Hey guys, considering selling my RSC exclusive S.E.S.Punk and Ringside Exclusive 2003 Kane With the removable mask. I really neeand I'm not sure if I should put them on eBay or just save them for a while(They are probably my two favourite figures in my colletion). Do you guys think they'll go up in value? Punk was real easy to find last year, you could get him for like £15 on WrestlingWorld now he's worth a lot and you can't get him barely anywhere in the UK. Could you guys suggest how much I should start the auction at or just a buy it now price? Thanks.

As of last week I had a minnesota wild jersey I no longer wanted, I paid $260 for it. It was a rare team issued jersey meant for on-ice action, I figured starting it at $0.99 would bring me some money. Long story short it sold for $112 and I was pissed. So best bet to test the waters is going with a BIN auction with the OBO option. It's free either way and a BIN will gauge the interest.

I wouldn't sell them. SES Punk is awesome. I wouldn't take anything less than 60 pound for MOC or 30 loose.

Yes, "obo" is or best offer. So if I was you, I'd start the Punk at say something on the higher end, $80. And then set it up to automatically decline, say anything lower than $30. And then when people make offers over your automatically declined price you can monitor them and decline or accept at your own will. Only way it will sell without you having any say is if someone comes in and buys it now for your full asking price, which definitely can happen. You can decline every offer if you choose, just wait for the right one. After my losses last week I'm just not a fan of $0.99 auctions as a seller, as a buyer they're awesome.

After you rec'v an offer, you can send a counteroffer to the buyer. Which is also cool.
Or you can message me like I asked. I really am interested in RSC Kane

I really am interested in RSC Kane Man I've noticed when it comes to making a counteroffer it has a 99% failure rate for me. I've sent multiple counteroffers and never got a bite, maybe it's just bad luck with hockey jerseys or something lol.

Sometimes people just send offers when they are bored at work probably. lol I have never had much luck replying with a counter either. They don't even respond.

Haha that's my exact problem, no response. And then it expires. I agree, I swear people send offers just to send an offer. I've accepted offers where they don't respond or pay. eBay blows for sellers when it comes to stuff like that.

They protect the buyer way more than the seller. You can't even leave a buyer negative feedback anymore. You gotta open a dispute which is fine. But even after the alotted time, you still can't leave neg feedback.

Their buyer protection is at a premium while their seller protection is piss poor.

If you are still remotely interested in them, then don't sell. Other figures may drop in value, but the limited nature of the Ringside WWE exclusives make them very desirable. Even old Jakks ones still fetch high prices. I sold my E2 and E6 Batista figures for a pretty penny but now I regret it. It was a very interesting situation because I was able to flesh out my roster with other expensive rarities and I still have a basic Batista, but the Elites, especially 6 were awesome. Elite 6 Batista was one of the best figures of 2010 in my opinion.
