Elite 18 was the easiest set for me to find. My TRU got literally 20 cases of that in the month of December. I saw dozens and dozens of Jerry Lawlers and Undertaker's. That's the most of any Flashbacks I've ever seen.
Elite 19 was probably the rarest. I saw ONE Brock and ONE Ziggler in stores (bought them), NEVER saw HBK or Liz (ordered them online for $15.99).
I mean, I even found Elite 12 Kane 3 or 4 times.
Elite 22 was easy, but that's just because I used the Target locator and got tipped off that a case came in before they put it out on the shelf so I got to the store when it opened and just bought everyone I wanted all at once. But my area hasn't been flooded with the amount of figures we got for Elite 18 yet...but Elite 18 came out around Christmas, so I'm not surprised we got flooded with it. They wanted to keep current product on the shelves so people could buy it as gifts for kids for Christmas.

Wal-marts were getting several cases all at once of this stuff.

Yeah ive seen this set everywhere as well. I already picked up the ones I want, but im thinking about getting the entire set to put on my classifieds. I see on the boards that people are still having trouble finding The Giant. I see him all the time. In my neck of the woods it seems that Sandow is the hardest to find but again ive already passed on him several times.

I have seen everybody in E22, but only Giant & Tensai once. They are still on my want list, but E22 has only been in Targets, so I'm hoping it's slowly making its way into Walmart & TRU soon. I think I have seen every Elite series figure except for E17 Mankind and E18 Lawler. I have found everybody else at retail.

I'd say a lot of it has to do with there not being an absolute MUST HAVE figure in the set.

Elites are easier to find because they only come out with a set every other month. Basics are one per month. Meaning Elites get way more shelftime than Basics.
We've got this thread about every set since E18 at least...

Most stores have done resets and that usually means good stock for a bit. Then it goes back to normal, then reset, then normal.

All our stores have tons of E22. I wish every set was like this.

Big Show has been a shelfwarmer here. Literally see 2-3 of him in every store I go to. The hardest to find is the Rock. Haven't seen at all in any store. Tensai comes in second, only saw him once. Easiest Elite set that I found would be E19 probably. Hardest would be E16. God never saw Diesel or Slater in store!

All of my Walmarts have stocked the shelves with almost TWO sets of E22 making it the easiest for me to find. All do not include The Giant. Making him one of the hardest to find to find.

Elites are easier to find because they only come out with a set every other month. Basics are one per month. Meaning Elites get way more shelftime than Basics. We've got this thread about every set since E18 at least... I definitely get that. What I'm talking about is the variance in areas. Some areas get everything pretty evenly, but up until recently the basic pegs would be empty for half the year in my area, and then you've got people in other states complaining about empty Elite pegs all the time. It's weirdly inconsistent. I go into Wal-Marts when I travel and I wonder who decides what gets ordered because some Wal-Marts have no section at all for Marvel and Transformers, and some have Elites and no Basics and some vice-versa. Since posting the other day in this thread I have still yet to see Elites at the Wal-mart down the road from me. Everyone else has E22 but this store hasn't had Elites in about 2 months. EDIT: What I'm trying to say is that I know you're not singling me out over anyone else, and I only responded to say what others might also be thinking but just haven't said clearly. This is the first toy line that I have ever seen such striking inconsistency in stock with, but it's also the first time I've collected a line that is so prolific with releases and also this is the first time in a long time that the future of action figures has seemed unclear. I reckon there hasn't been an upset with the action figure world since the fuel crisis that spawned the 3 and 3/4 inch era of the 80's.

^^^ I hardly ever see new Basics. My stores' shelves get so clogged with Cena, Sheamus, and Punk, that new figures RARELY hit.
I would have loved to have seen the World Champions series in stores.

Very weird set to really think about. Locally, silly sitting on E19-20, but have seen E21. E22, isn't in my town, but did found a lot in the town over. I figured The Giant to be the hardest one to find, but have picked 2 up at retail. Truthfully, I have yet to see Sandow at retail. I'd say this set is pretty solid and I like the new WWE championship as well as the Tag Team Championship. I'd say E21 was much harder for me to find, namely Ryback, HTM, and AJ.
