MXW’s Special Halloween Event, Dead By Dawn, is now available to view on YouTube! I know that many on this board detest YouTube feds, however MXW is different than most. I've worked hard to blend the art of traditional pic fedding with video, music, and sound effects. I'm too unskilled to do stop-motion, so I created my own style! I hope that all of you will at least give MXW the chance to entertain you. This is only the beginning! Enjoy the show! Please, if you view the show leave some form of feedback, whether here or as a YouTube comment. And feel free to join me on Tumblr and Instagram... I plan on posting lots of cool stuff on both.

Well, I gave it ago and have mixed thoughts on it: +Amazing arena with all the props and cotton wool decked up to make it Halloween themed +Poses looked good +Graphics and presentation looks very professional -This a main problem I have with YouTube feds: I don't have the time nor patience to sit and watch a whole show like that. This one is nearly an hour long, which obviously shows you have put in a lot of work, but I don't have enough time to watch every bit of Raw each week, so I can't really afford an hour of my time to watch a show -Not sure how far the voices can go. It's cool that you can give your owner a voice, but if you expanded this into weekly shows, then I'm not sure where you can get voices from promos from the various wrestlers -That ring is tiny I'd love, however, for you to become a regular member of this board and get a traditional style show up. Look at deskjet's recent OTC for an example of how you can still blend your graphics and sound into a more traditional style show, but it retains its uniqueness at the same time (don't forget to reply if you do check it out). I'm not sure how many views and replies you'd expect to get, but I doubt you'd get many here with this format, which is a shame as it looks like you've worked really hard on it and could run a successful pic fed!

One word................AWESOME!!!!!!!
That was one of the most entertaining shows I have seen on this board in a long time. I love your setup with the Halloween motif and the use of what I believe to be some made up guys for your fed? (if they are like indy wrestlers sorry I am not familiar with them I think some were) I thought the ring might be a tad too small(cant stand when fedders use big wrestlers in too small rings) but you used it really well and to your advantage. I am not a fan of youtube feds, but youtube or standard this show was spectacular!!! Great customs, fantastic moves and poses and something that is lacking from a lot of contemporary stuff I see on here lately, a sense of style!!! Pics you can actually see without blurry finger shots and such and you took the time to put together moves and commentary to tell the story you wanted to. I was actually waiting to see what you had planned next and for me that's rare theses days in pic feds. This has to be a standout show for this year BARNONE!!!!! Hopefully you stick with this and have an ongoing fed cause you got a big fan here. This show came from out of nowhere and really entertained me. With the board active now you would be a welcome addition here with a fed like this!

Thanks for such a long, genuine comment, Titch. I really appreciate it! Firstly, I totally understand that people may not have an hour to devote to watching my show, however I don't expect you to watch the entire show in one sitting. I'm completely fine with someone taking a couple of days to complete viewing the show. I would much rather someone take a few days to soak up the show and experience it rather than hastily scroll through listlessly. I contemplated for a long time on what format I wanted to go with for my return to pic fedding. I enjoy WF but I feel that many of the boards here have had a massive decline in activity. Furthermore, I've seen the huge response that some YouTube feds have gotten (especially the stop-motion feds) and decided that going that route might get MXW more exposure. If I had the time I might consider producing shows in both formats, however that's a lot of work for a hobby. Plus, I just don't feel like it would be worth it. Dead By Dawn is just something special I decided to put together last minute for Halloween. I thought it would be a great way to celebrate as well as entertain and introduce/reintroduce MXW. That being said, I don't plan on making future shows nearly as long. When I began producing Dead By Dawn, I didn't plan for it to be almost an hour. However, now that it's complete I am very happy with the outcome. I think it's a great way to bring MXW back after over a year of planning. Thank you for the feedback and advice, Titch, however I think I'm going to continue my fed this way and see where it goes. I will continue to post the shows here and hope for the best. With the board active now you would be a welcome addition here with a fed like this! Thank you so much for that response! I'm very glad that you enjoyed the show. I've put a lot of work into bringing MXW back, and especially put a lot of energy into this show. Yes, many of the wrestlers you saw are created wrestlers that I've come up with. Most of the characters were created back when I first started MXW in 2006, some earlier than that when I use to just play with figures. I completely agree that my ring is on the small side. Titch commented on that as well. I was able to pick up that ring for $4 and loved the way it looked. I think it gives MXW a classic look and feel. I also have the Jakks TNA Six Sides of Steel ring that I'm considering using, I think it's slightly larger. However, that's the best I can do for now. I may try and make a custom ring if MXW is successful. As I said above, I will continue to post shows here, but I'd advise you to subscribe to my YouTube so you don't miss anything. I'm unsure if I'll be posting ads and video packages on the board. And if you have access, be sure to follow me on Tumblr and Instagram. I'm going to be consistently posting cool things on both.

I really enjoyed this! First off, it's a unique and much more captivating way to present a youtube fed, and the best "youtube fed" I've seen on the board. I think adding the voice overs, sounds, actual moving camera shots adds a sense of realism to your show. Also, going the youtube route, you extend to a much broader audience as well. I loved the made up characters too. Admittedly, I didnt finish the whole show but I'll pick up the middle vids later on. The poses were pretty good and the pics were nice and clear. Transitions and use of sound was decent as well, although a little choppy at points. Also, a bit more inflection in your vocie to really make it sound like your into the match would be good too, but I'm sure that's something you'll be able to smooth out from time to time. If I Could jump on something Titch said for a minute(thanks for the shout out by the way ), if you do decide to do your other wrestlers talking, that could become an issue unless you have a voice changer program or other people? But, There are some free programs on the net but also some available to buy if you want to make the investment. Just a thought. Anyway, Just little picky things really from me really, nothing glaring. Wasn't a fan of the length and that it was one match, but thats' me. However, you did specify that it's a special so it's all good . I'm assuming the next shows will have a bit more backstage/character development to it? I'm wondering, do you feel this style takes longer to produce or shorter than a typical pic fed? Overall, a great start to your comeback. I can appreciate the time and effort you put into it and you should be proud of a job well done. I hope you do well with this and stick to it. Definately will be keeping an eye out for future shows

I thought this was a great show. I am not usually too into video pic feds and would maybe suggest turning into a traditional version. With that said I really enjoyed your show. It looked very professional. I really enjoyed your work. The arena looked awesome. I loved the commentary. The custom's were awesome. I get an awesome aura off of your fed. Posing was ok. I think this was a great show. My only big concern is that the pics were so long, try to use 0.8 pics per second. It'd flow so much better. I am invested into MXW. Good job buddy.

I love the special arena for Halloween, very good customs also that is a nice idea to create new wrestlers, the match was very long and interesting, the idea of the commentator is very good, I love this that make you different than the others pic fed on Youtube and a very good difference because it's really more interesting. Great work ! I hope we will see you soon for an other show !

I'm not going to lie; maybe a full 60 minute show is too long. I really, really enjoyed the bits I watched and honestly it was the best youtube fed I'd ever seen. It's completely new, and I commend you for that.. I've got no problems with the show at all, maybe just if it was a little shorter it might be more accessible for us.

This is sweet. I'm going to have to watch it again to type up a full review, but I honestly thought you was posting about your 'Most extreme wrestling Presents from Christmas.' Ha! ALrighty, time for my review. Looks like you have a decent skill at basic video editing. And I'm excited tos ee what you can do here. Oooh, live motion! MJ! Your 'smoke' effects look sweet! And the Halloween Ring is great too. Maybe work on the mixing work a little (crowd is a little loud, but not too bad.) Love the transition from Live action to Pic fed. And Hey! That's two Alex Riley spottings in one week in Pic fedding. Again, work on the mixing as themes clip in a little. I love your original characters! Did you say 20 Man Battle Royal? No idea how you're going to fit that many in the ring at once. I think you need a few more images, just to keep the action a bit more smoother. If this was just a pic fed, it'd work. But because you're talking over it, I think you need a few more. I'm talking about the irish whips and stuff really. Liked the high flying moves (shooting star press, knees, etc.) It seems as though every 'high impact' move has something (a foot, top of head) clipping out of shot, which is odd. I wonder how your camera is so clear but doesn't film in HD? A fall away slam WITHOUT the fall? Silly. Your impression of a commentator is silly too, talking bout padding. Haha. Oop, another missed shot there. He back dropped him but we saw no impact. Skipping forward a little in terms of notes because I don't want to bore you. Funny that Triple H is still Triple H despite all of your over customs. Love the blood affect. Would like to know what you used. Nakamura tried to eliminate Troy with a... Headlock? Hmm. Another frame there would have worked. I liked it. Presentation: 9/10. Great effort! Very original. Sound: 8/10. Everything sounded crisp and clear, just slight mixing is all thats needed. Wrestling: 7/10. As noted, I feel that you need a couple more frames here and there to smooth things out, but you obviously know what you're doing and what you had in mind. Side Notes: great taste in music. I can't wait to see more from you. Deep Shadows

This is sweet. I'm going to have to watch it again to type up a full review, but I honestly thought you was posting about your 'Most extreme wrestling Presents from Christmas.' Ha! Are you referring to the relaunch that was suppose to happen last Winter? Haha. Yeah, unfortunately I had some issues arise and had to take care of them. I'm in a somewhat better place now, and thought to myself that if I don't do it now I may never get to. Thanks for viewing. I look forward to reading your review.

WOW! First reaction was, oh boy, it's a youtube fed... but then i clicked it and was blown away! Nicely done. Your arena setup is A+++ with all the props, holloween and all. 2 things that really attracted me in your fed was the arena setup, and non-wwe/tna wrestlers. Those are the things i'm a sucker for. AWESOME!
