to grab the WWE Title. CM Punk enters and takes his belt back before trading shots with Ziggler. He seems to be getting the better until Swagger low blows him. That gives Ziggler the chance to hoist Punk up and actually hit him with the GTS! He shouts that he can do everything better than Punk. The lights in the arena go out for a few moments and when they come on, Chris Jericho, hoodie and all is behind Ziggler. He turns him around and hits the Codebreaker. Jack Swagger attempts to run in but Jericho nails him with the WWE Title!
- Chris Jericho grabs a microphone and says CM Punk, Mick Foley, John Cena, Kane, Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger have all felt the impact of his return in one way or another. He says that the end of the WWE as we all know it is happening before our very eyes. This Sunday, he will win the Royal Rumble and the WWE Universe will just be helpless witnessing to his takeover.

great opening by Punk , Punk is in action 2 times ?! , well , lets see his opponent, Mark Henry ? , i think it should've been the main event and tag team match open the show , Otunga ? , it was prefered to make Ziggler interfere, hopefully Daniel Bryan wins, Goldust and R-Truth win is great , because i think Miz has a big chance to win the Rumble and Cody will 80% Retain, strong words by the #1 Contender , but why there is no a match between the 2 backstage interviews ? , strong words by Kane he should win that match , i don't think Kane returns just to lose to Cena , Bryan and sheamus always make great matches , but AJ Lee is hurt ? , and how Didn't Bryan notice someone hurting her ? , Zack Ryder and Eve..... *no comment*, hmmmmm , International Airstrike winning is good , but aren't Primo and Epico feuding with Air Boom ? , didn't get anything from the Bryan and AJ Lee segment , Kofi win is great , i think Del Rio needs to find partner to for the tag team titles ! Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger winning is good , i see Ryder defending his title against Swagger soon , i really love Ziggler and Punk feud , i won't get bored from the feuds like Punk vs Ziggler , Punk vs Jericho , Punk vs Bryan , Bryan vs Ziggler , Y2J vs Ziggler , Y2J vs Bryan , Ziggler stealing Punk's finisher seems great, well , it seems that Chris Jericho will finally win the Rumble , he deserve it , same for Kane , but hopefully Y2J wins and feud with Punk

January 27th, 2012 | McKale Center [University of Arizona] in Tucson, Arizona - Tonight’s show opens with a video package that shows the chaotic end to last week’s match between Mark Henry and the Big Show, before cutting to showing Randy Orton getting thrown down the stairs by Wade Barrett a few weeks back. Booker T, Josh Matthews and Michael Cole remind us that we will hear from Randy Orton tonight and we will also see Wade Barrett team with Mark Henry to take on Big Show and Sheamus!
- Daniel Bryan’s theme plays as the World Heavyweight Champion comes down the ramp, his girlfriend AJ not far behind. He starts by talking about how great of a World Champion he is. Bryan reminds us that he has successfully defended the belt against Big Show and Mark Henry in successive weeks and promises that he will top both of them again at the Royal Rumble. He even claims that his success is rubbing off on AJ as she has now earned a Divas Championship shot and this Sunday could be the happiest day in their relationship. With the recent wave of success, it’s been hard for him to really be unhappy, but one thing about the past few weeks has bugged him. He points out Booker T and says that at one point he was “MY BOY D-BRY” in Booker’s eyes. But now, Booker talks down about him and says that Bryan has changed and weasels his way out of title defenses. Bryan demands an apology from the former six-time World Champion. Booker gets up from the announce table and gets in the ring. He tells Bryan that he’s not going to apologize for his opinions and he believes everything that he says. Bryan smirks and tells him that he better apologize. Booker again refuses and takes off his jacket to the crowd’s delight. Bryan says that Booker is right and he shouldn’t have bothered him, so he offers Booker a handshake. Booker shakes it and goes to walk back to the table, but Bryan nails him from behind and puts him in the LeBelle Lock! AJ pleads for him to break the hold, but he only does when Big Show’s theme plays. As Show hits the ring, Bryan releases and scurries out of the ring.
- ===Commercial Break===
- We return to see Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes joining the announce table as he will be doing some guest commentary for our opener.
- Goldust def. William Regal >> Goldust gains some more momentum heading into his big Intercontinental Title match with his younger brother, Cody Rhodes. Cody was cutting down his brother’s entire career on commentary throughout the match. As usual, any match with Regal is good and Goldust has been very solid over the past few years. He put down Regal with a Curtain Call.
- After the match, Cody sneaks into the ring to hit his brother with the Intercontinental Title, but Goldust dodges it and takes it to his brother. He puts him in the corner and nails him with the Shattered Dreams! Rhodes is on the floor writhing around in pain as Goldust picks up the Intercontinental Title. He stares at it and then puts it down by Cody.
- Michael Cole and Josh Matthews inform the WWE Universe that due to Daniel Bryan’s attack on Booker T earlier tonight, Booker has demanded and been granted a match with the World Champion tonight!
- ===Commercial Break===
- We return to see Theodore Long in his locker room with Aksana and Hornswoggle. Aksana says that them having Hornswoggle there is like having a child. Long gets freaked out by this and tries to play it off when Drew McIntyre enters. Drew says that he knows he failed again last week but he guarantees a victory tonight. Long tells that he’s glad he’s guaranteeing a win because it’s official tonight. If he doesn’t win, he is fired. McIntyre looked stressed and asks who he’s facing tonight. Long tells him to go out later tonight and see.
- The Usos def. Hunico & Camacho >> Hunico and Camacho picked up a victory over Cody Rhodes and Goldust last week which gives them some momentum, but The Usos have been part of a very solid back and forth with International Airstrike. This was a pretty decent contest, with Camacho’s strength advantage coming into play a few times. Despite that, The Usos picked up the victory after hitting a tandem Samoan Drop on Hunico.
- ===Commercial Break===
- Michael Cole and Josh Matthews discuss what happened to Randy Orton a few weeks back when he went down with an injury after being thrown down the stairs by Wade Barrett. They show a video clip of what happened before we now see Randy Orton on the titantron to the crowd’s delight. He is with us via satellite and the crowd goes nuts when they see him. Cole asks him how he’s feeling and Orton says straight up, that he’s not feeling good. He got a concussion from falling down the stairs and everything has been tougher for him since. He talks for a bit about how everything is going and then he says that he has a big announcement to make that the WWE Universe should like.
- He is cut off by the theme of Wade Barrett. Barrett walks down to the ring and gets a microphone. He says that nobody cares about his stupid announcement because the focus should be on the man who injured him and the man who will win the Royal Rumble, Wade Barrett. Barrett says that he didn’t appreciate the little mind games Orton is trying to by having his theme play last week. Orton says that was a small taste of what he has in store for Barrett. He plans on making sure that Barrett pays for what he did and he will begin to pay for it very soon. His announcement is that he has been cleared to wrestle and will be in his home town of St. Louis this Sunday. He says that he will be one of the forty men to enter the Royal Rumble and he vows to personally eliminate Barrett and win for the second time. Barrett is upset at this announcement but the crowd seems to love it.
- ===Commercial Break===
- Non-Title Match: World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan w/ AJ Lee def. Booker T >> Daniel Bryan’s heel turn has been a pretty slow burn since he won the World Title at TLC, but his actions against Booker T pushed the crowd pretty firmly away from him. They were very into this match and gave it that little something extra. Bryan started off in control but Booker gained the upper hand and had the crowd on fire. He hit some of his trademark moves and then set up for the Scissors Kick. Bryan managed to dodge it though and lock in the LeBelle Lock. Booker had no choice but to eventually tap out.
- Michael Cole and Josh Matthews put over how close Booker came to picking up a win over Daniel Bryan tonight as Daniel Bryan heads up the ramp shouting “Yes!” at the top of his lungs.
- ===Commercial Break===
- Cameron Lynn is standing by with International Airstrike, the new number one contenders for the Tag Team Championships. She asks them for their thoughts on their title match this Monday. Tyson Kidd begins by saying that they have never been more ready for a big match in their lives. He says that first, this Sunday one of them is going to win the Royal Rumble. Justin Gabriel chimes in saying that the following night, they challenge for the Tag Team Titles. He says that people get behind AirBoom because they are great at high flying, but he promises that International Airstrike is better and they will prove it this Monday.
- AJ Lee def. Kaitlyn >> In what was a battle of best friends, AJ Lee went up against Kaitlyn. They shook hands before the match and got a decent amount of time. Kaitlyn still needs some help with her in-ring work, but she has some good chemistry with AJ. After some solid back and forth action, AJ beat her with a Shining Wizard.
- Teddy Long is in his office with Ted Dibiase. Ted says that his Dibiase Posse is growing weekly and mentions that he now has nearly 1,000,000 Twitter followers. Long says that he likes the sound of that and loves to see his Smackdown stars getting more attention. Big Show enters and demands to know what is gonna be done about Daniel Bryan and his assault on Booker T. Long says that Booker is on the active roster and wanted a match with Bryan. Show is obviously not happy with the response and promises to teach Bryan a lesson in respect and what it means to be a Champion this Sunday.
- ===Commercial Break===
- We return to see Drew McIntyre in the ring. He grabs a microphone and admits that he’s been in a funk but the cold streak ends tonight. He will not lose his job tonight and he guarantees it. The theme of his opponent hits as The Great Khali walks to the ring.
- Drew McIntyre def. The Great Khali via countout >> Drew McIntyre looked upset at the prospect of having to face The Great Khali, and got frustrated early on when he couldn’t take the big man down. Khali tossed him around a few times and even tossed him to the outside. Khali went after him and McIntyre ran away. As Khali gave chase it seemed like McIntyre got an idea because as the count hit eight he stopped. He ran to Khali and kicked him multiple times in the leg. After a few kicks, he rolled back into the ring in the nick of time and avoided the double countout.
- Drew McIntyre celebrated like he just won the World Title as he gets to keep his job and fight another day. Khali didn’t look too happy and followed Drew into the ring. McIntyre’s celebration was cut short by a huge Khali Chop to the crowd’s liking.
- The cameras now show Sheamus making his way to the ring as our tag team main event is up next!
- ===Commercial Break===
- Wade Barrett & Mark Henry def. Sheamus & The Big Show >> World Champion Daniel Bryan was on commentary during our main event and he made it a point to talk about how great of a Champion he is as usual. The match itself was mostly a fun and contained brawl that the crowd was pretty into. Near the end, things got chaotic when Daniel Bryan got into a shouting match with Mark Henry. Henry leveled him until Show joined in and hit both. The legal men, Sheamus and Barrett did battle in the ring until Barrett ducked a Brogue Kick and hit the Wasteland. He got the pin to even the score with Sheamus.
- As Wade Barrett celebrated in the ring, Big Show was in control outside of it. He had taken out both Mark Henry and Daniel Bryan and looked like a furious beast. Wade Barrett saw this and quickly slid out of the ring. Show lifted Bryan up and was setting up to Chokeslam him, but Henry hit him from behind with a chair. He hit Show again and then lifted up Bryan. Henry dropped him with the World’s Strongest Slam onto the mat outside and stood tall to end the show.

Well I can't wait until the Royal Rumble pay per view because of the 40-man Royal Rumble Match because there are favorites in this match such as Chris Jericho who has got to be the odds on favorite, Orton the hometown favorite, Barrett, Miz, Rhodes the IC Champion just to name a few along with Cena, Del Rio, just to name a few
But also I am looking forward to seeing Bryan defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Show and Henry because Show doesn't even have to be pinned to lose his title because Show could pin or make Henry submit and vice versa and Bryan could lose his title that way
And Punk is already in his 434 day title reign, well he is in the early stages of that title reign by defending his WWE Championship here against Ziggler, and I for one see him beating Ziggler

WWE RAW Supershow: Monday 23rd January 2012...Alright, the go-home show before the Royal Rumble for the flagship show. A decent opening promo with CM Punk coming out to the ring was nice, the WWE Champion forwarding his feud with special referee for Sunday, and General Manager of RAW, John Laurinaitis. It seemed like a nice way to send off this feud for tonight's episode of RAW, forcing Punk to go through two opponents in two matches. I still however, dislike how Dolph Ziggler wasn't included in this at all. Really, this feud is about Punk and Laurinaitis, and Ziggler is just the messenger. Good decision in making Mark Henry Punk's first opponent in a decent opening contest, and the disqualification finish kept Henry strong before his World Heavyweight Championship match on Sunday...but again with Ziggler; I get why David Otunga attacked Punk, given their mini-feud in recent weeks, but it would have benefitted Ziggler so much, six days before their match for the WWE Championship. Daniel Bryan to face Sheamus tonight? Hopefully we don't see the same at WrestleMania XXVIII in this case. Up next, a decent combination of midcard feuds from RAW and SmackDown, as Goldust and R-Truth defeated Cody Rhodes and the Miz. R-Truth pinning Miz could infuriate Miz further; but I feel as though this feud needs some promos. This is a potential undercard match for Elimination Chamber, if not the actual Chamber match itself next month. It was the best decision to keep Goldust and Rhodes out of the picture, holding their feud progression off until SmackDown this Friday would be the best decision, perhaps. I'm inclined to believe that Rhodes and Goldust's feud has been the most well promoted in the past few weeks of this diary. Up next, a good first-hour ending segment with Kane explaining his disapproval of John Cena. I liked his reasons, using Cena's past heelish tactics as evidence to embrace the hate, but I hope Cena doesn't turn heel. I just don't think it'd happen at all. An attack from Cena would have been nice to see, but the rivalry isn't that personal yet, if it does continue after the Royal Rumble, anyway. Not sure how I feel about Randy Orton returning two days before SmackDown: yes, it's a good ratings-seller, but think of the shock value and surprise of a capacity crowd to Orton returning to the Royal Rumble in the Rumble match. Daniel Bryan defeating Sheamus was the right decision, and I sort of liked Beth Phoenix getting involved to get some of AJ Lee: that's how you make the WWE Divas Championship scene matter. Good work on that segment. I wonder what Sheamus will do going into WrestleMania, provided he isn't involved in the World Heavyweight Championship hunt. Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel getting a showcase on RAW is nice, but a match with Primo and Epico practically screamed SmackDown or Superstars to me. Don't get me wrong, Evan Bourne and Kofi Kingston will have a great match with International Airstrike, but I can't see Air Boom losing the WWE Tag Team Championships just yet. What amuses me most of all about these Daniel Bryan and AJ Lee segments is that Bryan's feud with Mark Henry (who is at RAW tonight) and Big Show is being given less reference than AJ Lee's feud with Beth Phoenix. Oh well. I like how you're writing Bryan's character, at the moment. A bit late into the show for an over the top rope battle royal, perhaps, but a nice featured win for Kofi Kingston. It would have been good to see something special added to this challenge however, like perhaps the ability to pick their number, or win the #40 spot in the Rumble. Nonetheless, it was obvious that it would come down to either Kofi Kingston, Alberto Del Rio, Evan Bourne or Brodus Clay. I'm not sure about Clay losing so soon into his run, though. The rest of the participants were filler. I'd have maybe scratched Kidd and Gabriel's match with Primo and Epico off of the card and replaced it with the battle royal, personally, with more names involved, perhaps. Nonetheless, nice revenge from Bourne and Kingston to get one over on Alberto Del Rio, after a cute little program. And lastly, Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger defeating Zack Ryder and CM Punk made for a decent main event, although seeing Ryder and Swagger in the main event amuses me. I'd have perhaps put this on the first-hour main event, personally. It's a little weak for a main event. Every week, Ziggler's chances of winning the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble become increasingly more narrow (not that it was likely in the first place). I can only imagine that future WWE Championship feuds will be more even and not so one-dimensional. John Laurinaitis, Chris Jericho and Mick Foley's existence has gotten in the way of what could have been a decent feud. I liked the enhancement from Ziggler against Punk, but it's a bit late now, with the Rumble this Sunday. Chris Jericho then taking out Ziggler was strange. Y2J with the final comments on the show was nice, but diminished the WWE Championship picture once again. Overall, a decent edition of RAW, but the main event scene is slightly messy right now. I can only hope that this is amended after the Royal Rumble.
WWE NXT: Wednesday 25th January 2012...Yeah! Darren Young and Titus O'Neil uniting was a good decision, and I like seeing it happen in real life. I do hope that a WWE Tag Team Championship reign is expected in 2012 for the future Prime Time Players. Johnny Curtis defeating Derrick Bateman was good, but this would have suited the main event position more, I feel. Heath Slater with a win against Percy Watson was always going to be good. I hated Watson and his bland "black athlete" gimmick. Michael McGillicutty with a victory against Alex Riley was good; I hope to see more of them on WWE television in the future. Darren Young and Titus O'Neil were obviously going to defeat Yoshi Tatsu and Trent Barreta, two superstars without any momentum. I'd have had that match open the show, on the contrary. Nonetheless, a fair show for what it was.
WWE Superstars: Thursday 26th January 2012...Santino Marella with a win against JTG was fine, doing double duty with the battle royal on the RAW Supershow, I see. Ezekiel Jackson picking up a win against a local competitor was strange, I guess there aren't many other heels available before SmackDown. Ah well. Eve and Kelly Kelly getting a win against the Bella Twins gave the Divas something to do whilst Beth Phoenix and AJ Lee continue to feud over the WWE Divas Championship. And lastly, Ted Dibiase defeating Jinder Mahal made for a decent main event. Overall, not a bad show, but nothing special for Superstars.
WWE Friday Night SmackDown: Friday 27th January 2012...A decent promo to kick off the show, as Daniel Bryan talked up his feud with the Big Show and Mark Henry. I liked his exchanges with Booker T,, Bryan denouncing Booker's view of him as "his boy, D-Bry". Amusing segment. Bryan attacking Booker was a strange one, allowing Big Show to make the save. This feud over the World Heavyweight Championship however, is much like CM Punk and Dolph Ziggler's feud on RAW: there's an ensured guarantee that Bryan will retain, removing any predictability from Bryan potentially losing the title at the Royal Rumble. Similarly, your booking practically removes any fair probability of Show or Henry taking the belt from Bryan; like even you know that the feud is too predictable. I'm not extremely fond. William Regal making an appearance again tonight on SmackDown was good, but he's basically being used to put over other WWE superstars really. Goldust with the win established Goldust as a challenger to the WWE Intercontinental Championship: I'd have gone with a stronger match for Cody Rhodes or Goldust, though, with two days before their match fro SmackDown. I suppose Cody's attack was good enough, though. Comedy with Theodore Long, Aksana and Hornswoggle is disappointing for the SmackDown General Manager. More hijinks with Drew McIntyre could work, however. Don't let Drew get fired! Unless he loses, and ends up going to RAW, anyway. I wouldn't mind that. The Usos defeating Hunico and Camacho was fine, a good promotion for Jimmy and Jey after losing the number one contenders' match to International Airstrike last Friday. Wade Barrett interrupting Randy Orton and vowing to eliminate him from the Royal Rumble match. It's clear that this feud is the top feud for SmackDown. I'd like to see Orton face Daniel Bryan for the World Heavyweight Championship at the Rumble, personally. Daniel Bryan defeating Booker T was good, a bit endorsement for the World Heavyweight Champion ahead of his match on Sunday at the Royal Rumble, which he will probably win. It's good to see a minor change at least, with the match only being a standard triple threat match, at least. Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel getting talk time...oh dear. Good idea to give International Airstrike some interview time, but what an awful segment that would be. AJ Lee defeating her former friend Kaitlyn was ideal, as Lee needed the win going into the WWE Divas Championship match with Beth Phoenix, on Sunday. Yay, Ted Dibiase could be getting a push! I like the sound of this. Big Show being irked by Long giving Booker T a match with Bryan tonight over him was fun. Further angers Show going into Sunday. Drew McIntyre did it! I liked the count-out win for Drew against the Great Khali, and Khali getting retribution was ideal. Finally, a big man tag team main event, with Wade Barrett and Mark Henry defeating their rivals, Sheamus and Big Show. Bryan getting included with Henry coming out victorious by the end of the show was best. Overall, another decent show; but I must say that the hype for the Royal Rumble has been moderately weak. You've delivered in some areas, such as Orton and Barrett's personal rivalry; Bryan and AJ's characters; and mini-feuds such as Alberto Del Rio and Air Boom; but outside of that, it's not been much to make me buy the show. I expected a bit more chaos for the go-home week of WWE television going into the Royal Rumble. I'm looking forward to after Sunday to see if the product is shifted up a gear, growing closer to WrestleMania XXVIII. Looking forward to reading the Rumble, good write-ups I must say, though.

The end of the world as we know it, Chris Jericho The Best In The World at everything he does, he has not come back to save the WWE but to destroy it and it doesn't matter who gets in his way because he is focused on one thing and one thing only which is to win the Royal Rumble Match and he is my pick to win it all, and seeing as how it is a 40-man Royal Rumble Match, 40 men, the biggest Royal Rumble which means that there will be surprise entrants but also superstars who we rarely get to see will also be in the match but I see Jericho winning it all but from what number do I see Jericho winning it from? I see Jericho getting an early number either between the numbers of 1 and 8 and Jericho lasting over an hour outlasting 39 other superstars to get the job done but as soon as Jericho wins the Royal Rumble we already know what title he will gun for
As for the WWE Championship, Punk will beat Ziggler retaining the title and as for the World Heavyweight Championship I see Bryan retaining beating both Henry and Show
Kane will beat John Cena because let's see face ever since Kane's resurrection Kane has been growing more evil more vicious and has seemingly become unstoppable but here is hoping Kane does beat Cena in this Grudge Match
And Rhodes I see him retaining the IC Title beating Goldust but as for the WWE Divas Championship I see Daniel Bryan helping AJ to win the Divas Championship with her becoming the new champion
But won't Jericho want revenge on Orton for punting him in the skull punting Jericho out of the WWE for a good year and a half?
