Saturday Night Main Event 3.
Vince McMahon:
Welcome to another edition of Saturday Night’s Maaaain Event!
Bobby Heenan:
The Billion Dollar Age!
McMahon:
Are you going to do that every week?
Heenan:
If you keep leaving it out I’m gonna keep saying it McMahon.
McMahon:
We’re only two weeks away from the Royal Rumble and the road to Wrestlemania.
Heenan:
And here comes the man that will be crowned the new WWF Champion at the rumble, our president Ted Dibiase.
McMahon:
This is something else I hope I don’t have to hear every week Brain.
(Dibiase makes his way down to the ring accompanied by Andre the Giant and Virgil. Andre stands guard outside the ring whilst Dibiase and Virgil go through the ropes. Virgil grabs a mic.)
Virgil:
Ladies and Gentlemen, give a cheer for your WWF president, The Billion Dollar Man, Ted Dibiase!
(The crowd boo heavily and Ted Dibiase takes the microphone from Virgil and does his signature laugh.)
Dibiase:
You know Virgil, it amazes me that I give these fans great shows every week and they boo me. And I bet if that ego maniac Hulk Hogan was to come out right now they’d cheer … right?
(The crowd cheer and start a Hogan chant.)
Dibiase:
You hear that Virgil, they want Hogan. You want Hogan right? Well guess what … you’re not going to get him! Under my authority Hulk Hogan has been banned from this arena tonight, he’s not scheduled to be here and he won’t be. But let me tell you why … you see it’s not because I’m scared. I showed last week what I could do to Hulk Hogan; no I banned him for each and every one of you. You see, tonight I’m going to prove that we don’t need Hulkamania to have a great show. By the end of tonight you won’t even realise he was gone. For example, in the main event tonight, it will be a tag team match; Macho Man Randy Savage and Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake vs. The Intercontinental Champion “The Model” Rick Martel and Mr Perfect. And if that’s not enough coming up right now the British Bulldog will take part in a gauntlet over the top rope challenge. Hahahahaha!
(Dibiase’s music hits and he leaves with Andre and Virgil.)
Heenan:
See I told you McMahon, the Billion Dollar Age is the best.
McMahon:
I don’t know about that Brain but I am looking forward to those matches. And plus tonight one of our finalists for the tag team tournament will be decided.
Heenan:
It’s gonna be a good night tonight.
British Bulldog’s over the top challenge.
Bulldog makes his way out to the ring to a large number of cheers. Howard Finkel takes the mic to explain the rules.
Howard Finkel:
Ladies and Gentlemen, the following bout is an over the top rope challenge. The British Bulldog will have four competitors who will come down to the ring one by one in a gauntlet type situation. The only way for the British Bulldog to advance is to throw his opponent over the top rope and both feet much touch the floor. If at any time the British Bulldog is pinned, gives up or is thrown over the rope himself, he will lose the challenge. Please welcome his first competitor, The Big Bossman.
The Bossman’s music hits and he makes his way out to boos. Bossman rolls in the ring and Bulldog wastes no time stomping him. Bulldog Irish whips Bossman to the ropes and hits a stiff clothesline knocking him back down again. Bulldog runs and goes for an elbow drop but Bossman rolls out of the way and makes his way to his feet. Bossman hits a kick to the gut and then elbows Bulldog to the back of the head; he then hits a knee strike to the face and knocks Bulldog down. Bossman applies a rear naked choke on Davey Boy and trash talks to him a little.
Heenan:
He may not even get past one McMahon
McMahon:
Bulldogs tough I know that.
Bossman drags Bulldog to his feet by his head and whips him into the corner. Bossman goes for a splash but Bulldog moves out of the way and follows up with a clothesline which drives the Big Bossman over the top rope and out to the floor.
McMahon:
One down Brain
Heenan:
Who’s next?
King Kong Bundy’s music hits and the crowd boo. He walks to the ring and gets up on the outside of the apron but the Bulldog hits him straight back to the outside.
Heenan:
He didn’t go over the top McMahon
McMahon:
I know I know.
The referee makes British Bulldog stand off and let Bundy get in the ring. As soon as Bundy is in the ring Bulldog goes for a clothesline but King Kong reverses into a powerslam. King Kong hits a falling headbutt and pins the Bulldog for a 2 count. Bundy picks him up and headbutts Bulldog again who falls into the corner. Bundy goes for a splash but Bulldog moves and tries to clothesline Bundy out of the ring the same way he did Bossman but Kong dodges and throws Bulldog over the top but he lands standing on the apron. Bulldog hits a right hand and sets up Bundy to try to suplex him over the top rope. He tries to lift him for the suplex but can’t get him up. Bundy hits a reverse elbow on Bulldog who stumbles. Kong takes a run to try to knock Bulldog off the Apron but Davey Boy pulls down the ropes and Bundy goes running over the top with his own momentum. Bulldog gets back in the ring and awaits number 3.
McMahon:
What a smart move Brain.
Heenan:
Yeah but he couldn’t lift him McMahon … did you see that? He’s not gonna last another 2, I bet you.
One Man Gang’s music hits and he jogs down to the ring and immediately starts to hit Bulldog with overhand rights and left to the back. Gang hits a bodyslam on Bulldog and taunts him. Gang goes for the cover but only gets 2. One Man Gang picks up Davey Boy and hits another bodyslam and pins straight away for 1… 2 … Kick out!
McMahon:
Damn this kid’s got guts!
Heenan:
Or he’s just too dumb to quit.
Gang hits a third bodyslam and then starts to climb to the top rope. Before Gang can jump from the top Bulldog quickly gets to his feet and hits a dropkick on Gang who is perched on the top turnbuckle. One Man Gang teeters before falling off the top to the outside.
McMahon:
I don’t believe it! He’s only got one more to go.
Yokozuna’s music hits and Heenan bursts out laughing. Yoko gets into the ring and stares the Bulldog out. Yoko tells to Davey Boy to try to bodyslam him but Bulldog kicks him in the gut instead. He hits a running clothesline and Yoko stumbles. Bulldog hits another running clothesline and Yoko stumbles heavily. British Bulldog climbs to the middle rope and hits a diving shoulder block to knock Yoko off his feet and the crowd erupt. Bulldog signals for the powerslam.
Heenan:
He can’t be serious McMahon
McMahon:
You know I’m not too sure this is a good idea.
Yoko staggers to his feet and Bulldog tries to lift Yoko for the powerslam but he collapses and Yoko falls on top of him. Yokozuna drags Bulldog to the corner and climbs the ropes … he hits the Banzai Drop for the 1…2…3.
Bulldog eliminates Bossman, King Kong Bundy and One Man Gang; Yokozuna pins Bulldog.
McMahon:
What a valiant effort from the Bulldog, you can’t take anything away from this kid.
Heenan:
He’s an idiot McMahon, he was never gonna get Yokozuna up, never!
McMahon:
Be that as it may Brain, let’s go backstage where Lord Alfred Hayes is standing by with Jake “the Snake” Roberts.
(Cameras cut to backstage where Jake is with Alfred Hayes.)
Alfred Hayes:
Jake Roberts, last week your opponent tonight Hacksaw Jim Duggan swore that he’d win the Royal Rumble, your thoughts?
Jake Roberts:
Alfred, Jim Duggan will be lucky to even make it out of this arena tonight. He, like everyone else always looks past me but make no mistake it’ll be his biggest mistake tonight and in two weeks it will be the biggest mistake of 29 other men. He doesn’t know what I’m capable of, they don’t know what I’m capable of and Alfred, you don’t know what I’m capable of. You think the British Bulldog made a statement earlier? Then I’d watch my match tonight. Now if I was you I’d get out of my way before you become snake food.
(Cameras cut to ringside as Jake is shaking his bag containing Damien the snake at Alfred Hayes.)
McMahon:
Intense words there from Jake Roberts and that match is up next.
Heenan:
He’s always intense McMahon … He’s crazy!
Jake the Snake Roberts vs. Hacksaw Jim Duggan.
Hacksaw Jim Duggan is out first to a healthy chorus of cheers from the crowd, he is carrying his 2x4. Jake comes out to loud boos, he shakes his snake bag at the crowd as he walks down the aisle and gets into the ring under the bottom rope.
McMahon:
We got a 2x4 in one corner and a snake in the other.
Heenan:
I can’t wait for this McMahon.
They tie up and Duggan throws Jake across the ring before taunting to the crowd with his signature HO! Jake gets back to his feet and they tie up again only for Jake to get thrown across the ring in the opposite direction followed by another HO! Jake slides under the ring to the outside to regroup.
McMahon:
I don’t think Roberts should be trying to out-power Duggan Brain?
Heenan:
Get the snake, bite him bite him!
Jake slides back in the ring and stares Duggan out. Duggan charges towards Jake but Jake hits a kick to the gut and then a stiff clothesline to knock Duggan down. Jake stands on Hacksaw’s fingers. Jake picks up Hacksaw and throws him into the corner. He hits three knife edged chops on Duggan before beginning to choke Duggan. He uses the full 5 count before releasing. Duggan staggers around the ring a little dazed and walks straight into a European uppercut from Roberts. Jake then twists Duggan arm and applies a standing arm lock. Hacksaw uses his strength to reverse the lock by tossing Jake over his hip. Duggan approaches Jake but Roberts hits a drop toe hold. Jake sits in a camel clutch position but just chooses to rake the eyes of Duggan instead of applying a submission, he uses the full 5 count again. Hacksaw gets to his knees but Jake grabs Duggan’s hair and uses it to throw Duggan head first into the mat.
McMahon:
Jake showing a really aggressive side tonight, I’m not sure Duggan was expecting this kind of fight.
Heenan:
If you step into the ring with Jake Roberts you have to expect it McMahon. I told you he’s crazy.
Jake climbs to the second rope and hits a knee drop into the small of Hacksaw’s back. He goes for the pin but Duggan kicks out on 2. Jake picks up Duggan but Hacksaw grabs Jake’s legs and takes them from underneath him before applying a Boston crab on Roberts. Jake struggles but eventually manages to crawl to the bottom rope. Roberts rolls outside again but this time Hacksaw follows him. Duggan grabs Jake to throw him inside the ring but Roberts reverses and slams Duggan’s head into the ring post. Jake takes Duggan’s arm and bends it around the ring post again to the full 5 count. Roberts rolls Hacksaw back in the ring. As Hacksaw is getting to his feet Jake hits a short armed clothesline and then makes the signal for the DDT. Roberts gets Duggan in the position for the DDT but Hacksaw back drops Jake. Hacksaw hits a clothesline on Roberts and then another one. As Jake struggles to his feet Duggan hits a bodyslam. Duggan goes to pick Jake up again but Roberts hits a thumb to the eye and Duggan backs off. Roberts goes to the corner to get Damien but the referee takes the bag off Jake and goes to place it back in the corner. As the referee is dealing with Damien Duggan charges at Jake with the 2x4. Jake ducks and kicks Duggan in the gut before hitting the DDT. Roberts pins Hacksaw for the 1…2…3!
Winner: Jake Roberts.
McMahon:
What a close match up we just witnessed.
Heenan:
That idiot Duggan got what he deserved, trying to bring the 2x4 into the ring.
McMahon:
Jake was going to bring the snake into the ring!
Heenan:
It was noisy McMahon; he was making sure it didn’t get scared.
McMahon:
Oh please!
(Cameras cut to the arena entrance where local police officers are standing guard. Ted Dibiase is with them)
Dibiase:
You’re doing a great job officers.
(Dibiase hands the police officers a wad of cash and leaves. As he does a man with blonde hair and a blonde beard walks up to the arena and the police officers get ready to attack however it turns out to be veteran Superstar Billy Graham in a Hulkamania t-shirt. The officers let him pass.)
Heenan:
What’s Billy Graham doing here McMahon, getting the police all excited like that?
McMahon:
He came to watch the show Brain. Anyway next up we have our tag team tournament semi-final match up. The Hart Foundation vs. the Legion of Doom.
Heenan:
I don’t want LOD to win but I hope they stick that megaphone up Jimmy Hart’s …
McMahon:
And let’s get down to ringside
The Hart Foundation vs. L.O.D
The Hart Foundation is out first led by Jimmy Hart and his megaphone. Jimmy gets his usual awesome heat from the crowd. L.O.D’s music hits and the crowd cheer as they make their way down to the ring. It will be Bret Hart and Animal to kick the match off. Animal puts out his hand for a test of strength but Bret kicks him on the inside of the knee and then dropkicks him in the face when Animal drops to one knee.
Heenan:
Haha Bret’s too smart for these idiots McMahon.
Bret picks up both of Animal’s legs and kicks him in the gut. He then drops an elbow to the inside of the knee and applies pressure onto Animal’s leg with his arm. Bret drags Animal to his corner by his legs and tags in Jim Neidhart. Neidhart drops his knee across Animals sternum. He then walks over the targeted leg. Neidhart stands off Animal allowing him to stagger to his feet just so he can hit a running clothesline to knock him back down again. Neidhart taunts Hawk who tries to storm the ring but the referee gets in his way. While the ref is distracted Bret comes in the ring and Hart Foundation double stop Animal. Bret holds his legs while Neidhart hits a low blow. Hart exits the ring before the ref turns around.
McMahon:
That’s just blatant cheating.
Heenan:
That’s smart tag team wrestling McMahon.
Neidhart tags Bret back in. Bret climbs to the second rope and drops the elbow across Animal’s neck. He goes for the cover but Hawk comes in and breaks up the count.
Heenan:
Get him out of there! This match was over.
McMahon:
That’s smart tag team wrestling Brain.
Heenan:
Shut up and do your job McMahon.
Bret runs at Animal from the ropes but Animal reverses and hits a powerslam. Both men lie motionless for a few moments before starting to crawl to their respective corners. Bret makes the tag just as Animal makes the tag to Hawk. Hawk runs in with a full head of steam and clotheslines Neidhart. Jim gets back up to get hit with another clothesline before being hit with a powerslam. Bret climbs to top rope and tries to hit a cross body but Hawk catches him and hits a fall away slam. Animal grabs Bret by the legs and drags him out as Hawk hits the neckbreaker on Neidhart in the ring. Hawk covers for 1…2… but Jimmy Hart gets on the apron and distracts the referee. Hawk pulls Jimmy into the ring.
Heenan:
I’m not usually one to condone bringing managers into the ring but in Jimmy Hart’s case I’ll make an exception!
McMahon:
I hear you Brain!
Animal throws Neidhart into the ringpost and gets into the ring where L.O.D now have Jimmy Hart. Animal hoists Jimmy Hart on to his shoulders as Hawk climbs onto the top rope and they hit the Doomsday Device on Jimmy as the crowd goes wild. Neidhart comes back in and clotheslines Animal back over the top rope and follows him out. The referee is distracted by the action outside the ring and Bret sneaks in the ring with a chair. However Hawk turns around and stares Bret straight in the eye. The hitman tosses the chair to Hawk and falls to the canvas as if he has been hit just as the referee turns around. The ref calls for the bell and DQ’s LOD.
Winners by DQ: The Hart Foundation.
McMahon:
No! What a cowardly move by Bret Hart.
Heenan:
You wanted smart McMahon; you don’t get smarter than that, ha!
McMahon:
Damn it! Well we know one team that will compete for the tag titles at the Royal Rumble and we’ll find out the other next week.
Heenan:
It’s gonna be the Nasty Boys McMahon I gotta feeling.
(Cameras cut to backstage where Mr Perfect is getting ready for his match in the main event in his locker room. Ted Dibiase enters.)
Dibiase:
Perfect, I just want to say good luck tonight. Without Hogan here to mess things up this is a great opportunity for The Corporation to teach Savage and Beefcake a lesson. I know you’ll do us proud.
Perfect:
Let’s get one thing straight Dibiase. Tonight I’m going to go out there and systematically destroy Savage and I’m going to do it the only way I know how and if Beefcake gets in my way well that’s his problem. But I’m going to do all that for me, I don’t work for The Corporation and I’m not one of your brainless stooges. You can’t put a price on perfection.
(Cameras cut back to ringside with McMahon and Heenan.)
McMahon:
What do you make of that Brain?
Heenan:
It doesn’t matter McMahon because at the Royal Rumble they’re both gonna win!
McMahon:
Well that remains to be seen but up next we have Ricky “the dragon” Steamboat against Greg “the hammer” Valentine in what should be a great technical match-up.
Greg Valentine vs. Ricky Steamboat.
Valentine is out first to boos, he is focused and ready. Steamboat comes out next to a huge pop; he shakes the hands of a few fans before rolling into the ring. The bell rings and Valentine offers his hands for a test of strength. Greg starts out with the upper hand but Steamboat gradually begins to reverse the momentum. Hammer goes to kick Ricky in the gut but Steamboat catches his leg and hits a leg drag takedown to a huge pop. Hammer cautiously makes his way back to his feet. Valentine goes for a clothesline but Steamboat goes behind and hits a belly to back takedown, keeping his wrists locked for and squeezing Greg. Hammer struggles for a moment before rolling over and managing to pin Ricky’s shoulders. 1…2 kick out!
McMahon:
Hammer nearly stole one Brain
Heenan:
You can’t outwrestle Greg Valentine!
Both men get back to their feet and tie up, Hammer gets Ricky in a side headlock. Steamboat whips Greg into the ropes but Valentine hits an elbow to the head knocking Ricky down. Hammer hits a snap elbow drop and then follows up with another one. He goes for a pin but Steamboat kicks out. Greg applies a chinlock on Ricky. Steamboat begins to get to his knees so Greg hits an elbow to the back of the neck. Valentine drags Steamboat to the corner and hits his head off the turnbuckle. Ricky stumbles around the ring and into a scoop slam from Hammer. Valentine goes to the second rope and drops a knee on Steamboat he goes for a pin but gets only a 2 count. Greg picks up Steamboat’s legs intending to hit the figure four leglock but Steamboat kicks Valentine through the ropes to the outside.
McMahon:
All the way to the outside! Steamboats not gonna let Valentine hit that figure four without a fight.
Heenan:
That’s because he knows it’d be over McMahon.
Steamboat goes to the outside of the ring and chops Greg across the chest. Valentine returns the favour with a chop of his own. They trade chops on the outside and Ricky begins to get the upper hand and hits several chops across Valentine’s sternum. Valentine reverses a chop and runs Ricky into the ring post before rolling back into the ring. The referee gets to a 9 count before Steamboat rolls back into the ring. Valentine immediately begins to stomp Ricky. Valentine picks up Steamboat and sets him up for a vertical suplex. Valentine gets Steamboat up in a suplex position and holds him there for a few seconds before executing a brilliant suplex. He goes for a pin 1…2… kick out!
McMahon:
Close Call!
Heenan:
It’s only a matter of time McMahon.
Valentine sets up for the figure four leglock but Steamboat uses his legs to flip Valentine over his head. Ricky gets up and begins to get some momentum back. He knocks Valentine down several times with overhand chops and finishes off the sequence with a dropkick. The crowd pop as Ricky signals to the top rope. He climbs up to the top and splashes down on Valentine for 1…2… kick out! Greg stumbles to his feet and Ricky hits him with another overhand chop. Steamboat sets Valentine up for a suplex but Valentine blocks it. Greg uses the suplex position to roll up Steamboat up into a small package and gets a 2 count. Both men get to their feet and begin trading chops again. Steamboat gets the advantage and goes for a running chop but Valentine dodges and rolls up Ricky but instead of pinning he rolls through and grabs the legs. Valentine applies the figure four leglock and Steamboat taps out!
Winner: Greg “the hammer” Valentine.
McMahon:
What a match! One for the ages Brain.
Heenan:
And the Hammer won McMahon! He’s going to be the world champ when Dibiase retires I bet you.
McMahon:
Last time I checked the WWF champion was Hulk Hogan
Heenan:
Not for long McMahon
McMahon:
Well let’s go backstage where Alfred Hayes is with Tatanka.
(Cameras cut backstage to Hayes and Tatanka.)
Hayes:
I’m here with Tatanka. What do you have to say about the events of last week and to Papa Shango?
Tatanka:
Alfred, if Shango wants to play his voodoo games then that’s fine with me. I’m a Native American Hayes; I gotta little magic of my own. In 2 weeks I’ll be at the Royal Rumble if Shango wants to put his magic up against me then let him meet me there and we’ll …
(Suddenly the microphone stops working. Tatanka taps it on the top to try to get sound again and the same green smoke from last week bursts out of the top of the microphone into his eyes and mouth. The cameras cut back to ringside as Tatanka is choking and holding his eyes.)
McMahon:
What the hell was that?
Heenan:
Shango possessed the microphone McMahon. You better not use your biased against Papa Shango; I don’t think my heart could take that Green Voodoo smoke.
McMahon:
I’ll bear that in mind Brain. Up next we have our penultimate match; The Blue Blazer looks to continue his streak against IRS.
Heenan:
IRS is gonna finally put an end to this kid’s lucky streak.
Blue Blazer vs. IRS
IRS is already in the ring. Blue Blazer comes out to a pop which is increasing through the weeks. Blazer and IRS stand face to face in the middle of the ring. IRS shoves the Blazer and Blazer comes back with a standing hurricana.
McMahon:
Haha! What a move.
Heenan:
Show off.
IRS rolls out of the ring to get a breather and is met with a suicide dive by the Blazer. Both men get their feet and IRS stumbles around the ring trying to catch some air. Blazer runs outside of the ring and jumps off of the top of the steel stairs and hits a knee to IRS. Blazer rolls IRS into the ring. He climbs to the top rope and signals for a moonsault but IRS gets to his feet and punches Blazer. He slams Blazer off the turnbuckle into the ring. IRS hits several vicious stomps to Blazer and begins to choke him for a 4 count. IRS throws Blazer into the corner and begins throwing lefts and rights to his ribs; he slaps Blazer across the face before aggressively Irish whipping him into the opposite turnbuckle. IRS kneels across Blazer’s throat, again to a 4 count. He taunts the crowd and they boo. IRS drags Blazer up by his hair but Blazer pushes him off and begins hitting him with hard right hands. Blazer runs off the ropes, IRS goes for a clothesline but Blazer ducks and hits a cross body. HE covers 1…2… IRS kicks out. IRS gets to his knees but Blazer hits a roundhouse kick to the head. He signals for the moonsault again only this time he hits it from the top rope. 1…2…3!
Winner: Blue Blazer
McMahon:
He does it again; this kid is on a role!
Heenan:
Pure luck McMahon. But it doesn’t matter because up next that idiot savage and the second rate barber are gonna get what’s coming to them.
Mr Perfect and Rick Martel vs. Macho Man and Brutus Beefcake.
Mr Perfect is out first to boos. Martel is out next but he is accompanied by Andre the Giant.
McMahon:
Oh come on! Andre is not scheduled for this match.
Heenan:
He wants a ring-side seat McMahon.
McMahon:
We don’t have a seat big enough!
Heenan:
Does your bias know no bounds?
Brutus is out next with his haircutters to a great pop. Macho Man’s music hits and the crowd erupt. He comes out accompanied by Miss Elizabeth. The match starts with Perfect and Brutus. They tie up and Brutus shoves Perfect down to the canvas. Brutus looks at Andre and does a “Hogan strongman pose.” Perfect looks like he is going to tie up but instead rakes the eye of Brutus. Perfect hits a scoop slam and tags out to Martel. Martel picks Beefcake up and hits a scoop slam of his own. Martel turns and poses for the audience and Beefcake rolls him up from behind 1…2… kick out! Beefcake hits Martel with a couple of hard rights and then clotheslines him out of the ring. Andre picks up Martel and shakes him before throwing him back into the ring. The referee reprimands Andre and Martel hits a low blow on Beefcake.
McMahon:
For God’s Sake!
Heenan:
This is a family show McMahon, don’t blaspheme.
McMahon:
Will you shut up?
Martel makes the tag and Perfect applies a grounded front headlock to Beefcake. Beefcake starts to get worn down but Macho runs interference and stomps Perfect to break the hold. Perfect goes after Macho but the referee separates the two. Perfect turns his attention to Beefcake who has just got to his feet. Perfect hits a belly to belly and goes for the pin. 1…2… kick out! Perfect winks at Elizabeth and Macho jumps over the rope and tries to attack Perfect. Whilst the referee is distracted Andre drag Beefcake out of the ring and throws him into the barricade. Martel then rolls him back into the ring. Perfect turns and picks Beefcake up, he locks in a bearhug. Beefcake starts to lose consciousness and the ref drops his arm … once … twice … Beefcake keeps his arm up the third time! Brutus starts to shake and hits a few elbow strikes to break the hold. Perfect goes for a right hand but Beefcake blocks and head-butts Perfect who falls into his corner. Martel tags himself in as Beefcake makes the tag to Macho Man. Macho hits a running clothesline on Martel and then follows up with another clothesline. He scoop slams Martel and then hits an elbow to Perfect on the apron. Macho points to the top rope but Martel rolls out of the ring and Andre stands guard over him. Macho climbs the turnbuckle and dives off with an elbow drop on Andre knocking him off his feet.
McMahon:
Macho is on a role!
Heenan:
Here comes the cavalry McMahon.
(Ted Dibiase and Virgil start to make their way to the ring.)
McMahon:
The whole corporation is out here, this is ridiculous!
Heenan:
The Billion Dollar Age.
Macho rolls Martel back into the ring and climbs the top turnbuckle but Virgil pushes him off the top. The referee rings the bell for a DQ. Beefcake tries to run interference but Andre hits him with a hard right. Virgil, Martel and Andre begin attacking Macho and Beefcake whilst Perfect looks on disgusted. Perfect leaves and goes to the back. Andre chokes out Beefcake whilst Martel and Virgil double suplex Macho. Miss Elizabeth runs into the ring and Andre grabs her and chucks her to Dibiase. Dibiase puckers his lips but suddenly the chords of Real American ring out through the speakers. The crowd absolutely erupt. The Billion Dollar Corporation stop what they’re doing and look around for Hogan.
Heenan:
No! He’s banned McMahon. He is not allowed in the arena.
McMahon:
I think you should look up to the crowd Bobby.
Hulk is coming through the crowd heading towards the ring with a steel chair. Whilst the Corporation is looking at Hogan, Macho and Beefcake attack Martel and Virgil from behind. Hogan gets to the ring and hits Andre with the chair. Dibiase quickly gets out of the ring. Beefcake locks the sleeper on Martel and Macho scoop slams Virgil. Andre gets out of the ring to Dibiase and Hogan points to the top turnbuckle. Macho hits the elbow from the top on Virgil before Hulk hits the leg drop. Hulk grabs a mic.
Hogan:
Let me tell you something Dibiase. You can ban me, you can attack me. You can send giants and bodyguards and your own champions. Hell you can even kill me brother. But you will never kill Hulkamania.
Macho:
Ohhhhh Yea.
McMahon:
You know Brain; I think I like this age after all, good night folks.
