Only the ones that are no longer made or there wasn't a a lot made.
WWE/WHC, any current tiltle that can be made (IC,US,TAG)- not really cause more will probably be made
Oval IC title (came with Drew), hardcore title, classic tags, Raw tag, SD tag- yes
Women's yes cause it just came out and so far no other flash back divas have been announced. And so far there have only been 2 diva belts made, pink and shiny version, so yes unless more are made.
As for $ value, I'm not 100% sure

I have a couple of the tag team belts that came with the exclusive Tully Blanchard.

I don't have all of them and most of them that come out come with figures I don't really want. So I'd say they'd be worth the price ot the figure they come with at this point

"spinner"-"john cena" wwe championships go for $8-12
heavyweight championship-$15-20+
"penny" tag belts-$8-10
white strap I.C-$20+
"oval old design" I.C-$20+
U.s.-$15-20+
etc.
listed for sale. maybe not selling at those prices, but thats what they get listed for.
