The head is a Marvel Toys angle. I was going to use a Finlay body, but Angle has slimmed down a lot over the years and I wanted to make a current Angle. So I used Santino instead.

I am working on three different kinds of Jeff Hardy at the moment. The one already pictured. A heel immortal Hardy in purple shirt with tie and then a shirtless Jeff Hardy.  |

Yeah, they are decals...
Basically I took about 20 to 30 images of Jeffs Tattoos and then recreated them in Photoshop. Which took some doing. (you can't see it in this picture, but I also did his snake tattoo on his side, and then the tattoo on his neck.)
Then I printed them out with Decal paper and applied them/glossed them. Once they were on I then went around the edges with a craft knife to rid myself of any excess bits and then lightly glossed it one final time.

I can't wait to see the Immortal Jeff. Any chance you'd making the Immortal belt too? I'd pay some big bucks for both.

Jeff Hardy is now on eBay.
Wyatts, Bully Ray and Ric Flair end in the next few hours or so.
As for the Immortal Jeff Hardy. I've never made a belt before. But you know it wouldn't be right without that belt lol; so I will give it a go.
