So I have all of them (besides E24 which is unavailable) and I've got to say. Though they are all amazing, I've got to give it to Basic 32. He has the right armbands, his head/neck is closer to his shoulders so he lookes more stocky. And the detail is mindblowing... not sure how E24 can be winning by a landslide as only a few have even just looked at MOC pics. I love all of his figures, and trust me I hate saying E21 isn't the best I have in hand being an elite enthusiast and all. But B32 is just all around great. Anyone who says there is a scale/size problem is whacky.

After picking up B32 today, I need to retract my vote as well. B32 in the red is awesome. The gloves and armbands are all spot on. Really stands out.
