At WWE's live event in Belfast, Ireland, The Miz cut a heel promo before his match against Kofi Kingston. It's unknown at this time if this is just for the local international crowd or if this is a sign of a heel turn on television in the future. It should be noted that in recent media interviews Miz has been in character and upset about things that have happened to him on television. We'll give you more updates from the international tour as they come in. |

I'd love Miz to come back as a heel and fight for the WHC again, I think he'd be VERY comfortable in the WHC division.

He is a heel in Europe after all the craphe said during his feud with Cesaro.
Face or heel he's one of the most boring on the roster.

He didn't do much for me as a heel, but he's honestly one of the worst babyfaces I've ever seen.
For his sake I hope he turns. They've given him nothing as a face.

I was supportive of the face turn, but let's be honest, it was a total flop. The crowd wants to boo him. Let them boo him, he's great at provoking it.

I love the Miz, but I'd rather see him as midcard/jobber for life than carry the consolation prize belt. I feel like at this point, no one should beat Cena for the WHC because it would be a slap in the face. Cena should just hold the World Title forever until people forget that it exists. Giving Miz the title NOW would be like saying "Sorry for burying you dude, here have a World Heavyweight Title run so we can pretend you're still important." I'd rather see Miz firmly in the midcard than have a pity title reign. I'd rather see him be Intercontinental Champion again. He made that title look somewhat relevant and it didn't feel like it was just a consolation prize to keep him busy or a prop to get him over. Or I'd like to see him team with someone. Miz is an amazing tag competitor who has chemistry with everyone he works with. Bring Morrison back, or put him back with Alex Riley. Or team him with Ziggler since he's directionless as well. If Miz isn't getting back in the main event, then use what little notoriety he has to actually boost the midcard instead of keeping him in purgatory. |

Miz should be a face. He's a naturally funny guy and in the ring he's a lot better and doing the babyface comeback than he is at dominating 75% of a match the way a heel would.

I don't know if Miz is pushing a heel turn or is just legit pissed off by the way he has been booked since he lost the wwe title and is finally stepping up about it. Either way as long as it results in the Miz becoming relevant again I'm fine.

I also don't get why they don't do something interesting with him, outside of actual WWE shows, they treat him still like a poster child using him for events and commercials and he's still treated as a big time guy in the company, but when he's on TV he's nothing but a lower mid-carder for the most part since 2011

Honestly he would be better as a PR/media relations guy than an actual in-ring wrestler at this point.
He's going to get lost in the shuffle no matter what whether face or heel. His time has passed.
