So I went to my local Wal Mart looking for little letters to hang out the wall seeing as all Meijer had was a single "F".... And I decided to look down the figure isle like always. Even though I don't collect Mattels, I have a few friends who do and I like to see what they have. And recently online I seen the Lesnar/Heyman battle pack and wanted it strictly for the Heyman for scale. My Jakks Heyman wasn't cutting it. Any who, so I went down the aisle, first thing I saw is this. Then I noticed the Elite 25 packs, all they had was Brotus Clay and some other lame-o. Then walking out of the isle I noticed something in the middle of the main floor walk way. It was all the new battle packs, they had all three. So I look on the other side, all of the new elites except Bruno. So I grabbed these, which will be for sale/trade in the classifieds, loose and mint. So the main reason I don't collect Mattel is the scale difference between my Jakks figures. I collect RA/CS figures... Still.. I should get with the program huh? Well I stopped collecting towards the end of Jakks run, and all the way up until like the beginning of 2013. So picking it back up has been kind of hard. Anyways, so the normal sized figures, Randy Orton etc. are so much thinner and smaller than my RA figures. However, the Brock is pretty similar to my RA Brock and everyone else. So heres a good comparison. Thanks for looking, if you're interested in the Shield, send me a PM and we can discuss it.

Welcome to the party, lol. It took me ages to give on jakks, but simply put, Mattel elites are the best figures we have seen made ever. I don't know what they did when they moved to the white packaging with elites, but I have been hooked since then.
For the record, one day I will complete my CS collection. Pretty much have them all through CS24.

Nice gets. Mattel is where it's at man. For scale and portions. Mattel actually tries to give the wrestlers an accurate physique (they're sometimes a little buffer or more ripped, but not roided out like Jakks guys).

I like my RA figures. Another reason I don't want to get into Mattels id they are expensive! Those four figures cost me $60!

Mattel really is the best. And $15 per fig isn't so bad. Especially for those nice finds

first thing I seen is this. Grats on the figures, but does peoples use of "seen" in the wrong context act like nails on a chalk board to your brain, or am I the only one saddled with this as a terrible pet peeve? First thing you "saw."

First thing you "saw." I've been told both is correct by multiple people. Same thing. Both are correct? Well, if you use it in the correct context. If you say, "I have seen...." or "I had seen..." that works. However, in the context you are using it, it would of been, "Any who, so I went down the aisle, first thing I saw was this...", since it happened in the past. "Seen is..." makes zero sense the way you were using it. I realize I am coming across as an ass and that's fine, but I'm offering intelligent advice to those of who don't understand the difference. As evident on these forums, a lot do not understand the difference and these things are important. As a hiring manager, dealing with potential employees, I instantly discredit a lot of hires when simple grammatical errors are so evident and overlooked. Before the majority lashes out at me and gives me the standard "this is the internet, not a grammar contest," take a minute to assess yourself. This is basic stuff, would you rather come across as an unintelligent and lazy member of a community, or someone who at least gives the appearance that the public education system has not failed you? Again, I'm not attacking you personally, just offering advice, probably to a majority who doesn't really care...So do with this advice what you will.

While I do understand where you are coming from, you are not going to change anyone's mind about actually taking the time to type correctly. Additionally, you made several spelling and grammar mistakes in your post, and I'm sure the counter-grammar trolls will be all over it in short order, further derailing the thread. On topic, it's good to see BP25 showing up with almost a month to go in 2013.

Several spelling mistakes? No, not really. I see one minor mistake, I left an "s" off assess. Grammar mistakes? Unless you are trying to tell me saying "Both is correct"... I was simply quoting him, when the correct usage would be "are."

Correcting a person's use of language endears the art & yourself to that person about as well as raping a girl conveys that you find her attractive...

Spelling/grammar errors generally grate on my nerves on this board, although I'm guilty of many typos - I've never been able to master the art of typing on a laptop, I'm generally very good with a keyboard but my big fat fingers just never seem able to key the tiny laptop keys correctly.
And all is forgiven! I'm glad to find another supporter of JAKKS products here! As you can see by my sig, I love the JAKKS line & I get very irritated with those who constantly bash it on here... it was a line that was GREAT for it's time and had/has a huge fan base. I was just showing my collection to a non-collecting-friend yesterday and he pointed out that he likes my Classic Superstars stuff much better than my Mattel collection.....
