Plain and simple: He eats up time that other more talented wrestlers could utilize. WWE wants to keep a 'merch-friendly' guy like him around, and the kids love masks, but this aint their guy. If they wanted a masked guy that would be over with the kids I don't understand in a million years why they didn't just keep what's his name as El Generico. Kids would eat that up I would think |

I read that he jammed his finger and he did not know if he broke his hand because of the way it look Exactly! Finish your match in some sort of fashion! I'm assuming you like Punk looking at your name. Can you ever in a million years see him pulling some crap like that. If his hand was falling off he would figure out some way to finish the match. Especially on the flagship show. This wasn't a damn house show! It's crazy. Think of all the people in NXT, ROH, all these Indy places, (probably TNA too) that would die to have TV time on RAW and this guy quits over some jammed fingers or dislocated fingers. Crazy! Yeah I am a Punk fan. Yeah I would rather have AJ Styles/Kevin Steen on Raw then Cara. |

I just wish they had Hunico go back to being Sin Cara. I actually liked Sin Cara Negro the best.

I thought about that before writing this thread but what he did last night I think ruined that character Maybe not to kids but to a teenage to adult fan that was just Busch league there Maybe Hunico will step in. Who knows |

I've never once liked Sin Cara. But the e25 figure looks amazing. I'm just really surprised he wasn't released a long time ago. The "filling in while Mysterio has a thousand surgeries" thing does make sense though

I know him and Del Rio have heat from mexico and Del Rio gave him a stiff looking stomp in the ring too. WWE did just sign samuray del sol who is amazing and would have some sick action figures

I'm not saying stopping the match was right he should have finished the match especially after so many guys have wrestled injured or got injured during a match much more severely than a broken finger. But I just can't help but laugh how a "fake" wrestler is expected to finish a match but if Kobe Bryant or some "real" athlete has a minor injury he is out for months and making a ton more cash than a mid card WWE guy and we have no problems with it.

I am a Sin Cara fan. I am not ashamed to admit this. I truly hope that this incident sends him back to Mexico. Although I love his work...he just never successfully made the transition to the U.S. style.

The guy IS talented, but it just hasn't worked... at all. It's a shame too because it should easily work and he should be insanely popular. Multiple injuries and getting suspended have nearly killed his WWE career and this may indeed be the final straw.

I'm pretty sure this was planned. Even Jerry Lawler got confused deciding if it was the left or right wrist, because Cara made no effort to sell that he broke anything. Unless the plan was to make him 'break' it upon impact with the mat You're wrong. It wasn't planned. That's why Alberto was so pissed. Sin Cara pussed out, straight up. Now I'm regretting keeping my E15 Sin Cara. I definitely agree if they want to keep the character just have Hunico play it.

They already do pump out the Sin Cara figs..
But He's probably the only shelfwarmer that I actually don't mind seeing on the pegs. I have the blue, black, white/gold, and red caras. I plan on getting E25 and B34 as well. Just a cool looking figure.
