Admins, I hope you allow my Ralph-related posts on the boards at this time.
I just came from the funeral of the man known to the wrestling figure community as RALPH, and to close friends and family as JOSEPH, and spoke lengthily with his wife.
A correction to my answer to a question about his age - Ralph was about to turn 49 in a few weeks. He celebrates his birthday in December. His death was due to aneurysm. He was in a coma for two days before finally tapping out.
His wife will try to continue the figure clothing business - "TRY" being the operative word as she could not give it much thought as of now as she and her family are still grieving.
With Ralph being the breadwinner of the family, his loss obviously will have a big impact on the family's finances. For this reason, I'd like to call on my fellow collectors, whose "little plastic men" (as Ralph likes to call them) were upgraded beyond our imagination through his wonderful creations, to pool in funds that we can donate to his family.
You can send your contributions via Paypal to skribbel24@yahoo.com. All of these funds will go to his wife and children. Please put "THANK YOU RALPH" on the Subject line for the Paypal transfer.
If you have any message for Ralph, post it here so I can print it out and give it to his family. I'm sure they'd be happy to see how many people appreciate his work in our community.
Goodbye, dear friend.

Not being funny but wouldn't it be better to send donations for the family directly to Ralph's own paypal? Instead of sending them to skribbel's paypal

Tyler is also one of the most respected men in the wrestling figure world. I have no problem sending my donation to ralphs family via Tylers paypal. Thank you for being so involved in this and giving us all away to Express are fond memories of ralph for the amazing products he created for a lot of us that brought us a lot of joy and happiness over the years. and also a way to give our condolences to his family. EVEN if I would forget to ask for my free shirt with a large order he would include something awesome without me even asking, weather it was a brock or ryback, nwo or hulkamania shirt he would include it...man...I'm gonna miss his outstanding products and excellent customer service.

I like how you guys are just assuming that his (Ralph's) wife has access to his computer, banking and PayPal accounts to even receive the donations. Tyler is going above and beyond here helping with this. Try to give a little credit as well as respect.

Tyler is also one of the most respected men in the wrestling figure world. I have no problem sending my donation to ralphs family via Tylers paypal. Everytime money is transferred, Paypal take a percentage. Ralph's family will get more money out of donations sent directly to his own paypal account.

And if his widow doesn't have access to her husbands bank or paypal accounts???... There exists a process called "Creating A Paypal Account" that would solve your conundrum Mr. Punctuation Addict.

Damn shame about Ralph and his family. Especially this close to the holidays. And if his widow doesn't have access to her husbands bank or paypal accounts???... There exists a process called "Creating A Paypal Account" that would solve your conundrum Mr. Punctuation Addict. Greatest insult EVER!!!

Sounds intense bro. It really isn't a conundrum (simply put: *problem* for all people who don't need to sound like they're more intelligent than they really are) when Tyler already has the solution. I'm gonna make my exit now before one of your nouns does some serious harm to me. Thank you again skribbel for your assistance in donations for Ralph's family it is greatly appreciated. R.I.P Ralph

His wife has no access to his Paypal. In fact, you'll be surprised that the Paypal Ralph used wasn't his at all - he hated working with Paypal and eBay (that's why he left eBay and opened his own site). His account was an extension of a friend's, who would just make deposits to his bank account weekly. That is what I plan to do with these donations.
I am doing all that I can for his family. If you have any doubt about my intentions, that wouldn't be my problem anymore. I don't think I can even fathom "stealing" from a close friend. He wasn't just a figure clothing maker or a virtual person to me. He was a friend, who used to to my house and office and vice-versa, who knew my family and vice-versa.
We may all have our differences but for his sake now, we are ONE.

Didn't Ralph live in a different country? How did anyone know him personally? They are both from the Philippines. I was always curious to see how Ralph looked.

Aneurysm? That's terrible. One of my worst fears. Very sad. He was obviously very loved in the figure world.
On a side note I always thought Ralph and Skribbel were located in US
