Just picked up platinum editions of Hawkman and Sinestro at Target. The Hawkman is amazing, great fig.

Exactly. And I have one from the AC 1000 set aside already. I just went a little spending spree. I just purchased the SDCC Gold Label Knightfall Batman from CMDStore through Walmart. That should arrive on Dec 12.  And from McFarlane’s store I just purchased the bundle for the two McFarlane DC Direct Batman Statues.  |

And Amazon just delayed my Hush Batman (black & grey) again. Seriously I preordered it within a minute of it going live on their site yet it’s been delayed again. It’s now December and it has been delayed a week every week since it was supposed to be delivered back in the end of Aug-early September.

Found the McFarlane Batman & Robin wave at Gamestop yesterday. Great set and one of McFarlanes better overall waves. Sculpts look great and the paint jobs are solid too. Articulation is also a step up from the usual McFarlane offerings. Only negative for me is the lack of paint on Mr. Freeze. Looks way too toyish and should have been given more of a chrome look. He’ll be getting a dark wash at some point.

FU Amazon! 🖕So my extra Batman & Robin from the McFarlane Mr Freeze BAF wave were supposed to arrive Dec 8. But my CC expired at the end of Nov. so I put the new card in last week. Well today payment for the Batman Beyond Superman 2-pack failed so I looked and all my orders still had the old account even though I removed the old card and made the new card the default payment last week. So I went through every order individually changing the payment and now the B&R figure order went from arriving Dec 8 to “Order Received we,ll email you when they are available.” Really?! So I just cancelled that order and ordered a second full set from McFarlane. I am so done with Amazon once my Prime membership runs out.

I usually order a lot of my McFarlane from Target but the Batman & Robin wave mostly sold out before I realized the preorder was up. Amazon has Poison Ivy strangely for like $37 the other day so I went and saw the bundle discount from McFarlane directly. I only ordered my Bane from there when he was scarce, that I can remember and wasn’t crazy paying for the shipping. Ordered and strangely the same afternoon got a shipping notice, which surprised me since it was still marked pre-order.
I also ordered the Steel preorder from Amazon, since I missed him on Target too. He is a must have. I’ve been waffling on Animal Man and Red Tornado.
