Bernadette 100%. I never found Penny that attractive, even in 8 Simple Rules. There's just something about her face that throws me off.

Penny based on the the first 3 seasons of spam.IMO though.....her looks have gone downhill recently.....cant really put my finger on it but she isn't as hot as she was.
I would nauil Bernie too though....even though spam is falling into the trap that every U.S. sitcom falls into regarding marriage......Howards the cowardly guy and Bernies the bossy domineering freak.its like they have to do it or something.....

Bernadette by far. She's both attractive and funny. Penny is neither (she's actually got a  ing disgusting face, as well as man hands and a gross voice). In fact, Penny looks like Paul Heyman, the resemblance is uncanny. I never understood why she was supposed to be the "hot" one on 8 Simple Rules (I loved that show but she was crap on that too). I find her the opposite of attractive. In conclusion, Bernadette is hot, Penny is not. Bernadette 100%. I never found Penny that attractive, even in 8 Simple Rules.
