I have the All Stars Punk. I already changed the head. I need red x's for his hands, I have a figure with red x's. How would I go about switching those as easy as possible and also to get him to see easier would cutting/trimming the knee pads help? I am kind of unsure of all these things. Any help is appreciated.

heat some water, dip the hands in, pull em off and swap them

Put some hot water in a cup and microwave it for a minute or so. Dip the arms in the water and you can pull off the hands easily. You could also heat the wrists up with a hair dryer.
Elites weren't really designed for sitting indian style. The bulkiness of the kickpads makes it very awkward looking.

As the above said, put the body part in hot water, wait a few seconds and then pull it off  . As for the kneepads, simply swap them for these knee pads (if you have them, of course).  |

Yea it comes off really easy wen its hot did a lot of customs
