If I had to guess.. there is probably at least 2,500 unique figures jakks produced along all lines of WWE figures. As for unique characters, that number has to be much lower, maybe 800 different characters? Maybe that is a little high since each popular character had probably at least 10 to 20 figures with varying costumes/gimmicks.
Just a guess...

Well. There was 6 figs per set...
Say, BCA figures had 40 sets. TTL figures had 30 sets. R-3 figures had 20 sets. RA figures had 80 sets. DA figures had 20? sets.
That's probably conservative, so say they put out 200+ sets of six figures... 1,200 different figures?
