Im so done with DC figures. Thank God I only bought the Harley Icons figure, the scale changing is unforgivable. I was going to buy Wonder Woman and potentially the 7 pack, but not if they are going to dwarf all of the previous figures from the line and give no promise for the future.

Figures that still break in a strong breeze? Check!
Expensive as all hell? Check!
Changing scale a few waves into a line? Check!
What is with all this mishigas DCC?

The scaling change was much needed. Just because the rest of the line has been scaled poorly for all the years, doesnt mean it shouldnt be changed.

My DCUC Wave 20 Sinestro came in the mail today. I needed it to replace my DCUC 3 black/blue Sinestro since that figure was too small and doesnt match the rest of the Sinestro Corps figures.

A few of the 6" Wonder Woman movie figures have shown up on Ebay. I don't know how I didn't realize it until know, but Wonder Woman's cloak isn't removable.
Has anyone heard of a variant or exclusive that will come without it? I have the Batman vs Superman version, but the likeness on that one is atrocious.

I haven't heard anything about the Wonder Woman figures, but maybe you can swap the new figures heads onto the BvS figure?

This proto image of the DC Multiverse Wonder Woman in gold shows more articulation than the carded images and is what the figure should be like

Hey guys...anyone actually pop open the Justice League Rebirth box set yet? I just opened mine and was excited about the new scaling being closer to MLs and DC Universe. However, these figures are NO WHERE NEAR that scale!!!! Wonder Woman...maybe you could argue. But Superman, Flash, GL, etc...forget it. They are a good inch shorter than DC Universe and maybe a half inch shorter than MLs. Its probably about 2 inches shorter than DC Collectibles Arrow figures and more in scale with the DC Icons Firestorm. WTF?!?!!? I thought they were supposed to be larger.
Also, Superman's arms are ENTIRELY too short on him. The figures look awesome. True works of art. Hell, Aquaman even looks similar to Justin Hartley of today, former Smallville Green Arrow. But they are smaller than what was promised.

I don't think DCC ever said they were going to be ML/DCUC scale I think that was all Internet speculation. Personally I was a bit upset last week when we started seeing comparison pics where they were taller that the original DCC Icons. I didn't want a change in scale making the ones I already had obsolete. If Nightwing is in this boxed sets scale I will be pissed because I want to display him with my Icons Series 1 blue & grey Batman.

People kept saying they should make them that size but they really shouldnt because it was a completely separate line. Icons line and Designer Series are just like POPs and Mystery Minis. The figures are larger though. From what Ive been told by someone that has the single release Wonder Woman and Cyborg, the rest of the figures released this year with be larger size as well.

I heard all these people bitching they refuse to buy them bc of the scale change.

Yeah. WW is ed up for some reason. She isnt horridly larger, but clearly not in scale with the other figs. I bought an extra box set and I think I am gonna sell the figs off individually, minus Supes.

toynewsi.com/news.php?catid=10&itemid=28613Sinestro, Deadshot & Shazam DC Icons are officially cancelled. Ill still grab Supergirl IF it comes out but other then that, Im done with the Icons line. Multiverse only for me now. From the article: There has been lots of speculation going around the net since Toy Fair about the future of DC Collectibles' line of 6" DC Icons action figures. There have been rumors indicating the entire line would soon be ending or that DC Collectibles plans to discontinue releasing single carded figures in favor of the diorama 2-packs, similar to the upcoming Superman Vs. Doomsday set.
We were not given a reason for the cancellation of the three figures, however poor sales or lack of retail interest have been the culprit in the past. That was the reason given for the cancellation of their DC Movie line figures we reported about during Toy Fair.
I can tell you the exact problem. The price, the fact that the figures break easily, and that...(and I know that when you've been doing figures as long as DCC has, it gets tough to come up with new and innovative stuff)...they're really just re-releasing the same figures over and over again.

I'm glad I didn't invest in the DC icons line then, I figured it wouldn't do well when the figures weren't in scale with the other lines. Although, if that 7 pack ever goes on clearance somewhere I might pick it up because those figures are bigger than the rest of the line for some reason.
