It's gotta happen eventually. If he's 'working without a contract' it could very well be soon. But who should it be? Who should take the title from AJ? Here's a couple guys who I think could easily do it. Any other suggestions? Someone new? I personally see Christopher Daniels taking it from him. Surely 2014 is the year of the Final Angel! |

It won't be Sabin. It won't be Kaz. It could be Storm (if turns heel, which I'd like to see). I'm not sure if it would be Roode. Depending where his character goes within the next month, I see Magnus becoming the one.
Christopher Daniels winning the World title, would have to do be done with him as a face, for the sake of it to really mean something.

I really don't like Magnus. It rubs me the wrong way that he's being pushed.
With that being said, I hope AJ holds the title for a long while. He's the best TNA has to offer and has been for a very long time.

Not sure. I think he'll hold it at least until next years BFG. Styles is THE guy right now. With the way PPVs are set up, and the specials, AJ just makes sense. An AJ vs Daniels, Magnus, or Roode would make great TV feuds for the gaps between PPV, yet still be believable for them to win. Then the big time match ups like AJ vs Hardy, Angle, Joe, Bully, would be good for the PPV's

It seems like it's definitely going to be Magnus. They have really been playing around with him at the top for the last year.
I'm personally in favor of giving the title back to A Double or Roode though.

I see Magnus being the obvious next choice.
But my friend Nick said now that Storm and Gunner lost their titles, they can break up and Storm can go after the World title.

Daniels would really have to up his game (he's absolutely brilliant in his current role, but he'd need to be more ruthless and a real villain to feud and sell tickets). Roode is THE most logical choice for me right now.
But I have a bad feeling it will be Magnus, built up in a lacklustre heel turn ranting on about being beaten in the final of the BFG series. Could be good if done correctly

No ones thinks bully Ray will win it back in 2 weeks ? I don't think AJs holding on to it. If he does get that far, then I'd pick Kaz. He's one of my all time TNA favs and is still just a lackey. He needs to break free and finally get that belt. Remember when he faced Christian in a ladder match and WON? That's the Kaz we need.
