Bales Batman Movies have been by far the worst imo. Superhero movies shouldn't try to look real, things should be cartoony and comic book esqe. One of the reasons why my favorite Batman was George Clooney. I loved his Batman movies because they didnt try their hardest to make everything seem like reality. They knew Superheros don't really exist, and are just fiction out of comic books, and that's how the movies were presented. How all superhero movies should be.That's what makes it bad in my opinion. The whole premise of the Dark Knight trilogy is that hero's do exist, and anyone can be a hero. So your telling me you enjoyed Batman and Robin?

Don't judge me lol.

well one things for sure.....no future DC movies will have Nolans involvement.the company he is part of:Legendary Pictures has parted company with WB.
so all this Nolan being the godfather of DC movies is Shiite.

Welp, then here's to the future! Hopefully less realistic superhero flicks. Bat's is a man in a world full of powerful beings, and he has to deal with that while following his heart to be a hero, he has to contend with all of that. He's a man in a suit, with gadgets, with lethal training, and with money and a mind above most. Can't wait to see him and Supe's exchange blows.

It will be like any other vs story where they start out with a conflict but have to work together to stop a threat and come away with respect for each other.

I've always seen Batman as a role similar to James Bond where it is bigger than any one actor, and everyone is replaceable... Of course, we now know the replacement. But there's a different thread for specific thoughts on that. For this thread I will just say that I'm a big fan of Bale (and have been for many years even before Batman), but he is not the be all and end all of the character. He did a great job in the scenario given, but that doesn't mean others couldn't be just as good or better. The biggest thing to remember is that it will be different and we should never expect anyone to be another Bale. Back to my Bond analogy, Roger Moore was different from Sean Connery, but that didn't make him less of a Bond, it just made him different.

I really don't think it'll be that hard. Bale's Batman was based in reality. And any involvement from Superman in the new movies throws that out the window. So a Batman movie franchise with Superman, Killer Croc, & Clayface will bring a whole new dimension to the big screen.

Even though this is a different type of Batman role, different director, etc. I don't know if I can watch anyone else play him.
You people saying Bale is the worst Batman of all are dillusional and love your cartoons too much. After the first Batman with Nicholason, the rest were garbage. Yeah they had star power, O'donnell, Arnold, Tommy Lee Jones, Jim Carey.......but they were over the top corny. Yes, maybe the orginal Batman and the comics were just that. But they sucked.
Kilmer better than Bale? lol keep smoking your funny cigarretes.

They were more so like the Nolan-verse except they didnt have the fun and magic sucked out of it. Also, Arkhamverse>Nolanverse.

Obviously B:TAS is nothing like the Schumacher movie, but I don't think that's what he was saying either. Batman: The Brave and The Bold is very close. So are the old Superfriends cartoons.

There's plenty of that wacky BS in the Silver Age Batman comics.

didnt enjoy Batman:BATB as much as some did.......Batman TAS however remains the effing King.
Mask of The Phantasm remains my fave Batman movie ever......mostly because of the excellent portrayal of Joker.
