Toynewsi are previewing some exciting and upcoming stuff from Spin Master. Batman Returns(89)!! Batman and Batwing set. toynewsi.com/292-51899This makes me hope they have other stuff planned. At the same time, I think it is interesting that the set is being labeled as Batman Returns when Batman never used the batwing in that movie. |

Next stuff I wanna see from Burton world are
Batman Returns Batman- completely different suit. We've never had one so time to rectify that.
Nicholsons Joker. I know Jacks fees are high...BUT he had many different looks in the movie. It could be milked good.
Trenchcoat Joker from the reveal
Mime Joker
Regular Joker
Joker/Napier with alternate head from where he wipes his brow after frying his rival.
and I would but EVERY. SINGLE. VERSION. As well as any goons.

Booster Gold, Metamorpho and Guy Gardner for Super Powers are all gets.
Bruce Wayne from Batman Beyond with Ace is also tempting....Might have to get off my ass and get that previous BB while its still cheap.

Wow, I'm shocked to see that individual Batman and it's long overdue. SpinMaster has tons of great possibilities with the movie license. I bought the Mattel ones on secondary market recently thinking they'd fit in the new SpinMaster '89 Batmobile RC and and of course they didn't so to see this release is great. Makes me feel better about paying stupid prices for those.
They should take a cue from McFarlane and do a bunch of different things in that scale. My ultimate goal is a bunch of favorites from different movie eras in 4' to center around that RC Batmobile which is for sure one of the greatest toys I've ever owned.
Kind of wish I'd never bought the 6 inch scale Batmobile now haha but oh well. Going to have to figure out something to do with it. I just prefer this smaller scale as I get older because it takes up less room.
Is '89 Joker still basically an impossibility based on cost of Nicholson likeness? I'd definitely take a 4' bank robbery Joker from Dark Knight. Otherwise anything from the Burton movies that they do could be an easy pick up for me. I'd even take a Two Face from the '89 comic.

I think Toddy Mc will get it done though...his budget/overheads structure is completely different & he knows Jack's Joker will make đź’¸. Also I'd 100% buy Billy Dee Dent & Wayans Robin. |

I preordered the McFarlane Plastic Man And seeing there’s a Superman Blue in the wave you know McFarlane will release a “Platinum” Superman Red. I am afraid of this as well. I would get the Superman of this set. I would also want Red in the future. But if he is going to be some chase that I have to hunt down... Aggravating. I am hoping that McF. makes electric Red and Blue Supes in the Super Powers line. |

Amazon just took overnight for the two Amazon Exclusive Parallax figures I had preordered so maybe they will be here on Monday like they were scheduled for?

Ended up picking up the Affleck Batman today at my Target. I've never been a fan of him as Batman, but I do like the figures they've done. My GameStop also had Batman and Two-Face from the New Adventures wave. I ended up getting just Batman. Almost got both, but man, Two-Face's feet are so tiny.

And my two Parallax exclusives shipped and will be here Sunday which is a day earlier than they initially said. Which is a first for Amazon with McFarlane’s DC products in a long time.
