You can take his hair off by using a butter knife. Will it work?

No, there'll be indents in the back of his head where his hair piece was glued in, you won't get a bald head by removing the hair like that

You could get a little crafty, take the hair off, put a little super sculpy in the indent and smooth out the rest of the head. Sand down any ridges with a nail file. Boil some water, take it off the stove, drop the head in for about 20 minutes. Once its dry, mix some brown paint and get as close as you can to the skin tone, paint the back of the head where the sculpy was. Seal it with some matte sealer. Pow. Custom bald Mark Henry.

Couldn't you just wait the 6 months or is a bald Henry really necessary in your plans right now?

I can't wait to see the Junkyard Dog customs that come out of the woodwork. Especially after Henry used his signature headbutt & the Thump.

I actually just posted a JYD custom a couple months ago and am in the middle of making a new one lol has nothing to do with mark henry though. I just want a JYD in his white gear in my collection.

I wouldn't risk ruining a figure doing that.

Well you're an experienced customizer. You're talented enough to build one from scratch as it relates to part switching.(relatively speaking) Remember when people started making Shane Douglas customs left & right after Kerry Von Erich as the Texas Tornado came out? I'm just saying when a figure company makes certain parts, the semi-hardcore collecting community sort of come to a general conclusion creatively speaking.
