So it's been nearly 9 months, and I feel I've spent a small fortune on these damn things... Truth is, I have haha
Anyways, did a crap load of cleaning today, and reorganized my mancave, then figured I'd setup my collection and revisit from day 1 to where I'm at now.
How am I doin???
Here is my ELITE Collection up to date!
THE BELT COLLECTION!
I had the pleasure of meeting Mick Foley and Dolph Ziggler at one of Foleys Stand Up performances in Phoenix AZ, it was a great experience, really nice guys and these are a great addition to the collection!
A few years after I moved to AZ I was 17 years old and went to a live Raw taping in Phoenix. My mom dropped me and my buddies off at the show and she hit the Hard Rock Cafe right across the street to wait for us. While waiting, she had company from none other than Half of EVOLUTION (at the time), Randy Orton & Dave Batista. She had no idea who they were, however got me this napkin signed anyways! I had it laminated and have kept it ever since.
Also when I moved to AZ, they had a Wrestlemania Access signing at Arizona Mills Mall. Of course me and my buddies attended. We met RVD, Farooq (Ron Simmons), and Hillbilly Jim! Unfortunately I lost my Simmons and Hillbilly autographs, but did save one from Mr. Monday Night! Also met John Cena & The Trademark at some point, honestly can't remember...
Found some old DVD's and Books I've collected over the years
I also found some old cool necklaces I would never wear nowadays, but when I was a kid, these were awesome!!!
In the end, I've said it before and I'll say it again... THIS is exactly why I love collecting figures! All the worries and doubts of overspending on these things goes right out the window! I loved wrestling as a kid, I love it now! The only difference is that I now have an amazing son who shares the love along side me!
