I'm shocked to hear this. I remember being a fan of his in TNA back in 2004 till he took some time off after Sting beat him. He deserves a lot of credit for what he did for TNA back in the early days. I hope he can work something out with Dixie and come back cause he could be an asset to TNA behind the scenes if he's given a lot of control.

If this is true pretty sad. Jarrett doesn't get nearly enough credit for his work in the world of professional wrestling. Underrated in-ring talent and doesn't get the credit he deserves for creating an alternative to the WWE (yeah its nothing compared to the WWE but something different). I loved watching Jarrett in the WWF and WCW from '99-01 and thought he was a great heel in TNA when he was running the place.

As for the news of Jarrett leaving I am surprised. I guess he isn't totally gone since he is an investor but that isn't the same really. I wonder what he has planned?

It's funny that I hated him in WCW in 2000, and again in TNA when I watched from 2003. Yet after his returns in 2007 and 2008 I appreciated his work. His feud with Angle actually entertained me. Thought it could have been better, but it was good. Just goes to show how good his heel roles were. |

I don't blame Jeff for what he did. JR was the one who ed up, Vince should blame him not Jeff. I don't see how you could blame JR for Jeff charging $300k for the IC title. Sure they were coming up on his contract but wouldn't that be creatives fault? |
