^ i put my two cents on the link.... considering its still available 11 days after it came out makes me think its not going to be extremely valuable later on down the road.. u want to get years of enjoyment of being able to touch it, show it off, etc.... that in it self is worth more than probably the extra $100 or so dollars that ull get in the end (10+ years from now) by keeping it MOC vs. loose

I think he should keep it sealed for a year and if it's still readily available at that point and hasn't went up in value, then he should open it and display it. But, I think a year from now, sealed ones will extremely rare and very valuable. He's already seen loose pics of it, and seen how big it is and all that, so there's no need for him to open it. I say keep it sealed. |

are they identical to the originals? Yeah. They took the original molds and reproduced the line. They're out at Toys R Us stores right now. Saw the whole set yesterday too in Pickering, but passed those turtles up coz I got the newer versions of the Classics. More articulation, too. But it's so awesome that they basically re-released their old figures. Still thinking whether or not to pick up Bebop and Rocksteady. This was such a fun show to watch when I was a kid! =) |

This was such a fun show to watch when I was a kid! =) I actually grabbed these from the Brock location yesterday. We probably just missed each other. They are awesome. I grabbed bebop and rocksteady to complete my classic deluxe line. The others are the smaller ones I had as a kid. Packaging and figures are identical. They also re released the party van. The van was the only thing is didn't get yet. I also found the new deluxe Daryl Dixon figure at tru if anyone here collects the walking dead figures. |

ended up splurging on wweshop to get all the wwe magazines i need for collection (alternate covers, etc)...
ended up getting 32 magazines and 6 dvds for about $100 shipped.. not too bad

I know it was mentioned about hbks appearance in detroit in march. Can't remember if anyone mentioned it, but he is also signing the following weekend in Winnipeg. If anyone here is from the Winnipeg area it's a good chance to meet him.

I wanted to get a bunch, but didn't want to spend too much. Just got the Santino cover as he will probably be doing more signings down the road. |

ya it was that one... decided to splurge.. i have gotten 4 of them over the past couple of years going to value village / flea markets (taker, HBK, rey and cena) but figured id go for the more covers..after the discount, it was about $50 for the extra 22 that i needed.. not too bad.. ill make that up somewhere else selling stuff i dont want anymore lol...
still working on my collection...right now my magazine collection is as follows
WWF Magazine 1984-2003, have everything and also have all 6 variant covers during that time frame (dec 94, mar 95, april 95, oct 95, dec 97, may 99)
WWF Raw Magazine 1996-2006, have everything except July 02 and Oct 03 variant covers
WWE Smackdown Magazine 2003-2006, have everything
WWE Magazine 2006-2012, have everything until Feb 12 except Dec 10 (gonna start working on Mar 12 and onwards)
WWF PPV Programs (have WM 1-10, X7, X8, XX, 23, 28, 29, have Rumble 89-94, have Slam 88-94, have Series 87-94)
WWF Event Programs (have 91 out of 146)
WWF Spotlight Magazines (have all 28)
WWF Superstars Magazines (have all 8)
WWF Special Magazines (have about 95% of all of the ones released.. still trying to find an accurate list from 2009 onwards)

also, it is true that Detroit isnt the safest place around... but really, the show is RIGHT over the Border, right near Joe Louis Arena where the Detroit Red Wings play... if ur just going for the show, then ull be fine.. cross the border, go to show, cross border back into windsor... no point to go driving around further away from the border..
depending on how fast you drive...if u drive 120 in 100 zone on 401, u should be able to get to the border in under 3.5 hrs... not crazy...
i met shawn once as a kid, so not sure if ill go to this...end up adding up... 800km round trip, basically will have to be up from 4am till probably get home 8pm...plus admission and if there is a signing fee (not sure)... definitely going to be up to about $150 + low sleep + day off + long drives + long lineups.. etc... dont think i can go through all of that for only 1 person...only other benefit would be to maybe stop at random value villages that ive never been to lol...

My WWEShop order was supposed to come today. Just five minutes ago, I checked the Canada Post tracking and it said "attempted delivery" which is not true because I was home at the time it should have been delivered  |
