I found her at Target in Chicago last week. She didn't ring up at the register either!

That happened to me at Palisades center NY Target all the time with new Basics. I'd be fighting with them at the registers because they'd be saying "It must be on clearance so we'll charge you..." it was usually anywhere between $1-$3 each. And I would be arguing with them that it's not a clearance item, but rather the newest series.
it' only happened 3 or 4 times since B14(? The RRH wave)
