So I purchased a 3 pack demolition wwe classic on ebay for $50 , I received the item and it was 3 pack of nasty boys .I messaged him and explained you sent me the wrong figures but I read before bidding and doubl3 checked that I didn't make a mistake. He told me this is what you won and this went on to be a huge argument and not get the demolition. He decided to gimme a refund and not ship the figures without my permission .... but let me keep the nasty boys .... not a happy camper

Well if the listing and pictures clearly state that Demolition was for sale, and not the Nasty Boys, you can open a case. It's cool you got the Nasty 3pk for free though. I almost bought those loose from RSC.

Opening a case won't do much good since he already got a refund. Just leave the guy negative feedback and wash your hands of it -- you will not receive Demolition even if you open a case against the seller, especially considering they already refunded you.
So yeah, negative feedback that douchewagon and walk away the better man.

I understand about not getting the figures you want which suck. Look on the bright sight you got your money back and got 3 free figures. Just wait a bit more and I'm sure you'll find another Demolition 3 pack.

He was a bit of a dick but to be fair he didn't actually screw you in fact ebay would probably side with him as he refunded you and told you to keep the other product.

There's no point in opening a case like others said since the seller already refunded you. In fact, I don't think it's even possible after you got your money back.

I've been selling old jakks belts and just been wrapping them up tight and putting them in regular white envelopes. It's been working just fine so far until the other day I receive some big weird envelope from USPS and inside is the envelope I sent, but the peice with his and my address was ripped off, the peice with my belt, and even the stamp, is gone. So from my point of view the USPS just straight ripped open my even lope kept all the goodies and sent it back. can anyone help me out here as I seemed to have been screwed 10 times more than the OP.

How old are you? You got a free set of figures, your money back, and the opportunity to sell figures you didn't want..FOR MORE MONEY. Like everyone else that fits the "Reasonable" description said, stop complaining and use your refund to buy you a new set. To even consider negative feedback or to really continue complaining in general is a job for a child.

OP , feebay can be tough enough with scammers and If the auction was a real bait and switch that sucks especially on a hard to find item but you still got a free $40 item so just put it towards a future one , so look at the bright side

I spent 30 on a boogeyman with ring set and they sent me the cheap kids costume instead..i didnt get a response back but 30 dollars is 30 dollars not a major loss. So i took the loss and refused to buy from seller.
Grow up. You got a nice 3 pack for free and your money back. Life lesson you dont always get what you want you just take advantage on what you get
