My Walmart had McFarlane DC figures today. I Platinum Grayson Batman in the figure aisle and a case (3 figures) of the digital wave 2(?) Green Arrow, Atom and Superman in the electronics section. This was the first DC figures they have had since the Batman & Robin movie wave.

Decided to buy a 3d Batfleck head from China. First off, incredible quality and detail for about $20. Secondly, my wife gets full credit for painting the head as I'm not that steady  |

PJ that looks solid! My main gripe about McFarlane is likeness The JL Tactical suit likeness was damn perfect the rest of his Batfleck not so much. Although the BvS one (reg suit) is there if you heat it and make it look rounder shaped. It is like they somehow managed to elongate the head between sculpt and production. |

[br I haven't heard that about him individually but I believe it. That said, how can other companies do so much better and McFarlane do one that was pretty dang good(Movie 6 pack) |

Spinmaster, Mafex, Figuarts, Mattel, Fondjoy, Hot Toys, Mezco, Beast Kingdom,….all have his likeness on multiple figures from BVS and Justice League, ….McFarlane even has his likeness on the Justice League single release figure from 2021 and the re-issue in the 6 pack. Ben’s likeness was on the BOX for the McFarlane BVS Batman even though the actual figure didn’t look that great,…. I don’t think it’s a Ben Affleck problem, I think it’s a McFarlane problem. |

Not true. It’s been confirmed that the original Hot Toys Armored Batfleck was based on his stunt double. Same with the Hot Toys The Flash Batfleck. Affleck apparently has signed off on his likeness with some items but not others. The Flash is unique in itself in that he’s not even listed in the credits, so even Hot Toys can’t use his likeness for their figure. It possible McFarlane got his likeness for both BvS (since it’s there if you squish the head) and JL (the best Affleck head from McFarlane), but not The Flash. |

Or worse yet when you order something from Amazon and the day it’s supposed to be delivered they wait until then end of the day to say it’s delayed and they’ll email with a new date once they receive the item in stock. I mean they knew they didn’t receive it yet so why wait until then to say it’ll be delayed. That really pisses me off. But back to this Batmobile it’s coming a day early for me because it was originally scheduled for tomorrow. |
