Solomon Crowe, Sylvester Lefort, Judas Devlin, Kallisto, these are just a few of the names that I wonder how the Creative team comes up with. Sorry if the wording in the last part of the previous sentence is odd.

I like those names. They make sense and are actually pretty good.
Names like Michael McGuillicutty however...

I like them too, there isn't anything wrong with them, it's just that they're very unique.

Those are great names. Solomon Crowe is the best NXT name yet.
Mojo Rawley,Michael McGillicutty and such. Those are awful.

Don't get me started on Mojo Rawley. The fact he does the Rear View just makes me shake my head.
Names like Paige, Summer Rae, Emma, Sylvester LeFort, Sami Zayn, Xavier Woods, Solomon Crowe, and Becky Lynch all sound like pretty good names.

According to the newest Chris Hero shoot interview, they have you put some ideas together and then you send them to the office. They will accept some, reject some or reject all. Once you get a list together they like, they will select a few and send them back to you and tell you to pick one.

I think character development is much more important. And ring skills.

Well WWE has always had a different approach to names, for example Leaf Cassidy!

Kallisto was told to come up with a one word name. Solomon Crowe chose something with the same initials as his independent ring name.

It's better that the former indy stars like Generico, Sami Calihan, Samuray Del Sol and Castagnoli(Cesaro) all get crappy names that the WWE have the rights to and not their independent names. Because if they get future endevoured they can always return to the indy scene with their former name, alas: Kassius Ohno/Chris Hero.

Adrian Neville has to be one of the worst names I've ever heard.

For those former indy talents who got their ring names changed, it could be of some benefit from them. A lot of those guys had a following on the indy circuit and thus is associated with those names. Certain guys do not have to worry about their indy names being tarnished due to the WWE's poor handling of them. At least for Chris Hero, his names wasn't tainted unlike his name on NXT. In the end, changing their names helps them rather than destroying their indy names.

Adrian Neville has to be one of the worst names I've ever heard. Yeah. Apparently he's not the most creative guy, but he should've come up with something better than that.

Maybe his favourite book series is Adrian Mole, and his favourite Footballer is Gary Neville or Gary's dad Neville Neville ( I'm joking about everything of course. Except for Neville Neville, that's his name)
