Nice job man, The arms look like they need another paint job because I can still see something under it, like you tried to do the armbands or something and painted over it. The black on his torso and back looks nice and clean though, which I like because sometimes people rush and make clumps and stuff in the paint. I also like your head choice because it looks good on the Mattel body because it looks pretty close to scale with Mattel heads. It would be better if you made another stroke of paint around the neck because right where it ends it looks a little sloppy. but considering its your first custom great job! I hope to see more from you.
Also, what body did you use? Or did you crack a torso?

And yeah, I'm going to fix it up a little bit here soon, so I can start animating with it. |

That looks really nice! The arms could be re-painted as the red is a little scratchy ad the black dots are very hard to see. What Jakks head is that? I know the attire, I just can't remember what figure. It's a new one, I'm sure. Good stuff!
