I have a few older Kotobukiya Star Wars model kits. Those usually had arms that needed to be attached. They snapped in place, as easy as a BAF. The DC Artfx figures I've seen in Comic stores are complete, like statue. You might have to place the figure on its stand, if it comes with one. I checked HLJ.com. They list them in their completed model section and describe them as, "a completed and painted, fixed-pose figure." All the statues/model kits I've bought from Koto and other Japanese companies have been solid plastic (pvc, I think). They're not fragile. Just don't toss them in a rubbermade box for storage.
BTW, "model kit" always confused the heck out of me. I think it's a Japanese "thing". I also read it's a tricky way to get around licensing agreements. If one company owns the figure or statue rights, then another company can buy the model rights.

Thanks. After I had posted this I realized they were the company that makes that Batman figurine/statue that looks like Lee's Hush Batman. I think there's a Barns and Nobels exclusive in black and grey. Someday I really need to get that blue & grey Batman. But I did preorder the Nightwing. but I am surprised how much I like the look of it as I am not a fan of the new red costume design.

I have the 1/10th GL. The packaging for Kotobukiya statues is very sturdy. Unless the seller packages it very poorly, you shouldn't have any issues, PJ.
