WWE Superstar CM Punk is reportedly dealing with a few nagging injuries, including problems with both of his knees and his back.
According to one source, the hope is with John Cena returning to WWE, and both Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton healthy, that Punk can take some time off soon and heal up before WrestleMania XXX season.

His knees were taped up on Raw which they normally aren't. I'm fine with Punk taking some time off, his current run has been such a dud once Lesnar left, plus who knows, now Cena is back, if Punk returns at the Rumble he probably has a good chance of winning the thing.

I don't think Punk will be around much longer...  I'm pretty sure he's the kind of person that doesn't want to keep wrestling surgery after surgery after surgery. Kind of sucks how his last feud before he leaves again is going to be against Ryback. I guess Ryback is winning at Hell In A Cell? I would love for Punk to be a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble. |

But hopefully this means a ryback W and he takes out Punk for a few months at hell in a cell. That way ryback can finally gain back some credibility

I'm not enjoying what he's doing right now. Not because of him but just the angle as a whole.
If he needs time more power to him. Bring him back in time for a WM build

They should have never rushed him back as quickly as they did.
The thoughtt of having to watch RAW w/o Punk, and with Cena back is majorly depressing to me.

I don't understand how people aren't into this Punk/Heyman feud. It easily the highlight of the current product for me. The fact that Stephanie McMahon does most of the talking in the Corporation/Bryan feud now kind of soured it for me, Triple H is so much better as the evil heel boss.

The fact that Stephanie McMahon does most of the talking in the Corporation/Bryan feud now kind of soured it for me, Triple H is so much better as the evil heel boss. Axel and Ryback are boring and wrong for this fued, this fued shouldve been the other way around, ending the fued with the Lesnar match, not at the start, it's just so boring now, I mean how much longer can it go for? |

I love CM punk but I agree, this feud has just gotten worse since Summerslam. They definitely should have taken it from Axel, to Ryback, to Lesnar.

If Punk is going to miss time, I'd love for them to use it as a way to get more heat on Ryback. Have him destroy Punk at HITC, have Punk win the Rumble, then Punk beats Ryback between the Rumble and 'Mania, which he finally main events.

Apparently, he's been banged-up ever since returning at Payback. On that note, I hope both him and WWE take their time with his return.
A Royal Rumble Match victory and the main event of WrestleMania XXX? Sounds like 2014 is going to be a great year for Mr. Punk.

How do you know Lesnar isn't coming back for a rematch? There's no way WWE would just let Lesnar get a win over Punk and leave it as that. And it's not like Ryback and Axel are the focus of the feud, it's Punk vs. Heyman, Ryback and Axel are just there to wrestle the matches for Heyman. |
