Thanks for all the feedback to what we showed yesterday. I am glad most of the feedback has been positive.
To clear a few things up:
Elite 26 was meant to be shown but due to a mixup it was never shipped to NYC which kinda sucks as I really wanted everyone to see the Ultimate Warrior figure, as it is up with the coolest things we have ever made
A lot of what we showed yesterday were works in progress so there might be changes before final production. For example Paul Bearer will likely be paler on the final figure. The Mr Perfect prototype from Basic 37 did not look good so I decided not show it to avoid complaints about how bad it looked
To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Wrestlemania we will be offering a platform across Basic, Battle Packs and Elites. Basics will be recent Wrestlemaina headliners which is why Undertaker and Brock Lesnar were shown. Elites will be two of the all time Wrestlemania greats, Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart. Battle Packs are fantasy matchups that never occurred at Wrestlemania but we wish did! The Celtic Warrior vs the Ultimate Warrior. The Animal vs the Beast.
Thanks again to everyone who attended RSF and who took time in the past day to look at the figures

I never used to notice but a lot of the heads at the beginning of Mattels run where too small...Over the last year Mattel have been getting there sizes right which makes the older figures look out of place somewhat.
So it makes me really happy that Mattel are releasing guys like Batista and Austin again with new bigger/better headsculpts!
For me this has to be one of Mattels best showings for new great looking stuff!
The HBK and Bret are awesome! So glad Bret got a new headsculpt.
I didn't watch WWE in 2007 but the CM Punk looks cool and I like the headsculpt.
Both JR and Paul Bearer look amazing.
Fandango looks spot on. Great first headsculpt
Big fan of Big E and good debut figure but I think MDT could do a little better on the head (character). Still great though!
Like I said so happy to have a great new Austin head. And Batista
I actually like the Swagger head but the paint on the hair looks bad.
Things I don't like -
CM Punks new head with chops sits too far down on the neck plus I'm not a fan.
Also I wanted Axel to have a new head for his Elite with a smirk or something to show off his character more.
2 questions:
Is the 2-pack Batista head the same as previous Basics/Elites?
Does Bray Wyatt look a little too Tall and out of scale to some of you?
(Probably best answered by someone who went to the show)

Now that red & white Punk has the bull horn, I have no reason to pick up E23 Triple H.
Very happy to see WMXIV HBK. (Bret's pretty cool too. I like the smile.) LOVE the proto for WM28 Taker. I hope that hood is a separate piece, so you could do a staredown.
Maybe it's all the funky colors or the fact that he has his own personalized vest, but dare I say it, I'm actually kinda interested in how elite Fandango turns out.

So the JR is for elites Bearer is for basic You are correct sir. NO NO NO another build a figure...  i really want bearer and JR but i don't want the figures os their sets.... what i want is just punk.... |

I hope MDT checked out the other Fest thread. It was far more positive than this one(until it got ruined by childish behavior). The nitpicking and negativity usually starts later in the day. Some of it valid, most of it not.
I hope MDT supplies RSC with some E26 images on Monday.

i really hope the kick pad lower legs are just a placeholder, and they give hbk the pillman lower legs or some plain tight situation like that.   |
