lol. I think I read on one of the sites that the Batmobile might get a mass release as well. But I didn't want to take the chance. And seeing I don't have any new Generation gaming system (and doubt I will until after next March) I needed this to make up for the fact come Oct I won't be getting Arkham Knights or the next Assassin's Creed title. (my 2 favorite gaming titles and I'm totally F'ed!) lol I certainly hope it does PJ. needless to say it wont be out here......BUT it would be ten times easier for me to get if it was mass retail. |

Ooh lawdy...went a little crazy with preordering the three- and four-packs of the Arkham games figures...it started out with "hey, that Red Hood looks pretty neat" and snowballed into "OMG HARLEY QUINN'S REVENGE HARLEY. I NEED TO BUY THE WHOLE SET JUST FOR THAT ONE FIGURE."
I also ordered Rabbit Hole Batman after putting it off for far too long. I was hoping they'd make one the second I saw him in City and there it was!
Preordered the "fixed" AA/AC Killer Croc, as well, because I love the original too much and want one I can actually pose to my liking, rather than having mine just...stand there with his arms fused.

The WalMart right by my house got some really lame restocks this week. Three full pegs of the 3.75" figures: The first wave! Also, a case of Basic 36 from the Mattel line. Really great finds if this is late last year, but just confusing now.

Since Mattel made the 3.75 inch 1989 Batman figure, would there be a possibility of seeing a Batman Forever based figure series, with Batman, Robin, Two Face and The Riddler?

I hit the 3 KMarts today looking for the Total Heroes Detective Batman seeing they did their department resets last week also. Of course only one of the three had restocked them, but they only had 1 Batman left along with an Aquaman and Superman(?). Anyway I picked up the Detective Batman and had my brother in law order another from Amazon $11.99 with his prime account. So now I am caught up and cancelled my spam order for the 2 detective Batman figures.
Of course it is all for nothing if they don't release the Ultra Batman Beyond. According to ToyGuru they Matty Ultra figures are cancelled because of poor sales. Meanwhile both John Stewart and Black Manta sold out within a couple days each.
But I am hoping he meant for 2015. And the Batman Beyond and Firestorm still finish out this year because I need the Bruce Wayne head for my cowl-less Detective Batman I want to make.

Mattel ships open stock on the DC lines to online retailers, and comic stores not assorted mixes. It looks like Doomsday unleashed might be coming there are pics floating around

The Hot Toys Arkham City Batman is up for preorder. $220 with a 4/15 release. Waiting for Villian news. Honestly, Batman Returns is a instant purchase over this version. DX15 may be $260 but, I'd rather have the definitive BATMAN than a one off video game version that won't get a counter part. It looks awesome though. Atleast hot Toys made a new body. To bad they couldn't have done that for Bane or The Rock. |

While I liked the movies and have grow to enjoy his portrayal over the years I just didn't find Keaton believable as Batman. To me he'll always be Mr Mom.

Found Detective Batman in TRU 17.49. price matched it to amazon 11.99. none of the other wave 2 figures there. They also had the 3 pack looks good but I passed for now.

I know they're not cheap. Two of my favorite DCUC figures. Yeah I've got two Nightwings, the one in the back is a red TRU MOC exclusive haha. Looking to broaden my Green Lantern collection as well. The extra Total Heroes Detective Batman I had my brother in law order for me of Amazon just arrived and his card was perfect. They put him in a box slightly larger than the one used for Mankind. Why didn't they use the same box for Mankind is beyond me? lol
