Can anyone explain how to get the figure, I've heard sending UPC codes, I've heard it's a toys r is exclusive, I'd like to have it just don't know how to get it. Lol

at this point.....the only way to get this figure is by working across the street from Mattel....or ebay

It's a Toys R Us exclusive mailaway. You need to collect valid UPCs and receipts from Toys R Us and send them in to Mattel. It's not officially open yet so we don't know what figures are eligible for it, but in year's past it was always just figures that were released in that calendar year (Mr. McMahon had to be Elites, HHH was basically anything).

I have a crap ton of UPC's saved up, Im just hoping I can sweet talk and use my charm to get the short dumpy woman at TRU to print me out some receipts for them. I should be able to get 6 or 7 Mankinds haha

I should be able to get 6 or 7 Mankinds haha I bought an elite fig way back when we first heard about it, saved the receipt and upc in a drawer... went and checked it a couple weeks ago and the receipt was completed faded. I just tossed it haha, never thought about doing that. |

I just tossed it haha, never thought about doing that. Most receipt paper is "thermal paper" and will fade over time or due to extreme heat. What Im hoping I can do is A)Sweet talk the woman at the front counter or B)Printing off a bunch of receipts at work, sitting them in my car and letting them fade till they're black and then taking them in and be like "Ive been saving for so long and these are ruined, can you reprint them?" Its a long shot, but worth a shot. I mean, I did spend the money for the figures so its not like Im stealing or anything haha |

I've got dozens of receipts going all the way back to June (based on that being the start time last year), header cards and flattened Elite Boxes in a stack in my closet. I'm tired of not knowing what I can keep and what I can throw away. |

Lol But seriously, small accessories like that go through safty standards to check if they can get lodged in a child's throat. Parts that are to big or too small get a warning on the box but are ok to sell. The hair, clippers, glasses, Mic's, etc are ok. Of course there is still no good reason on why the promotion is taking so long. |
