Here’s what I did with the Aquaman I bought yesterday. The skin tones aren’t a perfect match, but with the naked eye in natural light it’s close enough. It’s the Neca Flash Gordon head.

McFarlane has a ton of great looking stuff in the pipeline. My buddy mentioned the Constantine so I preordered one. The I had to preorder the whole Blackest Night wave. I really like the classic Martian Manhunter and some others. I’ve held back lately on this line, one, due to space, two, bummed that Target cancelled my heavily discounted Red Robin. I know I could get him from Amazon but I had him coming for like $12 from Target due to promos and they cancelled because I didn’t see their middle of the night “Do you still want this?” message.
Do you guys think we'll get more Mcfarlane BTAS figures? I still want a Batman Beyond, but I wasn't too big on the comic version we got.

I remember that one. I passed because it wasn’t accurate to the series. No idea why we couldn’t get one that resembled each show independently. I like the new Batman adventures Mafex figure. I just think the cowl looks too squarish. Sold off my Dc collectibles due to how fragile they are.

I still have my Kenner/Hasbro ones from my youth. I never bothered to reinvest in the DC Collectibles ones

Dc Collectibles were pretty cool in terms of them looking like they hopped out of the show. The only draw back imo were the super fragile legs. A lot of them could barely stand and broke after a while. I’m hoping Mafex gives us some more animated figures. One of my wants is TNBA Batmobile. I highly doubt we’ll ever get one in 1:12 scale though.
The DCD/DCC line was actually pretty sturdy unlike many of the other DCD lines that used the clear plastic for the joints pins that snapped over time because of the stress of supporting the figure. Unfortunately I didn’t realize that until the first few waves so I am missing a few figures I would have otherwise loved to own but I was so turned off my how many of my DCD figures had broke offer the years from supporting their own weight. Had I know they had switch to the sturdier plastic with the Animated line I would have been all in.
PJ I love that Batmobile. Do you also own the new Mafex TNBA version? How does he scale with this Batmobile? I’m contemplating spending the $100 on him.

I will look tomorrow to see how he is with the Batmobile. But here he is next to the DCC/DCD Joker to get an idea about the scale.

Thanks brother. I like the scale, so I’m assuming he’ll fit inside. I prefer DC Collectibles cowl. This one looks boxy, but still great. Let me know tomorrow then. I’d love to see it.
