These NECA Defenders of the Earth are going for crazy prices on the bay...geez I'm going to wait til the hype dies down. All I want is The Phantom!

A tale of 3 Ghostface's. I got my Ultimate Ghostface in about a month ago. It had two left shoulders, so I contacted Big Bad to try to exchange it. They sent me a replacement and told me to keep the first. So now I have two. The defective one is wearing the zombie mask. I also found my old Retro GF in my box of random figures and took the robe from that one and put it on the corrected GF. The one on the right is the old Scream 4 figure from 2011. I'm not sure which one is my favorite. They all have issues. Either the robe is too short, not the right material, or the articulation is weird. What do you guys think?  |

A friend told me he saw full displays at the Monroe WalMart last night for King Kong, Back to the Future, Predator and Flash Gordon and Ming the Merciless from the Defenders of Earth line. So I went up there this morning all that was left was 1 King Kong, 2 Marty’s, 2 12” Preorders and thankfully 1 Flash Gordon. So now I just need to find the Phantom. Defenders of Earth Flash Gordon- |

This is brilliant. Is this a custom? I can't remember hearing about getting a BTTF2 Doc. You know, that case of cash always fascinated me as a kid, even moreso when I got older and realized just how much having currency from all those different time periods would be worth/cost to collect. |

Wouldn't that be the leather jacket attire? Just curious, I've wanted proper BTTF figures for ages. I already have the 1985 Marty (still MOC) and I want to get '55 Doc ASAP. If they're releasing 2015 Doc, then that means I got to get 2015 Marty too. Who knows, maybe they'll make a 1985 Doc too, so you can have all three sets! (With a possible eventual 1885 set as well...)
Actually, if they made it possible for me to recreate all three posters, I'd be so dang happy. I have 1985 Marty, give me 2015 Doc and Marty and 1885 Marty, Doc, and Clara. I'd be ecstatic.

Just found the new BTTF Band Audition Marty at Walmart along with the Toony Terrors Grady Twins. Just a heads up, though, the Twins rang up at $24.96 instead of the usual $12.96. Much like the Chicky/Tiffany did last year because there's 2 figures. Got it anyway, its a must have for any Toony Terrors collector. Lots of Super Shredders, as well, but I already have that so I passed.

Thanks to Grumpyoldman this just arrived in the mail. “Defenders of the Earth” The Phantom - I didn’t take a pic, but I just replaced the Phantom’s laser gun with an extra pistol from the McFarlane Flashpoint Batman figure. Which makes me wish he came with two pistols and had a holster(s) for them. |

Found the new NECA end cap this morning at Walmart and bought Phantom, Flash Gordon, Ming, Battle of the Bands Marty, and a Batarang.
The end cap also had the Grady Twins Toony Terror 2-pack, the Unarmored Assassin Predator, Clown Makeup King Kong, and some other random non-figure stuff as well.
