Snuka was not tried otherwise the case would never be reopened (unless he was found guilty and appealed) and you no idea how the Benoit case would have went.

Correct. He was never on trial. Police could not put enough evidence together to get the DA to indict. But technology is so much stronger, especially in DNA testing today, that they can reexamine the evidence and perhaps make the case for an indictment. From what I have read.....it seems about as cut and dry as Benoit.

And like I said....Benoit was never convicted. Both seemed VERY guilty. And yes, I heard about Vince's attempt at covering it up as well. But dont know how much evidence there is on that.

Sounds great, but you're wrong. Although small claims cases are decided by the judge's opinions only, any case over the state statutory minimum is decided by a jury. The verdicts are either "civilly liable" or "not civilly liable" instead of "guilty" and "not guilty", but I didn't feel the need to split hairs because most people aren't familiar with the terminology.
