I'll assume a red painted torso.

I'll bet it's skin tone w no tattoos. Could be red. Either way, no design. That's just my guess

Could also be like a normal Rey w/tattoos etc. they made enough to simply use the previous torso, and add the shirt.

Almost positive it's just a blank torso with no tats

Haha Haha well maybe they'll learn over producing figures who aren't on an active roster won't bring in big numbers. But idk, could be totally off.

I wish they'd stop with the Elite Rey Mysterio figures. I think E15 and E24 are the only two that have really been attractive. Even then, E15 is still warming at a few stores around here. Rey Mysterio sells really well in basic form and has never been an issue. Elite Reys on the other hand are always clogging shelves for months on end, and usually Christmas is the only thing that makes them go away. Right now I can get a half dozen E15, and half dozen E18, Dozens and Dozens of E21, and I wouldn't even have to drive 20 minutes. The Wal-mart near my house has 3 full pegs and outside of 2 Del Rios, it is all E21 Mysterio. To the OP: I wouldn't know and won't because I won't even consider getting any more Mysterio figures with the old body sculpt. Rey is short, yes, but he shouldn't have the torso of a ripped child. That with the short skinny arms and long funky legs make old Reys some of the worst garbage Mattel has ever churned out.

The Flash Rey Mysterio was released in 2010 when he was active, and at that time, elite 1 Mysterio was one of the most expensive Mattel figures on the secondary market.

Nah, I'm definitely a Mattel guy, they just don't get a pass when something is crap. The first Rey torso is so proportionally small that it would mean that he was a child, because an adult couldn't be that small. His hands are also very small like a child's. The new Rey torso is that of a short man. It could still house adult size organs.
