Maybe he did back in the day, but I just don't see Big Show still smoking. A guy his size already has enough health issues to worry about, I'm hoping he's smart enough to not stack the list of complications that smoking causes on top of that. I don't get how someone can stay in any kind of good cardiovascular shape if they smoke. Big Show had a major cig addiction at one point. That's what his "Big Tobacco" gimmick was based on in WCW. In fact, Undertaker said it (combined with progressively gaining weight and not exercising) got Show to the point in 2002-03 where he was blown up in just a few minutes. He's done a 180 now. He's ditched the smokes, eats better, has a personal trainer, and has his own bus so he can sleep easier during travel. It certainly shows, because he looks much more vital than he did a few years ago. |

In reference to Maria from a couple posts above, I remember hearing her talk in an interview about how she quit smoking when she was dating Punk and it ended up being the best thing to come out of their relationship.
