Seems logical.
I would almost want 123 Kid more, but XPAC would be cool. At least to complete DX. Which let's be honest. Without Chyna, we'll never have a truly complete DX.

We have the rights to do him and we plan on making a great X-Pac figure. But it will not be as soon as expected.
Due to the fact that many of our contracts we signed for Legends are expiring at the end of 2014 we have filled a large portion of the Flashback slots in 2014 with people we have under contract. if we did not produce their figures byt the end of 2014 we would lose the rights. We have some people under contract we really wanted in the line so they took precedence over a brand new signee such as X-Pac.
Bruno Sammartino was the first example of this. Coincidentally he did sign the deal with WWE as we were working on the figure which helped give it a little extra publicity.
So yes he is coming but no he is not being worked on right now.

Does this mean no more Savage/Warrior after next year?! They were independently signed, so I imagine they'd require a new deal. Man, with how well some of these Legends sell, I wish your higher-ups would let you pursue A-level talent. I get not signing riskier mid-card names, but the top dogs are basically guaranteed money.
I hope we get another shot at Nash if his deal is coming up soon. Many people didn't get him (I did, but paid *shivers* eBay prices), and I think a black version with red trim is definitely worth doing in the line.

Are you saying that Barry Windham, Magnum TA, Tito Santana, Junkyard Dog and Demolition Crush are going to be in the Flashback series next year or are you going let the contracts expire and waste the money? |

I understand them pushing Xpac back to fill the slots with ppls who have expiring contracts. But aren't Lex Lugers, Road Doggs, Billy Gunns and Rikishi's contracts new?
and I doubt Bret Harts would run out (and if it did WWE would resign him no doubt). I could see Warrior being a problem. Maybe he had a shorter contract...and resigning him is always an uncertainty as he's nuts.
But thats 6 Flashback spots right there. Considering the average is 9 flashbacks at retail. There's only 3-4 flashbacks for 2014 that we don't know about. Seeing as the RSC flashbacks aren't ever new wrestlers. Just repaints
so who would be expiring? Doink, JYD, Million Dollar Man & One Man Gang?
