The time has come. The birth of ICW comes to an END with the 13th & 14th installments of the prologue series. Part XIII takes place during Monday Night RAW on November 12th, 2007. The premise: Triple H has something to say. intensechampionshipwrestling.webs.com/partxiii.htmPart XIV takes place during SURVIVOR SERIES on November 18, 2007. THIS IS IT! We will find out who Shane McMahon's representative is to combat The Undertaker in a Winner Takes All, Hell in a Cell match!!!! intensechampionshipwrestling.webs.com/partxiv.htmI feel this match is the best I've ever written. SO, with that being said: As always, if you read PLEASE leave a reply. I'm look for any type of criticism/love. We made it, guys!

the HHH promo in Part XIII was good.. I'm glad it wasn't posted on it's own because there wasn't a lot to it.
Taker and Jericho was a good match. I liked the "big match feel" you painted with it and you waited until the right time to do the gimmicky finish. The only problem I have with it is the outcome was pretty much pre-determined. Before it was even Jericho, it was known Taker was going under, since this is the Birth of ICW, not a WWE series. I don't know how you could've avoided that beyond a swerve where Taker was working for Shane all along and Taker was Shane's pick.. But it took the drama out of the match. It was like a spoiler, you know? And spoilers are something that have rarely effected the realm of fantasy booking.
I like the conclusion but I question where it is going. With Vince vanquished it really should be the end of him, but this leads to an obvious feud between he and Triple H.

I tried to really make it sound like Triple H and build some intrigue over his role in this winner takes all match. I'm glad you enjoyed Taker/Jericho. Personally, I feel like this is the best match I've ever written and I'm really, really proud of it. Writing a Hell in a Cell match is incredibly difficult but oh so fun. I've written one other HIAC match before and this one, by far, blows it away. I'm glad the "big match feel" came off well. As for the pre-determined outcome: I look at this prologue series a prequel. Take, for example, the Star Wars prequels: everyone knows Anakin is going to become Darth Vader but everyone was curious how he would make such a dramatic transition. There was still a story to tell. I felt similarly about this prologue series. We know WWE is going to be replaced by ICW...but how? I feel like a lot of Fantasy Bookers have given a brief backstory when, in fact, that backstory could be a full blown story in it of itself. I'm glad I'm finished with the prologue series. Up next will be a press conference, a special 3-hour WWE: The Finale show, and then 100% focus on ICW.

All I can really say is wow. This was a real dramatic ending to this prologue. First thing I have to say is that I'm am a true believer of it's the little things that count, and that was one of my favorite things about this last installment. How they had Howard Finkel announcing the match and the gong of the Undertaker coming so suddenly quieting the crowd. I felt like it was 2007 again. JR and King's commentating was excellent I like how JR wasn't bias but was still rooting for WWE and King was classic King. It was very authentic. The match did have A big fight feel. It was one of the greatest matches I ever read. The Triple H part was like real wrestling, I thought he really was in the middle, then he got McMahon. I thought he was on Shane's side. Then he evened the match. Overall 5 stars, This was a great match and build-up to ICW. I can't wait to see whats next!

Wow man ... what a great match. I agree that this was probably the best match I've read so far since coming to these boards ... in terms of the actual action you wrote it brilliantly and I could see it unfolding in my head, really nice job. In terms of the knowing what was going to happen I agree it didn't hinder it because I thought either Shane wins in which he forms the ICW and WWE is dead or Vince wins and Shane forms ICW to take his father on some more so ... there were options.
My ONLY slight irk I had was I felt the revelation of Jericho was a little underwhelming but then I don't know who Shane could have picked to give you that wow moment you wanted ... you'd done such a good job building to the reveal I'm not sure Jericho quite gave the pay-off I was expecting but like I said I don't know who would have done and he always puts on a great match so its a tiny thing really.
Can't wait to read your next stuff!
P.S ... sorry its taken me so long to get back on this ... I've just moved house/jobs/cities so its been a bit hectic but gonna look to get the next main event up soon!
